I'm quite feasible of educating myself about history, or, my history as you pontificated. Stop your baboonery and quit acting like a jackass. What the people need is His story, the good news of the Lord Jesus Christ and Him Crucified. That's what humanity needs. We don't need to be bog down and reminded about the prolixity of century old facts that's already known that once was.

Ricardo O'Connor FIRST OFF this post is about the denying of Blacks having the right to be armed and the laws enacted to prevent them from being able to protect themselves. SECONDLY, Repubs enacted those lawsas well as Dems and THIRDLY, you're off topic and hijacking my post---FOURTHLY--- You're delusional...hence the surname O'Connor. The dems and repubs are one and the same only different sides of the same coin, however the Repubs are the one's eviscerating or trying to eviscerate voting rights,social programs, health care etc., of which the majority is they're own kind----You're doing some serious super cooning by parroting the same lines they spew forth and I see you have been spoon fed and gladly eat up the propaganda and lies you've been taught AND OH---you've outed yourself for who you truly are but hey we kind of expected infiltration from people like you

@Richardo, I'm sorry you feel that there are gaps in my knowledge, but the truth is that the Republicans where able to water down Obama care to the point that the insurance companies were able to help big business, once again, by saving their bottom line! Democratic saved the auto industry's when the big three were taking their last gasp! More importantly, when you parade fools who don't know their ass holes from their elbows and tell me they are the brightest that we have to offer, well I have to question your intelligence. Trump has neither the brain power or the leadership skills to run this country! He is stupid a la Sarah Pallin a la George Bush. These people are plain and simply dumb! We are the laughing stock of the world!

@David there is good and bad to Obamacare but the bad outweighs the good. There are many people the Obamacare is helping who couldn't or didn't have healthcare. I am happy for those people. But there are many people who under the Obamacare has seen there insurance skyrocketed who can no longer afford their insurance and doctors are forced to closed their practices because of regulatory system in it which are killing their practices. The Republican Party are not for taxing the middle class. The Democrats are the one perpetrating this lie and you people believed it. You taxed the middle class and you hurt the whole country. The middle class are the backbone of this country and none of the two parties are silly enough to do such a thing. The Democrats are the ones in favor of taxing the rich more as per your President Barack Obama who have stated over and over, let them pay their fair share. Goes to show you that he knows little about how the system works. What he has pontificated sounds good but it would be very detrimental to the economy and job creation. You know the amount of job that would be lost and the very little that would be created???.........

One more thing. Show me where the Republicans would eliminate social programs for the poor? And let me ask you this. Who are the poor? Maybe you are confusing where they have stated to eliminate programs that are harboring healthy able body people who do not want to work and who have cheated and are cheating the system. There are many people on these social programs that are healthy and are able to work but do not want to work. Those are the ones the Republican Party are targeting. Their not targeting people who are really in need of help and I think you know this. Where were you when Linden B Johnson told his constituents that he can let the black man vote Democrat a hundred years by ending segregation and giving hand outs, huh?! @David I am not being unkind but you have much to learn my man and it goes for every one of us included my very self. If blacks want to vote Republican or Democrats it's their right. We need to steer clear from imposing our will on others.

@Carl, yes the bible does say that. But what you eluded to has nothing to do with what I am anticipating what you maybe thinking. That line of Scripture has to do with believers separating themselves from the things of this world. The bible teach that believers must occupy until the Lord returns. The word occupy there means that we must participate in the affairs of the world and voting is a big part of it. Jesus told His diciples to give what is to Ceasar and give what is to God and that simple means that we must obey God and obey the law of man. The attitude of do nothing because both parties are the same is an injustice and slap in the faces of those who wants to see true change. No one is perfect and none of the two parties are good. But there is one, depending on what your interest are, that is a little better than the other. And me being a child of the Most High Jesus I can't see myself vote Democrat..............and I can't see true believing Christians who knows anything about the parties vote Democrat.

The key is to be in the world, but not of it. Do not go the way of the Gentiles. That means republican, democrat whatever. Ill give to caesar whats caesar and follow laws, but really Im following the Creators laws.
To come down a little, republicans and dems are the same. Dem were the slave owners. Dems started the klan. History is tricky because the party lines means nothing without understanding the people involved.
