Devoted dad: A hilarious video captures Steve Fuehne on an amusment park ride with his daughter despite his fear of heights
The footage was taken a year ago on the Screaming Swing ride at the Dollywood amusement park in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
While Steve yells and grimaces on the video, his 10-year-old daughter Grace Elizabeth is seen giggling and grinning.
'Never again, Grace Elizabeth!' Steve shouts as he and his daughter swing back and forth.
But when they reach the ground, he changes his mind when Grace says she wants to go again.
Fears: Even when operators stop the ride to check he is alright, Steve tells his daughter he will go up again with her - as fear washes over his face
'We really can do one more?' he asks, bewildered. 'Oh, take me up again. I’ll do it with you, honey.'
Fear sweeps over his face again as the pendulum-style ride sets off once more - as Steve sticks out his tongue and clamps his eyes shut tight.
Speaking with NBC's Today show, Fuehne admitted: 'My biggest fear is heights, so that didn't help a whole lot.'
Good humoured: Steve said it took him a few hours to get over the ride
Grateful: His daughter Grace agreed it showed how much her dad loved her
He went on: '[Grace] wanted to ride on it and my wife was not there with us to go, and they wouldn't let her ride unless I went along, so I said, "Well, how bad can it be?"'
His screams were so loud that the operators stopped the ride to offer to let him get off - but Grace loved the ride so much she wanted to go again, he said.
Steve added that it took him 'a couple of hours' to feel himself again.
