It was reported that the vessel was on its way back from abroad, where it went for dry routine maintenance and it stopped sending tracking signals on Tuesday in the afternoon. The Jamaican Coast Guards were alerted and they began the search and rescue operations the next day.
It was reported that the vessel was 30 miles west of Pedro Bank when it disappeared.
There has been no significant sighting of the vessel, even though Honduras, Cayman Islands and Cuban Coast Guards are supporting the search over the past couple of days. The United States Embassy in Jamaica and the US Coast Guards are also searching for the vessel.
There will be more updates as time goes by.
