I have tried it and done it plenty of times Future. I am a real man about mine and will never let a cop have his way with me. I am not the man who stand there and let a cop beat me or decide my life in his hand, if that cop step outside the law it is my right to defend myself how ever I have to and may the chips fall where they may.

I know my rights and I know the law to, I can read.

I know for a fact that it isnt always based on color due to my experiences all around the different states. Ive backed police down many times knowing my rights, a good bit of the law, and standing firm while speaking calm, with intellegence in a none threatening manner. Although they can make it hard, its in your favor to do so. And of course nothing is 100% but again, knowing what your doing, being informed and controlling yourself can help to keep the situation from escalating even more negatively.

What most people is many police officers dont even know the laws they get a salary to enforce. They do what they do and make it up along the way as they see fit. Lots of them now are very young and inexperienced in the field altogether. In otherwords, stand up, and be the grownup that you are.

Please excuse my errors in grammer. Typing with lrft hand with a port & IV in my upper left arm & a child in my right arm doesn't allow for errors. Lol

Well said Carl. The law can work for blacks I'd cited. It's how you do it & how you portray yourself. I have used the law against officers several times. I make sure to be proper, us their name, don't shout, keep calm & it works in my favor. It had nothing to do with color because sometimes they were black officers or Latin americans. You can not get irate & yell & curse, this will only make the situation worse. Use your brain not your fist for the brain packed with intelligence is a much more formidable weapon the a rolled up fist.

Good job. I applaud him for knowing the law. I also applaud the sergeant for actually knowing & enforcing the law & then APOLOGIZING. Good learning experience.

If we dont speak up about corruption truthfully concerning leaders and rulers then we are in league with evil doers against The Almighty. Honesty is an expensive gift, but not for cheap people!
