2. Eat well. Focusing on nutrient-rich vegetables that are high in fiber, such as green leafy vegetables, broccoli and cauliflower. Eat protein that are low in fat as skinless chicken and beef fat-free or salmon, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids that help lower LDL cholesterol levels.
