Hip-hop powerhouse couple Nick Minaj and Meek Mill are reportedly butting heads, and many think that it’s because of Meeks legal problems.
According to TMZ, the MMG rapper’s house arrest is allegedly taking a toll on his love life with the ‘Only’ lyricist, mainly because he wants her to remain close to him during this 90-day period, which will begin on March 1st.
A source had mentioned to TMZ that Minaj shrugged off his request — which allegedly is what ignited a fight between the two — so that she could stay focused on her career. Mill was found guilty of violation of his probation earlier in the year, which was brought to light after his parole officer made claims that the artist failed to request approval to leave Philadelphia, which is his home town.
In addition to his house arrest, authorities ruled that he would be on probation for six more years.
Minaj and Mill have been dating for a while and beat the odds when it comes to breakup rumors, which have been spreading since the two of them got together. But the chatter hit an all-time high in the last 24 hours as multiple news outlets claimed that they got into a huge fight at Meeks Philly mansion.
Though there are plenty of reports to back up this argument, Nicki Minaj has finally spoken out and called bullsh!t on all the latest news surrounding her and her boyfriend. She took to her Twitter account to say:
“Shout out to these fake stories – who’s ready for the show tomorrow?”
Meek and Minaj are constantly keeping us guessing when it comes to the status of their relationship (like all of those social media pictures that the female rapper posted of diamond rings) so it all could go one way or the other, but I am happy to see that ‘Omeeka’ is still together and let’s just hope they stay at it for a while…
So, what are your thoughts on this recent clap back from Ms. Minaj?
