And Rihanna, 30, took a well deserved break from shooting as she reunited with her family in Barbados over the weekend.
The Love On The Brain songstress looked utterly relaxed sporting a make-up free appearance as she enjoyed some much-needed family time with her father Ronald Fenty and mother Monica Braithwaite.

The Fenty Beauty mogul showcased her flawless complexion as she rested her head against her mother's for a photo together.

Enjoying a family dinner, Rihanna, who won a VMA last week, sported a low-key look for her outing in a lilac T-shirt while her raven-coloured tresses fell in a straight sleek style.   

Posing for the photo, the Diamond singer shared her joy at being home and reunited with her parents, captioning the shot: 'Home.'

Her appearance comes after Rihanna acted as a bridesmaid for childhood friend Sonita Alexander's wedding to long-term love Raymond Walker last week in Barbados.  

The Ocean's 8 star donned a stunning in a royal blue number for her bridal party duties and disappoint in the glam department as she accentuated her hazel eyes with a simple look and pink lip alongside her six fellow bridesmaids.

While the Umbrella hitmaker has earned her acclaim as a powerhouse performer, her makeup line reportedly earned 'a staggering $100 million in sales within 40 days' of release in September 2017, according to Vogue .

In addition to more than half-a-dozen fragrances baring her name, Rihanna recently launched her own lingerie line, Savage x Fenty, with affordable pieces available in a wide range of sizes.

A documentary on Barbadian-born international superstar Rihanna, which has been in the works since April 2016, should be released later this year.

Director Peter Berg has told Slash Film that it will be out in about two months.

He said the film, which has been approved by the singer, actress and businesswoman, will be “much more a character study than a music film”.

Berg praised the singer, whom he worked with her first film, ‘Battleship’ in 2012, for her enthusiasm on the project.

“I think she’s an extraordinary young woman and it really is kind of a pretty comprehensive profile of what goes in to making her this talent that she is. The work ethic, the talent, luck, the hustle, the vision,” Berg said. “She’s a really, really interesting woman and the movie will be out in about a month and half, two months we’ll be able to start showing it.”

There’s no word yet on the name of the documentary.
