A shocking video shows an 18-year-old Nevada girl climbing back into her home after escaping from a bedroom she was locked in for at least a year by family members.

The girl, who has not been identified, was given very little food and could only go to the bathroom in a bucket in her North Las Vegas home, police said.

The 18-year-old's mother, Addy Gonzales, and grandmother, Maria Pasarin, were both charged with child abuse and false imprisonment along with Daniel Omezcua.

Authorities were tipped off to a report of a teenager 'trying to use a ladder' to get back into her room on November 4.

She had just come back from trying to get food and water from a neighbor's backyard before attempting to climb back up. That neighbor, who gave her name only as Maria, filmed one such incident where the abused teen sneaked out.

A neighbor, who only gave the name 'Maria' to 8 News Now, said that the girl 'got out and jumped over to our backyard seeking water.'

The victim told 'Maria' that she'd climbed down using sheets and tying clothes together and eventually started to drink water from a hose.

'Maria' added that she told the girl to call the police, but she refused, 'saying no one would believe her.'

Another neighbor asked if she needed help, but the victim merely pointed to the ladder to get over a concrete wall back to her bedroom window.

When the police arrived at around 3:30p.m., they found the girl at the second-floor window of the home.

They should be imprisoned for the rest of their natural lives since they are capable of doing the same to others.
