Kanye West was hospitalized for his own safety on Monday after friends say he suffered a 'psychotic break'
The rapper was behaving 'erratically' at the home of his trainer Harley Pasternak when someone called 911
Fire department dispatchers categorized the call as a 'psychiatric emergency'
Sources say he was checked for 'severe sleep deprivation' when it was decided he had to be admitted
Kanye reportedly tried to resist paramedics and had to be handcuffed to a gurney while being transported
Friends say the 'breakdown' was triggered by marital problems, a rift with Jay Z and jealousy of Beyoncé
Wife Kim Kardashian was due at a gala in NYC on Monday but jumped back on a plane to L.A. as news broke
Kris Jenner was reportedly furious that Kanye 'ruined' the gala
Her mother Kris Jenner told reporters at the event that her son-in law was 'exhausted' and 'just really tired'
Friend John Legend said he was recently with Kim and was 'concerned by what he saw'
Earlier Monday, West officially axed the 22 remaining dates of the U.S. leg of his Saint Pablo tour
Cancellation came days after a bizarre rant aimed at Beyoncé, Jay Z, Hillary Clinton and Mark Zuckerberg

The Kardashians have rushed back to Los Angeles for Kanye's 'psychiatric emergency' after the rapper suffered a 'psychotic break' just days after the anniversary of his mother's death.

Kim was spotted disembarking a jet at the Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles late Monday night and climbing into a car - presumably waiting to take her to the hospital.

Friends who spoke with DailyMail.com blamed the 'breakdown' on a combination of issues including marital problems, paranoia over his rift with Jay Z and his seething jealousy of Beyoncé.

Another source told People that Kanye feels as if he is 'under spiritual attack'.

'It’s not just the big things; it’s smaller, quieter things, internal things. You might think that it’s about Kim’s robbery, and while that didn’t help, that’s not what’s going on here. He’s dealing with a lot more subtle issues,' the source said.

'His mother died in November, so this time of year always brings him a lot of pain. He keeps that pain internalized, but sometimes will talk about how hard this time of year is for him. He works through the pain every November,' the source added.

West’s mother Donda unexpectedly died on November 10, 2007, at the age of 58, after undergoing plastic surgery. Although Kanye rarely speaks about her, his rare comments reveal he blamed herself for his mother's death.

“If I had never moved to L.A. she’d be alive,' he said previously according to the Inquisitor. 'I don’t want to go far into it because it will bring me to tears.'

Close friend and fellow musician John Legend spoke with CBS This Morning after West's hospitalization, and he revealed that his friend's behavior had been worrying him as of late.

'We were with Kim right before all that and I was concerned by what I saw, so hopefully he’s getting some rest and some time to figure things out,' Legend said.

Trainer Harley Pasternak emerged from his home for this first time since news of Kanye West's hospitalization broke yesterday afternoon.

West's trainer, Harley Pasternak, is seen leaving the residence Monday night, West had a mental break at the facility

Pasternak is pictured above on Tuesday, refusing to comment on West's hospitalization

Pasternak, 42, refused to comment on the incident that led to West being taken away from his home following an alleged altercation.

Approached by DailyMail.com and asked if West was OK, he said 'no comment' and gave the same answer when asked about his own wellbeing and the health of his business.

Yesterday, Pasternak was seen looking 'serious' on the street outside his home as physician Dr Michael Farzam attempted to treat the 39-year-old rapper inside.

Witnesses told DailyMail.com that the drama continued for more than an hour and ended with West being taken away in a fire truck.

The scene on the quiet street where Pasternak lives 'was like something out of a movie', said neighbors, with security men and assistants all seen milling around outside as West was treated within.

'I was walking my dogs and as I walked up te street I saw SUVs, security guards and people everywhere - all looking so serious,' said Kaye Switzer who lives nearby.

Now 'stressed, scared and exhausted' Kanye West cancels 21 remaining dates of his Saint Pablo Tour {F}

Kanye West is currently undergoing a psychiatric evaluation at UCLA Medical Center.

TMZ reports that the rapper was at his trainer, Harley Pasternak's home and being checked out by one of his doctors for severe sleep deprivation when he began "acting erratically."

Someone called the police to perform a welfare check on West. By the time the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived West had calmed down some, but refused to be taken to the hospital.

His management team and police advised the G.O.O.D. Music CEO that they believed it was in his best interest to seek additional help.

West was reportedly handcuffed to a gurney while being transported to the hospital.

This latest incident comes on the same day the rapper cancelled the remaining dates of his "Saint Pablo Tour," due to what his management called "exhaustion."

Within the last several days West has exhibited strange behavior.

During a show in San Jose Thursday, November 17, the rapper was booed as he ranted about his support for Donald Trump.

