Sigourney Weaver will receive a Founders Award as an Icon in the Performing Arts.
Award-winning Hollywood actress Sigourney Weaver will receive an award at the third annual Barbados Independent Film Festival (BIFF) this weekend.
The ‘Cinema Under the Stars’ tribute to the American actress at the awards on Saturday will feature the presentation of the Founders Award as an Icon in the Performing Arts to her, and a screening of her personally selected film, A Map of the World.
