Chris Brown is a free man after spending several hours in Los Angeles County Jail Tuesday, August 30.
The singer was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, after Baylee Curran accused him of pointing a gun at her at his Tarzana, California home earlier that morning.

Curren claims Brown became irate when she touched a diamond necklace that was being showcased by a man at the home.
According to the LA Times, Brown was released around 11:15 p.m. after posting $250,000 bail.
In a Twitter post Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, says his client will be vindicated.
"Thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes," Geragos wrote. "Chris is out and well. The allegations against him are demonstrably false."

Chris Brown has been arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after a prolonged, 11-hour stand-off with the police at his $4million mansion.
Baylee Curran, a former Miss California Regional 2016, called 911 at around 3am on Tuesday claiming a Brown had pointed a gun at her after she admired his friend's jewelry, TMZ reported.
Police arrived at Brown's sprawling estate in Los Angeles, but no one answered the door and it took hours before they obtained a warrant to search the home for a weapon.
Emerging from his mansion around 2.43pm (PT), Brown took off his sweatshirt and sat on the ground in front of the door, appearing relaxed before he went back inside around 3pm (PT).
During a press conference this afternoon, authorities said Brown was cooperating with Los Angeles Police Department officers and investigators.
LAPD Robbery-Homicide Division detectives searched the property, while Brown's entourage of about half a dozen people were interviewed by authorities.

Singer Chris Brown remains holed up inside his $4million mansion in southern California amid an ongoing eight-hour stand-off with police.
The 27-year-old shouted 'come and get me' and allegedly threw a bag containing drugs, a gun and other weapons out the window as officers surrounded the property on Tuesday morning,TMZ reported.
Brown also went online to post a series of Instagram videos ranting about police harassment.
The escalating incident was sparked by a 911 call at around 3am on Tuesday from an unidentified woman - variously reported to be a TV actress or beauty queen - who claimed a raging Brown had pointed a gun at her during an argument.

Officers are awaiting a search warrant to enter the property in the Tarzana area outside Los Angeles, after Brown and his entourage failed to respond to repeated requests to open the door.
A spokesman for the LAPD confirmed to DailyMail.com that police were first summoned by a woman requesting assistance.
In Brown's multiple Instagram posts he said he had just woken up to the sound of circling helicopters, and was 'too tired' to be dealing with police.

Earlier in the day a large group of friends, including both Brown and Kim Kardashian's infamous ex Ray J, were socializing at the property when another guest arrived with two women.
While the man was invited, the women were not, sparking a disagreement between them and Brown, TMZ reported.
However sources told Fox 11 that the women instead claimed to have been invited inside.
They claimed to have been looking at jewelry with Brown and his jeweler when the mood changed.
One woman ran outside the home and called 911 at around 3am, alleging Brown had pulled his weapon and pointed it at her during an argument.

Ray J - who was said to have been getting a tattoo when the disagreement first occurred - left the property before 7am.

An unidentified woman dressed in a denim shirt and high heels, was seen leaving the property with a police escort around 11am.
At 11.30am a man, not thought to be Brown, emerged from the property and was seen co-operating with officers, who searched his person.
Aerial views of the scene taken throughout the morning showed multiple police officers on the perimeter of the property, along with what appeared to be a deflated bounce house on the grounds.
A SWAT team remains on stand by at the property.

Brown has had a number of run-ins with the law in recent years, beginning with his conviction for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in February 2009.
For that offence, he was sentenced to five years of probation, one year of domestic violence counselling, and six months of community service, and his probation was finally lifted in March 2015.
In 2014, he spent almost three months in jail last year for violating his probation after allegedly hitting a man in Washington, D.C.
Brown had his probation revoked in January 2015 following a poor report which claimed he had a 'knack' for finding trouble and had been present at two shootings, though he was not involved in either.
Notes at the time read: 'There is also concern that when he performs or attends at some of his public events, people will get shot or seriously injured.'
Then in June of this year, the She Ain’t You hit-maker was accused of stomping on a man's head during a club appearance at the Cannes Film Festival.
Police are also reported to have been called to Brown's property at least five times this year, in response to complaints of disturbance of the peace.

Chris Brown emerged a big winner from a child custody court hearing with his baby's mom, Nia Guzman.
In September 2015, Brown was awarded joint legal and physical custody of his 2-year old daughter Royalty and 12 unmonitored visits a month. His monthly child support payments were set at $2,500.
Earlier this year Guzman sought to have that ruling amended. Chris was ordered at that time to give her $20,000 to pay for lawyers.
She requested full custody, drug tests and monitored visitation for Brown, as well as an order prohibiting his mother from seeing her granddaughter.
The judge in the case has denied all of those requests and ruled that Guzman isn't entitled to the $20,000 in attorney's fees the singer had given her.
According to TMZ, Brown was given credit for the money, which covers 8 months of child support.
Guzman also wanted her child support payments increased to $16,000 a month, but withdrew the request.

