This is beyond a crying shame......if they knew they could not see all sides of the building then they should have had another car watching the blind side. Police are always so quick to try and collar innocent people and label those who commited no crime but yet when it comes to actually doing there job they cant seem to ever get it right. Her family should sue the police department the city and then the indivisual cops who were supposed to be on duty but were probly to busy eating doughnuts and harrassing young black and latino men.

those cops need to be kick from the force,the government should pay her family a lot of money although money cant buy life.what a disgrace.my condolence to her family.in these days its much better you try to protect yourself than depend on the law to help you.i hope that crazy ex husband gets all thats coming to him.

This is a damn shame...Many police harass people who are not criminals yet the ones they are supposed to deal with accordingly, they let them slip through their fingers....If I were her family, I would sue that department, and own the city of Los Angeles...No amount of money can bring her back to life, but her family should benefit from her death.....So sad...Raped the day before and then murdered the day after...Bastard!!!!!

wow! thats an incredible story! he was eager to kill this women! dead! he could of slip of that roof! and break his own neck! those cops needs to be ashamed of themself! they probably fell asleep in the car with dohnuts and coffee in their laps!