Two days later he cut his show short in Sacramento after only three songs, following a long diatribe about Beyonce, Jay Z, Drake, DJ Khaled, MTV and radio station programmers.

Finally, on Sunday, November 20, West abruptly cancelled a show in Los Angeles three hours before it was set to begin.

Stressed: Kanye West cancelled the remaining dates of current tour on Monday

Kanye West has abruptly pulled the plug on his Saint Pablo Tour.

A representative for the rapper said Monday the remaining dates of West's current tour have been canceled. No reason was given.

The tour, now in California and with dates through Dec. 31, had future stops in Dallas, Denver, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit, Boston, New York City and Washington, D.C., among others.

A source close to West told Us Weekly: 'He's just exhausted. He's been working around the clock on fashion design, both his own line and the Adidas line.

'He's a notorious workaholic ... so balancing both that work — which is extremely important to him – and the rigors of the tour every night, it really wore him out. All the time spent away from his family has been a stress on him, as well. They are the most important to him.

'Tonight's show has been cancelled. Refunds at point of purchase,' the Forum in Los Angeles tweeted on Sunday

'Obviously he's a professional and wants to give his fans a great experience, and I think his gut was telling him not to extend the tour through the end of the year, but he decided to push through. He doesn't want to give his fans anything less than the best.'

The move comes after a complex weekend for the musician, who abruptly ended a concert in Sacramento, California, on Saturday, then canceled a performance Sunday in the Los Angeles area.

Saturday's truncated show became a hot topic on social platforms, as amateur videos circulated of a 10-minute tirade by West about Beyonce, Jay Z, Hillary Clinton, Mark Zuckerberg, the radio and MTV.

He said he was 'hurt' because he heard Beyoncé refused to perform at the MTV Video Music Awards unless she won Video of the Year over him.

He also urged her husband Jay Z to call him and 'talk to me like a man'.

Meanwhile, his wife Kim has been pictured jetting out of LA without him.

She will make an appearance at Denise Rich's Angel Ball on Monday, to celebrate 20 years of funding life-saving cancer research.

She will join her siblings Rob, Kourtney and Khloe and their mother Kris Jenner to honour her late father Robert Kardashian, who died of esophageal cancer in 2003, at Cipriani Wall Street.

Monday's event will mark the first public appearance in almost two months for Kim who has been a near-recluse after she was bound and gagged in Paris on October 3, as part of a shocking heist that resulted in $11m worth of jewels stolen from the couple's apartment.

In Saturday's outburst West urged Beyoncé's husband Jay Z to call him and 'talk to me like a man'. West also took aim at radio stations for playing the same stuff 'over and over and over,' too and addressed Hillary Clinton

Dear Kanye: We’re tired of your bullsh*t

Kanye West left fans in Sacramento baffled and angry Saturday, November 19, after shutting down his concert there following just three songs and a bizarre rant about Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Jay Z, MTV, DJ Khaled, Drake and the radio industry.

"I am putting my career, my life, my public well-standing at risk when I talk to y'all like this," the "Jesus Walks" hit maker barked. "This is a moment in the matrix, bro. The vibes is back. Motherf*ckers might feel a way about this tonight. Beyonce, I was hurt 'cause I heard that you said you wouldn’t perform unless you won Video of the Year over me and [Drake's] Hotline Bling. Now, don't go trying to diss Beyonce  ... she is great. Taylor Swift is great. We are all great people," he continued. "We are all equal. But sometimes we be playing the politics too much and forget who we are just to win. F*c* winning! F*c* looking cool! F*c* being cool! F*c* all that! I've been sent here to give y'all my truth, at the risk of my own life. Even at the risk of my own success. My own career. Jay Z, call me. You still ain't called me. Jay Z, I know you got killers. Please don’t sent them at my head."

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

West ended the show with the following words:

"Press, get ready to write your passive-aggressive, LeBron James racist comments. Season 4 racist comments. Get ready to have a field day, press, because the show’s over," West said as he dropped the hot mic and exited.

Last night's diatribe followed one in San Jose on Thursday, November 17. There, the 21-time Grammy Award-winning artist was booed as he talked about his support for Donald Trump and told black people to "stop focusing on racism."

As far as the rift between West and Jay Z, the G.O.O.D. Music CEO gave us a glimpse into the conflict during an October concert in Seattle.

West was upset that Hov called him instead of visiting in person after his wife, Kim Kardashian, was robbed in Paris.

"He called me after the robbery to say 'How you feeling?' West said at the time. "You wanna know how I'm feeling? Come by the house. Bring the kids by the house. Like we brothers, and sit down."

