[UPDATE+VIDEOS+PICS] Chris Brown & Drake Get Into Brawl @ NYC Club, Breezy's FACE Injured [PICS] *Update* More Details Emerge. Fight Reportedly Over Rihanna, Meek Mill Involved

R&B singer Chris Brown and his rival Drake were socked with a $16 million lawsuit Wednesday over the glass-flying brawl at a popular SoHo nightclub.

Greenhouse, on Vandam Street, shares space, owners and a liquor license with W.i.P. — the bar where the fight occurred June 14.

Owners of the Greenhouse trademark claim in court papers that the melee, which left at least seven people injured — including hoops star Tony Parker — cost them a $4 million licensing deal that they’d recently brokered.

Publicists for Drake and Brown have tried to distance the men from the fight over their former flame, Rihanna.

But the lawsuit, brought by Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., which owns the Greenhouse name, alleges they were directly involved.

Brown and Drake “began to fight violently with each other,” according to papers filed inManhattan Supreme Court. “Each ordered his security personnel, bodyguards, friends and entourage to join the fight.”

Witnesses said bottles were shattered so they could be used as weapons, and patrons started throwing glasses full of booze. The brouhaha started after Brown sent Drake a bottle of champagne — and Drake sent it back, prompting someone to start tossing ice cubes.

Members of each singer’s posse were also listed as defendants in the lawsuit, identified only as John Does.

Defendants overran the nightclub's extensive security measures and the brawl overtook the entire space. Terrorized patrons ran for cover...most were unable to protect themselves,” the lawsuit states.

Among those injured was Parker, whose left eye was hit by flying glass. He has filed a $20 millionlawsuit against the club. Others injured also have filed suits.

Brown and Drake “should have foreseen that their notoriety and celebrity would ensure that their acts had far reaching and devastating effects,” the trademark owners contend.

The bar was shut down by police and temporarily stripped of its liquor license by the State Liquor Authority.

Club owners went to court to win the license back on a temporary basis, and made a pact with the city to reopen with beefed-up security.

Police and the Manhattan District Attorney’s office are still investigating the incident. So far, no criminal charges have been brought.

UPDATE: Reps for Drake told AP that he was leaving the nightclub when a fight erupted between Chris Brown and other partygoers: "A statement released Thursday says that Drake did not engage in activity that resulted in injury to a person or property."
Meanwhile, TMZ quotes a source identifying rapper Meek Mill as the person who struck Brown with a bottle.

Brown's bodyguard Big Pat,who was hospitalized with a wound to his head.

Chris Brown has said he's eager to put all that Rihanna drama behind him, but the rapper indicated otherwise Wednesday night when he reportedly got into a scuffle with Drake.
TMZ reports that Brown and his entourage butted heads with the "Take Care" singer at New York nightclub W.i.P. (where Mary J. Blige, Ne-Yo and Fablolous were also partying). Apparently it went down like this: Brown sent a bottle of champagne over to Drake's table. The YMCMB rapper and his party then came over and sparked an argument over Rihanna (with whom he was once romantically linked), then punched Brown in the face and threw the bottle at him.

Hollie C. was at the cub with friends and ended up in the hospital with a gash to her head that required 16 stitches to close.

"Within a few moments of noticing glass being thrown around, I saw a glass bottle headed towards me; consequently hitting me in the head," she told TMZ "I immediately started to bleed and proceeded to fall in and out of consciousness."

A party goer also shot footage right after the club closed. It shows Chris Brown, Meek Mill,Trey Songz and Drake leaving. Peep that below.

SCROLL FOR VIDEOS

A photo posted by GossipCop shows that Brown's bodyguard, Big Pat, was badly injured at the scene. A total of five people were injured at the nightclub, according to the NYPD, who arrived after receiving a call between 4am and 5am; police are currently investigating the incident though no arrests have been made. Both Drake and Brown had left the club by the time police arrived. Brown also took to his Twitter page to post a photo of the laceration on his chin (which he indicated came from a bottle) and revealing messages, like "How u party wit rich n**** that hate? Lol... Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!" and "Ok! N****s stand behind security! Ok! U don't pay them enough."
Brown has since deleted the messages on his Twitter page, including the photo of his injury, but you can view a screenshot of both here.
Meanwhile, rumors of a Brown-Rihanna rekindling have been reported in the press, primarily by TMZ, which spotted the former couple partying together at New York nightclub Avenue earlier this week. And in early June, Rihanna slammed a journalist from British Esquire for probing into the nature of her relationship with Brown. "If I went back to him [as a girlfriend], then that’s a whole different discussion ... I think a lot of people jumped to an assumption that was incorrect and they ended up looking stupid," she said. "This is turning into a tacky interview."

PICS BELOW

Chris Brown and Drake came to blows early this morning leaving Breezy with a cut on his chin.

The two superstars were partying at Club WIP in New York City when their entourages got into a brawl. TMZ is reporting that five people were injured during the melee, although none seriously. The injuries ranged from cuts to bumps and bruises.

Brown tweeted the picture above of his injury. He also tweeted "How u party wit rich n**** that hate? Lol... Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!"

Both the pic and tweet were later deleted.

Speculation is that the fight started over Chris' ex-girlfriend Rihanna, but that has yet to be confirmed.

Story still developing...

**UPDATE**

More information is coming in about the fight between Drake and Chris Brown. It seemsMeek Mill was somehow involved according to a report on Global Grind.

Meek and Drake are currently on the Club Paradise tour together and were at Club WIP together last night.

The fight allegedly started when Chris sent a bottle of champagne over to Drake and Meek's table.

The Sun is reporting that Drake sent the bottle back along with a note that read “I'm f*cking the love of your life, deal with it."

At that point the two confronted each other and started arguing over Rihanna. Drake then punched Breezy in the face and hit him with a bottle before he could retaliate.

New York party promoter Jessica Rosenblum later tweeted Meek blaming him for instigating the whole thing.

Meek replied by saying it wasn't him.

Meanwhile Chris took to Twitter and fired off a series of angry tweets.

Rappers stay schemin'. And if the reports are to be believed, R&B singers do too. After hitting up theMaybach Music Grouplistening party in theBronx, Young Moneyrapper Drake headed to NewYork's SoHo, where his camp reportedly got into an altercation with Chris Brown's crew on Wednesday night.

According to TMZ, theNYPD has confirmed that Drizzy and Breezy got into a fight at W.I.P.nightclub, where bottles were allegedly thrown. A photo posted toBrown's Instagram showing the singer sporting a bloody gash on his chin quickly made the rounds on Thursday (June 14). But Breezy's timeline had been sanitized entirely at press time.

Drake and Brown have been the subject of rumors, particularly in recent months, as buzz built that the two were fighting over Rihanna. Brown'slong-term relationship with the Bajan singer imploded after he assaulted her in 2009, but they continued to be linked to each other. Drake has spoken in song about his own fleeting romantic encounter with Rihanna; the pair were spotted out together during Memorial Day weekend inMiami,

Five people were injured in last night's brawl, before the New York City Police Department were called in the early morning hours, around 4 a.m.TMZ reported that Brown and Drake were not at the club when police arrived; no arrests were made.

Some of you spend time focusing and putting successful people like Rihanna down, while your life is a failure.

I can guarantee you who just call her Ratchet dont have anything going for you including an education.

The educated people on CF don't speak like you all.
