Father Executes Teen Son For Molesting 3 Year Old Sister ( Watch Video )

A 15-year-old boy who was killed by his father in an execution style killing spent the last moments of his life pleading, "No, Daddy! No!"

Jamar Pinkney Jr. was shot in the head Monday by his 37-year-old father, Jamar Pinkney Sr., who allegedly made the teen strip his clothes off and kneel in a vacant lot before he was killed by a single bullet.

The boy's mother, Lazette Cherry, told the Detroit Free Press that Pinkney Sr., showed up at her Highland Park, Mich., home after she told him that their son had made a startling confession.

According to Cherry, the 15-year-old had admitted to having "inappropriate contact" with his 3-year-old half sister.

"I called and told his father this isn't something you sweep under the rug," Cherry, who was unable to be reached by ABCNews.com, told the paper.

Pinkney Sr. began by pistol whipping his son in the living room where the teen lived with his mother before taking him outside, despite Cherry's pleas to stop.

The father marched the naked boy into the lot and made him kneel down. As the boy pleaded for his life and his distraught mother looked on, Pinkney Sr. allegedly executed the boy with a shot in the head.

Pinkney Sr. was charged with first degree murder and if convicted, could spend the rest of his life in prison. The judge entered a "not guilty" plea on behalf of Pinkney. He is also charged with three counts of felonious assault and one count of felony firearm.

Video of the arraignment shows a relative of the child being taken out of the court room after screaming "No, no, no," when Pinkney Sr. was led into court.

His lawyer, Corbett O'Meara, called the incident a "devastating tragedy."

"My client is in shock and in mourning, but is hopeful that his family will be able to come out of this in as whole a state as possible," said O'Meara.

O'Meara said that Pinkney Sr., who turned himself into authorities, had no previous criminal history and had worked "for years" as a letter carrier for the United States Post Office.

"No individual has the right to exact the death penalty on another no matter how reprehensible the behavior," prosecutor Kym Worthy said in a statement. "That is why we have laws."

O'Meara told ABCNews.com that he hopes Worthy will "realize the case is far from straight forward" and requires something "other than the most aggressive" punishment.

And even though Pinkney Sr. had never been diagnosed with mental health problems, O'Meara said that if the allegations of the murder are true, "there must be issues with his mental health."

Meanwhile, the community where the child was raised is mourning the loss of a boy they say was known by friends as "teddy bear."

Volunteers at the high school where Pinkney Jr. was a sophomore said the teen was "always smiling," according to The Detroit News.

The principal at Martin Luther King Jr. High School, Deborah Jenkins, told the paper that Pinkney Jr. was "well-liked" and that the school community has been "shaken badly" by his death.

"He was articulate. He passed his courses with A's, B's and C's. Everyone knew him to be a nice, quiet boy," said Jenkins.

She had to know that her kids father was a bad tempered man and she shoulda been prepared for this. it says it started with the father pistol whippin the boy in the living room of the mothers home, i know at some point he had to be so into it pistol whippin his son and that shoulda been her Q to knock that man out cold with something. And she would not have went to jail for it because its self defense, hes trespassing and last but not least assault with a deadly weapon on a child/minor. I jus know she had an opportunity to save her son and didnt take it all that time she claims she was pleading she shoulda got her a weapon and killed him and save her son. Some women dont deserve to be parents makes me sick . I''ll kill somebody for my child and i would die for my child if need be. This man is not a man he is an evil demon and i hope he get the worst punishment out there.

But no where does it say he molested her it said"inappropriate contact" and that can be determined in a number of ways. And it is not fair for a person to take their personal experiences and cast them on the world. Forgiveness is a tool seldom used. But remember the bible is clear the measures you use to judge you too will be judged in the same manner. The father lost nothing I say that because his regard for human life and compassion was not there as his son naked and bleeding pleaded for his life. And I know he was bleeding from being pistol whipped by his father. A beating was not even warranted because he came to them not the other way around.

Key phrases "The boy's mother, Lazette Cherry" and "she told him that their son had made a startling confession" once again I say, the boy told his mother he basically molested his 3 yr old daughter. I happen to know a child molester and there is no help for that man. He's just as sick today as he was when he was younger. That's not something u can "recover" from. Those people are animals, I'm sorry to say it. Like I said before, I'm not saying he should have been killed, but he dag on well deserved to get his behind beat for a very long time before the cops showed up to take him away from that lil girl. Overall, no one "wins" in this, the whole thing is a huge tragedy for everyone that had the misfortune to be involved!

But this was a young boy who no one said let's get him some help but yet was killed in cold blood off of an allegation. A supposed admission of guilt to the mans girlfriend? Tell me does that really make sense. Wouldn't he have gone to HIS mother first instead of a perfect stranger remember he was old enough to know better. No matter what this young boy did he did not deserve to die naked in the streets like an animal. And you better believe the girlfriend will try to conceal this information from her daughter but she will find out. How 1 why is daddy in jail? He took someones life. Who did daddy kill? Your brother? My brother, why? He said that he touched you in a way he wasn't suppose to. So daddy killed my brother because of me? (first incidence of trauma). No baby it's not your fault, your brother was sick. So if he was sick why didn't you and daddy get him help why did daddy have to kill my brother (the set in of resentment). Mommy what were you doing? Why didn't you stop him? I wasn't there baby. So how did daddy know what happens? I called him and told him. So if you would not have said anything my brother would still be alive (transference of guilt and blame later on followed by resentment and anger). I hope she will be ready to answer thos questions when the time comes. Cause if she doesn't find out from mommy she will find out from another source and it may not be very pleasant. Kids nowadays can be very mean. Hey aren't you the girl who dad killed your brother. I just pray that God has recieved this Lil boys soul. And maybe the father deserves just as much mercy as he gave his son. Because the bible speaks you reap what you sow. And the mercy you give is also the mercy you will be judged by.

First thing this was not the boys mother that he supposedly admitted the to. It was his fathers girlfriend and she could have made the whole thing up. Because she doesn't either like the boy or his mother or the relationship between the father and the boys mother. Now if he did do it then he needed help but there is a strong possiblity that this girlfriend made it up. After the fact the man calls the boys mom and said I took care of that baby. He meant to call his girlfriend. The boy and his "half" sister did not live together they shared the same father. And the little boys last words no daddy no. Could have been the father asking did you dod this and he said no daddy no did anyone think of that.
