The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department launched an investigation after someone found the video and reported it to officials who said it appeared the kids were being 'provoked by an adult'. The video, entitled 'My nephew messed him up for picking on his home boy', was reported by msnbc as being the work of one Agustin Gamboa, a graduate of Chatsworth High School in San Fernando, Los Angeles.

A disturbing video showing kid-on-kid fighting has sparked a police investigation as authorities try to identify two adults in the footage who appear to watch without attempting to break it up, one even egging them on.

Two boys can be seen kicking, punching and even chocking each other while the adult shooting it and at least one other looks on. 

One of the adults can be heard encouraging the violence, advising them to remain on the grassy area and directing them to ‘get off the ground, Charlie’.

The boys only stop when another child intervenes to break up the fight. 

Still the adults do nothing.

The video, entitled ‘My nephew messed him up for picking on his home boy’, was reported by NBC along with an image of it posted on the Facebook page of Agustin Gamboa, a graduate of Chatsworth High School in San Fernando, Los Angeles.

When the Mail Online went to check it had been removed. 

Gamboa’s most recent public activity on Facebook was watching a violent video entitled ‘DAMMNNN!’ using an app called ‘Viddy’. 

In it a large white man runs at full pelt at a slight black man, leaping up in the air and kicking him hard in the chest.

Reaction: Some of the watching kids have their hands covering their mouths, as if in shock

The victim is thrown to the ground while the thug’s two friends watch and cheer, calling out ‘get that n*****, get that n*****’.

Other posts include a close up of him drinking from a miniature Bacardi bottle and a status in which he writes ‘feel like laying someone out’.

‘What’s most disturbing is that there are adults nearby that are not stopping it,’ department spokesperson Cindy Bachman.

‘The adults that are seen in the video are not setting any kind of example for these children.’

The department has asked that anyone with information calls in.
