Tekashi 6ix9ine's Baby Mama Reacts To His Prison Sentence: 'He's Using My Daughter As A Prop!!'
Sara Molina, the baby mama of Tekashi 6ix9ine, has reacted to the news of his two-year sentence handed down to him by a judge on Wednesday.

"I gave people hope' this n*gga thinks he's a PROPHET OF GOD LMFAOOO HURD YOU MOSES," she wrote on Instagram.

Sara also spoke to TMZ, where she told them that Tekashi has never made their daughter a priority.

"He uses my daughter as a prop to gain sympathy like this is why he needs to be home," she told them.

It seems that if Tekashi was looking for a little tea and sympathy, Sara is not the one who will be dishing it out. On Wednesday, the rapper was sentenced to two years in prison plus five years supervised release. He was also fined $35,000 and must do 300 hours of community service upon his release.

The thirteen months he has already served will be deducted from his 24 months, so Tekashi will most likely be released towards the end of 2020.

The high profile case that has dominated headlines this year has finally reached its bittersweet end. Considering the fact that Tekashi 6ix9ine was initially facing up to 47 years in prison for nine federal charges, this sentence appears to be a miracle on paper. However, the rapper, his legal team and his family and friends worked hard to get the judge to be lenient. “Mr Hernandez, please rise. It is the judgment of the court you are to serve a term of 24 months in prison, with five years of supervised release,” Judge Engelmayer said as he handed down the sentencing.

Leading up to his sentence hearing today, the incarcerated rapper submitted a letter to Judge Engelmayer pleading for a lighter sentence. “There is no excuse, no justification and no apology good enough in this world to explain my crimes,” the rapper wrote before explaining that he often questions if his actions were worth it. His mother, brother and daughter’s mother also sent in letters asking for leniency and requesting that the judge hands down “time served” instead of a prison sentence. On the other side of the spectrum, two victims of the Nine Trey Bloods gang’s crimes sent letters to Judge Engelmayer detailing their traumatic experiences and asked that it be considered during sentencing. Another victim also spoke at the hearing today against 6ix9ine.

The prosecutors defended that Tekashi 6ix9ine was instrumental in them uncovering the details they did that were critical in their case against the Nine Trey Bloods. Similarly, defense attorney Lance Lazzaro argued that his client played a significant role in the prosecution’s case against the gang and stated that his “client’s cooperation is complete.”

After a whirlwind year that saw Tekashi throw several gangmenbers and celebrities under the bus, partner with feds, perpetuate a media frenzy and earn the worst possible street rep, the rapper can finally take solace in knowing that he has a future on the outside. We are all eager to see where the rapper’s career will go from here.

6ix9ine will also have to served 300 hours of community service when he is released from prison as well as pay a hefty fine of $35,000. With 13 months already served on his sentencing, Tekashi 6ix9ine will likely be released from prison in 11 months, around November 2020.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is no longer welcomed to The Breakfast Club even if he is released from jail tomorrow.

After conflicting reports regarding Tekashi 6ix9ine’s release date have been circling the internet this week, it seems that 6ix9ine’s team is confident that the incarcerated rapper will be seeing freedom very soon. According to Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy, Tekashi’s management has already been reaching out to high-profile news and media outlets to set up interviews for him. The Breakfast Club is an obvious first stop for 6ix9ine’s unorthodox press tour, after having already granted the radio show two now-infamous interviews.

However, it seems this time around The Breakfast Club trio is uninterested in catching up with Tekashi. Speaking about the issue on their show, the hosts revealed that 6ix9ine’s team has already reached out to them, and they have expressed their disinterest in setting up an interview.

While DJ Envy cited Tekashi’s inauthentic attempts at street cred as a reason for not giving him a platform upon his release, Angela Yee suggested that 6ix9ine focus on his story of redemption, possibly taking his inspiration from Kanye West’s more recent approach to music and publicity.

Charlamagne explained that he worries about the message they would send by interviewing the disgraced rapper, saying, “It doesn’t feel like there’s been any accountability on his part and it would be irresponsible of us to empower that dysfunction.”

Tekashi 6ix9ine has gained quite the reputation in his short career, using gang affiliation for clout and even identifying as a member of opposing gangs at different points in his journey to gain street cred. When all his extracurricular activities inevitably got him caught up with the law, he quickly turned on his fellow gang members and cooperated with federal authorities in exchange for a reduced sentence. Now that 6ix9ine is known as the ultimate snitch, it is unclear how he will remain safe without accepting witness protection while attempting to continue his music career.

69, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, will be sentenced in a New York court tomorrow (December 18). The Brooklyn native is hoping that the judge will sentenced him to time served and let him walked free. Nevertheless, he is facing up to 37 years in prison for 8 charges that he previously pled guilty to.
