The event was a day and night affair that Junior Reid intended to use to “bring back the family in music.” He is known for popular hits such as One Blood, This Is Why I’m Hot, and Foreign Mind.
Scheduled to perform at the event along with Junior Reid were Warrior King, Turbulence, Louie Culture, Kiddus-I, Fred Locks, Sister Carol, Jahmiel, Winston McAnuff, Julian Marley, I Wayne, Stephen Marley, Chezidek, Cedric Myton (of The Congos), Sizzla, and Big Youth.
At the event, during the live stage performance, I Wayne, Sizzla, Turbulence, and Louie Culture (among others) came onstage together, which livened up his set with an array of Rastafarian colours and old hits, like Turbulence’s Notoriousand X-Girlfriend, Sizzla’s Be Strong and Rise to the Occasion, and Louie Culture’s Ganga Lee.
