Kim Kardashian gave fans a peek at her growing baby bump on Thursday.

The 31-year-old, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West, posted a snap on her Instagram page from a photo shoot this week.

Her sister Khloe can be seen lifting up the peplum ruffle on her little black dress to reveal her pregnant form while the pair chat on vintage phones.

Kim captioned the picture: 'Well hello there! #PoppedOuttaNowhere!'

 

As well as her business duties for the Kardashian Kollection, the reality TV star has been spotted at the gym twice in as many days.

And while Kim is doing her best to stay fit and healthy during her pregnancy, she admitted to fans on Twitter that she was feeling tired and apprehensive about hitting the gym.

She wrote this week: 'Was so lazy but had to get that workout in! I'm so not a night workout person.'

Kim, whose baby is due in July, recently admitted she is terrified of piling on too much weight during her pregnancy.

She recently wrote on Twitter: 'Can't sleep & I'm googling double chin exercises! I'm petrified to get one.'

Kim returned from a break in Paris this week and has since been promoting her new E! series Kourtney and Kim Take Miami.

Focused on fitness: The star has kept up a regular work-out routine during her pregnancy

On Tuesday, she talked about her pregnancy when she appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

She admitted she had no plans to put the baby on her family's reality shows - even though Kourtney features her son Mason and daughter Penelope on TV.

She explained: 'It's not gonna be on our show.... No, I don't think so.

'When the baby's old enough to decide if that's what they - he or she - wants to do, that'll be a decision.'
