This move comes at a time when West has started to up his real estate game with one of his most recent transactions in the field being the listing of his 3.7 million dollar bachelor pad, while also copping a 57.3 million dollar beach house in Malibu.
His new home, however, is properly equipped as it has a swimming pool and a horse stable and even though according to TMZ the property needs more work, Kanye was not the person to give up an opportunity to live across the street from Kim.
The property is 3650 Square feet and the house has a total of 5 bedrooms.
His efforts to get back into the life of the Tv star is very much evident, especially because the rapper sang lyrics we all know was dedicated to Kim, telling her “I need you to run right back to me”, at the concert he did with Drake at the LA Memorial Coliseum.
Even though things are slowly taking place, Kim Kardashian has been pushing hard to get the divorce out of the way and her most recent move was to have a court filing that made her officially single. All the issues concerning property jointly owned by the two have not been sorted out completely as yet however, the “Keeping up with the Kardashians” star seems to be thinking one step ahead but even then “Ye” already might have gone 10 steps, to get back the love of his life.