Four armed men forced their way into Brown’s swanky new mansion in San Fernando Valley, California while he was partying at a club. One of the men held a gun to the singer’s aunt face and forced her into a closet. Sources say that she is very shaken by the ordeal.
TMZ is reporting that Chris Brown, as well as, cops thinks that his friends are responsible for the robbery. The “Ayo” singer was hosting a party at a club in Los Angeles while the robbery was going down, so there is also a theory that the club promoters are involved.
Chris Brown ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran says that she always warned him about these same friends long before the hit went down.
“Karrueche been long telling him to cut loose these so called friends of his because they are not doing anything good for him,” sources connected to the couple said. “I think she is happy that nothing bad happened to him because she still care about him, but she is also happy that she wasn’t there at his house when it all went down.”
Investigators are following several leads but no arrest have been made so far.
Karrueche Tran is not the only ex-girlfriend that is warning Chris Brown about his friends. Rihanna is telling the singer to do some house cleaning and shrink his circle.

The cops were called - with TMZ's sources reporting it was likely due to the noises Chris was making outside of the star's house, in the early hours of the morning.
At that point Karrueche then fled Chris again, leaving her home to head to Norm's Diner, where he eventually followed.
Once there it broke out into a screaming match, after which Karrueche finally left and returned to her home without Chris.
It was quite the dramatic night following an Instagram post in which Chris threw up his 'white flag,' asserting that he refused 'to be petty and attention seeking.'
He had shared the thoughtful snap on May 28, also admitting: 'I can't speak for everyone but I can say that my actions contributed a lot to my karma. Being jealous and angry and controlling.'
However, it seemed he had let similar emotions get the better of him following his run-in with his ex at the Los Angeles club.

The “Private Show” singer’s on-again off-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran celebrated her birthday on Sunday May 17. Sources connected to the former flames told Urban Islandz that Chris Brown tried to reach out to Karrueche Tran in the days leading up to her birthday but she wouldn’t budge so he just gave up. “He (Chris Brown) tried to hit her up countless amount of time last week but she didn’t respond so he just let it go not that he had a choice,” sources told us.
“He even bought a gift for her but and tried to reach her through their mutual friends but still nothing from her. I think she is really hurt and folks around her is telling her to stay away from Breezy. But they really love each other so who knows maybe this will all blow over,” our source added.
Karrueche Tran celebrated her birthday with by having dinner with her family and close friends. Last week she also hosted an all-white party with her friends including Christina Millian.
Sources told us there were one strict rule, nobody can mention Chris Brown or play any of his music.
Brown and Karrueche Tran split earlier this year after she found out that he fathered a love child with Nia Guzman, who partied with them both in 2013.
They have not spoken to each other since then and Tran vowed that she will never be a stepmother to Chris’s one-year-old daughter Royalty.

Chris Brown melt all his female fans heart when he shared an adorable video of himself and his daughter Royalty on his Instagram page.
In the video you can see the daddy and daughter bonding with Chris Brown telling her to say “what’s up” and asking her “what do you see.” The 11-month-old toddler replied saying “da da” while Brown hold her in his arms.
Chris Brown has been in full daddy mode since learning in February that he is the father of Royalty. Despite loosing his girlfriend Karrueche Tran earlier this year over the toddler, Brown has fully embraced his responsibility as a father while still trying to win his girl back.
These days Chris Brown and Royalty are seen as the cutest daddy daughter duo in Hollywood.
Earlier this month, Chris Brown also shared a photo of Royalty sleeping with the caption, “I honestly never knew I could love someone as strong as I do. I’m gonna give her the world.”
The “Loyal” singer also shared a few photos of his mother Joyce Hawkins bonding with her granddaughter.
He has since removed those photos from IG but not before we grabbed a screenshot.
Chris Brown is gearing up for his upcoming four city tour with Omarion, August Alsina, and Sevyn Streeter.
The tour will see the singer in action in Texas, Mississippi, and Oklahoma.

Karrueche Tran recently sat down with inspirational speaker, lawyer, life coach Iyanla Vanzant for an interview on Oprah Winfrey'sOWN Network.
Tran discusses how she met Chris Brown, initially wanting their relationship to be different from his with other women, finding out he fathered a child, the love triangle with Rihanna, having her heart broken, trying to unsuccessfully change Chris and more.
The big occasion saw the toddler dressed in yellow pants, a floral sweater and a mini pair of colourful Nike trainers. Tiny gold studs could be seen in her ears, while a gold bracelet hung on her wrist.
Her model mother Nia Amey, 31, showed her post-baby body in a blue and white floral dress as she carried a baby blanket and a bottle of milk inside.
With a sign in the bus' window clearly stating that no shoes were to be worn, the petite former nursing student had removed her sky high heels, replacing them with some unflattering pool sliders.
Nia's 13-year-old daughter, whose father filed for divorce after 11 years upon hearing of the pregnancy, helpfully carried a large bag packed with baby gear.
As we previously reported, the child was conceived with a model named Nia Amey, real name Nia Gonzalez. The news caught Chris' girlfriend Karrueche Tran completely off guard. Bankman Fried's lawyers filed an appeal seeking to block the disclosure of the guarantors' names at the last minute on February 7. The appeal did not include https://missouristate.ning.com/... additional arguments against disclosure, but it would prevent the order from being enforced until Feb. 14 to allow the application for further suspension.

Where trojan horse shyt lies...
Not a fan of his and even with his previous situations,I didn't believe for one second he pulled a gun on anyone. He should take a break from the limelight and some of the people around him to work on his inner peace or he will continue to become an easy target for the vampires who are trying to steady suck his blood in hopes of breaking him down to the core,especially since he has been very outspoken recently on the going ons with the current climate out here. Be careful who you let in your space at all times!
