Gay teen attacked by classmates, allegedly stabbed in the face with screwdriver {VIDEO}

Gay Teen Attacked

Tim Jefferson speaks to CBS46 in Atlanta. (Image/CBS46 video)

Jefferson told Atlanta’s CBS46 several students hurled racial and homophobic slurs at him. One student, he alleges, stabbed him in the face with a screwdriver.

Jefferson’s mother says this is the eighth time her son has been attacked because of his sexuality. She said her son will be transferring to another school now because of the attacks.

Jefferson, 16, told the station he wants to press charges, hoping the students involved in the attack will be taught a lesson.

“I want the boys who did this to go to jail,” Jefferson said.

According to the CBS46 report, four students have been charged in the incident. Three of the alleged perpetrators have been charged with affray, while Jefferson’s friend who retaliated was charged with disorderly conduct.

@Willie Ward, some gays put themselves out there to be attack, injure or killed because of what you stated. Just recently my Aunt told me they killed a gay man who disguised himself as a woman flirting and hitting on straight men inside a club and on his way home they killed him. I was hit on by a gay dude walking with my wife, YES WALKING WITH MY WIFE, not walking alone, on a criuse ship in the Bahamas. There were many instances where family and friends experienced this flirtatious behavior from gays walking the streets. It look like we're not too far off from Sodom and Gomorrah where men were hit on and gang raped and we're suppose to just stay silent and bow our heads like sheep led to the slaughter.

I agree Pamela Keys, no one has the right to lay hands on anyone on this planet as long as they live, However, Some will say they shouldn't have done that then turn around and say off with someones head on another matter which I feel the other matters in life for instance murderers should not be mobbed for their crimes then call it an eye for an eye that is hypocrisy.

I in no way insite violence against anyone straight or gay, we all have free will to choose and God will be the judge of us all. With that said I don't know the details of this story but from my experience I find that most not all gay people do not have respect for other people they believe that they can force themselves onto others and people should just accept it then they play the victim. Keep your sexual preferences to yourself know wants to know.

I have nothing against ppl who want to be other than what God created them to be...however...just don't go around thinking everyone is wanting to be with it...I saw a gay man get punched in the face on a train ride to work because he was trying to flirt with a straight man...smh

So much for the " Stop bullying campaign " Bullying will never stop I don't care how much campaigning you do, evil will still roam amongst us and Good will still roam amongst us. You dam if you do and you damned if you don't smh. Like my husband said last night to me, Leave them to God, he will judge them swiftly.

Good. Send them to jail! And sue they asses too! It's a shame that gays still have to face criticism the way they do. It's 2015. Get over it! And it happens to heterosexual-s too. Just because!
