The horrified mother immediately called 911 as one of her sons administered CPR on Heaven until first responders arrived to the scene.
Paramedics rushed Heaven to St Barnabas Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
A neighbor told the Post that Heaven and her mother got into a disagreement over her phone usage earlier that morning.
'Apparently the girl woke up, and she wanted to get the phone to go on YouTube,' the neighbor said.
'But the mother told her, no, it was too early in the morning,' the neighbor added.
Another neighbor told the Post that Heaven was the youngest of four siblings.

This is very sad how some parents are not taking the responsibility to rise children correctly. Children are growing up way too fast by giving them cell phones and electronics at an early age that is destroying their lives. Cell phones and certain electronics and game console should only be allowed when you turn 13 years of age.Years 1 through 12 should be all about school books and monitored computer learning, these are the tender delicate years of a child. Pay attention!
Why are nine year olds given cell phones? Sigh
My 9 year old child wouldn't even have a cell phone.