Should you find this letter after your San Jose “Saint Pablo” tour stop, I hope I can ultimately accomplish but one task. I hope that this letter can convey to you, plainly and without any elitist, academic jargon or tongue-in-cheek rhetoric: we, and to quote you, “I mean specifically Black people,” are tired of your bullshit.
I’m not going to lecture you about your violent sexism, your anti-blackness, or the fact that you’ve done all this from the comfort of an elevated platform that rests upon the spine of Black America. You don’t deserve that. You don’t deserve someone who looks like us taking the time to explain to you just how much you’re hurting yourself and those who — like I foolishly did when I was 10, listening to your debut album — hold you in higher esteem than you merit.
I won’t attack your talent as a producer or a rapper, because unlike you, I strive to not be a hypocrite. I have purchased many of your songs, though now I mourn the fact that my money, stamped with the faces of the dead white men responsible for raping our mutual ancestors, lined the pockets of someone who worships their contemporary equivalents so eagerly. It’s not that you haven’t had a significant impact on rap music. No, rather, the problem is just how integral you are to telling hip-hop’s story. You’re a stain on a genre that, like other things dominant culture promotes, perpetuates the very ills that destroy it from within. It’s fitting that a black man has taken a stance so contradictory to what the genre is supposed to be about.

No, you deserve nothing more than to be told exactly how pathetic your last 11 years (and your last two albums) have been. When you went on television in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and called then-President George W. Bush a racist for his complicity in the deaths of thousands of black people in New Orleans, nobody told you “to stop talking about race so much,” because unlike you, the rest of us don’t openly welcome our destruction. No, in fact, we held you down, like black folk always do. We defended youeven years later, when more and more people started hurling words like “arrogant” and “classless” in your direction after run-ins with Taylor Swift. And nobody told you that your last work, The Life of Pablo, sounds and feels like a Coloring Book first draft. You honestly deserve to know both.

See fam, the thing is, lots of black kids came up listening to your first three albums. For those people, who were told they had “smart mouths” or were told were too arrogant, watching you endorse the candidate who ran on a platform of violent white nationalism is odd. It is perhaps less jarring considering you’ve been clear about your love of whiteness and your desire to nurture it as you reject the testimonies of people who look more like Donda and less like Kim.
Donald Trump, the candidate (and now president-elect) who unmistakably resents everything that you represent and embody, is supported by the white skinheads who think so little of you that the little song you made of the same title now reads less like any kind of subversion and is much more apparently the desperate plea for acceptance that it is.
To be honest, none of this is even newly covered territory. Scores and scores of black women have gone — as they unfortunately almost always do — unheard and ignored. But they’ve been telling you your s*** has been stinking for quite some time. Were it not for the pervasive, seemingly immortal existence of misogynoir (okay, I lied, there’s some academic jargon) that you, and I, and all the other straight black guys too wrapped up in ourselves for our (or anyone else’s) own good contribute to, a lot of grief could have been saved.

So this is me, a black man refusing to shield you from accountability by claiming that you don’t “belong” to Black America and that we erroneously expected that you “spoke for” us. I would suggest you take your own advice and simply accept the fact that as a highly visible, impactful black person in the United States, you don’t get to simply belong to yourself, and you are (for reasons that you ironically don’t place much stock in) representative of more than yourself, were it not such stupid f*cking advice. The outward defiance to authority and the status quo that you personally championed on the very first song on your very first album is the same authority and status quo you have been bowing and scraping in deference to for the last decade. You’re scared like we all are, but unlike the rest of us, you have abandoned the only people who ever cared enough about you to even consider defending you worthwhile. This is why Jay-Z and Beyoncé don’t want to be bothered with you.

I don’t care if I sound bitter; perhaps I am. Perhaps I should have been too jaded, too aware of all the terrible things black men have done to other black people since time immemorial, but again, when you went on television and nervously said what the rest of us had been thinking for days, 11-year-old me just saw another black kid unafraid to be loud, so long as he was right. Now that moment clearly stands as more about your need to be right, so that you can always be loud. I won’t bother to eulogize you, because I know how much you hate endlessly focusing on things that don’t matter. You aren’t a god, or the president, or even someone I necessarily care to hear from when it comes to issues of identity. (After all, we can still rely on the counsel of the great and wise Ja Rule.) No, Mr. West, you’re just a black guy who, like me, as different as we are, lives in a country that was founded and continues to operate on our oppression.
What I will do, however, is correct the fallacy that your hypothetical support of Trump — this is all hypothetical, since you chose not to vote in the first place — wouldn’t mean that you implicitly don’t think black lives actually matter, or that women’s civil and reproductive rights are important, and if you can’t see that, you don’t deserve to have it explained to you. Which, truth be told, is difficult, because I don’t believe in not taking the time to educate members of our community — I just don’t think that community should include you anymore.
Sincerely (hoping Hedi Slimane continues treating you like the help),
Miles Johnson

Kanye West & Jay Z's Relationship Reportedly Strained Because "Beyonce Has Never Genuinely Liked Kim" & "Hov Can Only Tolerate 'Ye In Small Doses" (Video)

For someone who didn't bother to vote in the 2016 presidential election, Kanye West, had a lot to say about politics during his concert in San Jose on Thursday, November 17.

