Man guilty of rape after having unprotected sex without telling woman

A man who had unprotected sex with his date when she thought he was wearing a condom has been convicted of rape.

In the landmark decision in Lausanne, Switzerland, the court found that having unprotected sex if the use of a condom is expected by the partners involved constitutes rape.

The man involved was handed a 12-month suspended prison sentence.

According to the The Local, the unnamed 47-year-old French man and the Swiss woman met on Tinder.

On their second date at the woman’s home, they started having sex with a condom – but the man removed it. The woman only realised he hadn’t been wearing a condom after they had finished.

The court heard that the woman would have refused to have sex the man if she had known he wasn’t wearing a condom.

Speaking to news agency ATS after the verdict, the victim’s lawyer called the decision ‘a first for Switzerland’.

But damn- 90 dayz of dating could quite possibly reveal what a 1st encounter would not.
Gotta KNO who (who-who-who) and what kind of person you are dealing with, time would tell.

And yes, women can do the same things like pretending to be on birth control, etc. Men in those cases have a right to take action against it as well. If you feel violated, take action. Don't let malicious people get away with their wicked ways. It's just like Davi said tho, sex is not for all these things and that's why the Most High gave laws and commandments to follow for people to live better. If people waited to have sex with someone that cares about them and for whom they care for, there would be less wickedness going around.
