Do you have kids, Damian? I have two of them and I know for sure how much education is worth now. I can't afford it here but seeing the collapse of modern medicine, I don't regret it. I explained my position to my sons and we are together looking for alternative options. I want to try the option with kiev medical school. There is a strong program for foreign students there. By the way, the cost of training in this alma mater is three times lower than in my native NY.

I miss that education when students were taught to see people and talk to them, and not to estimate the size of their insurance. Something has died in our universities if we see off this doctor and don't see a worthy replacement.
