Caribbean Fever - Your ONLY destination to all things Caribbean and more
I cry for the kids In Somalia who dont have water and food to eat, the kids without medication and waiting to die, the mothers and fathers helplessly watching their dying kids and unable to do anything, I cry for the kids, men and women in Libya being sold into slavery in 2017 as the world watches, I cry for the kids in Haiti who wont have a white or black Christmas, because they dont know what Christmas is.
I cry for the men women sacrifices their lives overseas to make sure we can walk free where ever we are, I cry for the homeless men and women in the cold streets without a Place to stay or food to eat, I cry for the men and women waking up every morning working 2 jobs and still unable to be pay the bills.
I cry for the women being in abusive relationships and may not make it to see another day, I cry for the little black boys and girls being kidnap every day and dont make the news, I cry for the mothers who loses their kids to gun violence, I cry for those in the hospital beds unable to bare the pain, I cry because I am in pain for the less fortunate everyday I wake up, I cry because I feel their pain , I share their pain, because everyday I am in pain.
When you tell the story of Christmas do you tell your kids about the kids who have never held a toy? you may sing about white christmas, but the rest of the world aint so white at Christmas Night.
Merry Christmas and a Happy kwanzaa to those who dont know what christmas is about, in my heart I will celebrate you, in my heart I will hold your pain
