These days more and more people are getting the wrong impression about hip hop, speaking about the lyrics to rap song and the rappers. No-one wants to take the time to listen to one whole rap song before they make a judgement on the song based on profanity. This is the only community that is targeted like. This is because they are not afraid to speak the truth about real issues that are affecting all communities (poverty, death, hate, street politics, murder, drugs, sex and injustice done to the people)  just at a different level. They give a voice to the people and doorway to a world that is swept under the carpet.Just like the word SEX , which USED to be a household curse word. But, everything that is done in the dark, comes to light!!! They only tell the stories about the things we all call ourselves trying to hide and shelter ourselves and our children from. So many people ignore the warnings, living as if we were in a perfect world. Sorry , but, you have to take the good with the bad. Neither, life or this world work that way!! Have you ever asked yourself, why are they writing those lyrics??? Most of the time they are speaking from experience. Anything from life on the street, loose men and women, loss of a loved one, teen pregnancy to police brutality and success stories. These issues are real and all the facts aren't covered by the news, HIP HOP is the raw uncut version of everyday living and information. It was worst, things are changing due to complaints based on language content.Sometimes, things should be spoken the way it's felt, in order to get the message across. This is another bridge of communication, need not to close the door now. How are we dealing with this cry for help from fathers to sons, broken homes and struggle and hate. What they need is understanding and then a solution to the problem.
