Naomi Campbell has admitted she only eats once a day in order to maintain her sexy, slender frame.
She made the confession when asked in a new interview to describe her typical Sunday routine.
“I eat my lunch. Lunch is my dinner, because I really only eat once a day,” Campbell said.
She added, “Sunday is my treat, so I’ll make desserts, my cakes and puddings.”
But, as noted by The Sun, she refuses to eat gluten and dairy, so she can enjoy her desserts guilt free.

Back in 2013, Naomi admitted to eating only fruit and vegetable juices for ten days ahead of a major fashion show.
“I eat when I feel like it and I don’t starve myself, she said. “If I want to do a day of just not eating, I do it and just do water or juice.
“Depends how I feel. In the heat, sometimes I just want to do juice.
“It’s never planned. It could be one day, it could be two days a week.
“It’s just when I feel like doing it.”
In addition to her strict diet, Naomi prefers to do workouts at home because, “gyms make me nervous,” she says.
She also allows fans to join her for daily live workouts with her personal trainer on Instagram.
“I just want to share it with everyone, whoever wants to do it with me, which is great,” Campbell said.
She also spends 30 minutes daily soaking in bath water with Epsom salts, kosher salts and vinegar.
“I sit in there for 30 minutes, then I do a facial,” she says.
Serena Williams had the best answer when Naomi Campbell asked her about Meghan Markle moving to America: “I don’t know what you’re talking about. Don’t know nothing about that. Never seen her, never heard it, don’t know her.” A loyal friend. #NoFilterWithNaomi #HarryandMeghan
In related news, the catwalk queen has turned into a talk show host (of sorts) as she chats live on YouTube every day with some of her famous friends, including Vogue editor Anna Wintour, model Cindy Crawford and tennis champs Venus and Serena Williams (see clip above).
“I want people to be able to see we’re accessible, you know, to know a bit more about us,” Campbell told Reuters.
Her virtual chats are 30 minutes long so “you get us relaxed at home. Being able just to sit and just talk.”