The rapper stopped the show to ramble about his love for Donald Trump, racism in America and other topics..

"I told y'all I didn't vote, right? But I didn't tell you, If I would have voted, I would have voted for Trump," Kanye said. "Everybody told me not to say that I loved the [presidential] debates. I loved his approach. I think that Hillary Clinton should still be a consultant. I think that Bill Clinton should still be a consultant. I think Obama should still be a consultant."

Some audience members grew antsy and began to boo. One woman screamed "shut up!." Another person threw something onstage at the rapper, but that didn't stop his rant.

"Specifically to black people, stop focusing on racism," he continued. "This world is racist, OK. Let's stop being distracted, to focus on that as much. It's just a f*cking fact. We are in a racist country ... period. Do not allow people to make us talk about that so f*cking long."

West also confirmed that he is serious about running for president in 2020.

Kanye's comments are complicated by the fact that he donated $2,700 to Hillary Clinton's campaign last year. He's pictured above with a selfie with the former Secretary of State, and his wife Kim Kardashian, an ardent Clinton supporter

  • The rapper performed at the SAP Pavilion in San Jose, California Thursday
  • During the performance he went on a political rant - revealing that he didn't vote but that if he did, he would have voted for Trump
  • Comes eight months after those close to him were forced to deny claims that he was a secret Trump supporter
  • His opinions seem to be at odds with wife Kim, who was a Hillary fan
  • Kanye also donated $2,700 to Clinton's campaign last year

Kanye West was booed at his concert in San Jose, California on Thursday night, when he revealed himself as a Trump supporter.

The Fade rapper was caught on camera launching a political rant, revealing that he didn't vote but that if he did - if would have been for The Donald.

'If I would have voted, I would have voted for Trump.

'I wanted to say that before the election, but they told me, "Whatever you do, don't say that aloud."

'Not only did I not vote, but there were a lot of things I actually liked about Trump's campaign. His approach was f****** genius - because it worked,' Kanye said.

He went on to say that his support for Trump doesn't mean he doesn't believe in equality.

'That don't mean I don't think that black lives matter. That don't mean that I don't believe in women's rights. That don't mean that I don't believe in gay marriage. That don't mean that I don't believe in these things,' he said.

And when it came to race relations, West said that black people need to stop focusing on racism.

'This world is racist ok,' he said.

Kanye's rant had many in the crowd at the SAP Pavilion booing, and it appears that a fight even broke out, according to the video.  Others threw shoes and other articles of clothing up at the stage, according to the San Jose Mercury

Eight months ago, Kanye's team was forced to deny that he was a secret Trump supporter when a passenger on the rapper's flight from Paris to LA told the New York Post that 'he's not going to vote for Trump but he supports him'.

Kanye's political beliefs are complicated at best, since he donated $2,700 to Hillary Clinton's campaign last year as well.

Wife Kim Kardashian was an ardent supporter of Clinton throughout the election.

After attending a event with Clinton last year, Kim posted a picture with the former Secretary of State and her husband, writing: 'I got my selfie!! I really loved hearing (Clinton) speak and hearing her goals for our country. #HillaryforPresident.'

At the MTV Video Music Awards in August 2015, Kanye said he planned to run for president in 2020.

Kanye West On Why He Wasn't On "Pop Style" By Drake: "I Wasn't On The Song Because Of Hov. Because Of Some Apple/Tidal Bullsh!t" (Video)

Kanye West's rant last week during the Seattle stop of his "The Saint Pablo Tour" about "Tidal/Apple bullsh!t" and Jay Z calling instead of visiting him following the Paris robbery of his wife, Kim Kardashian, might be rooted in a much bigger problem.

'Ye and Hov have been friends and collaborators for over 15 years, dating back to the Roc-A-Fella Records days, but according to the New York Post's Page Six, things aren't looking good between the two lately.

“Jay can’t stand him,” a source told the newspaper. “He looks at him as this crazy, eccentric motherf*cker he can tolerate in small doses. Kanye is a nut job. Everyone knows that.”

The women in the rapper's lives might also be playing a part in a possible rift between them.

When Kanye married Kim in Italy on May 24, 2014, Jay and his wifeBeyonce were conspicuously absent.

Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, told Australia radio station KIIS 106.5 FM at the time, "[I] just assumed they were working."

However, a source told Page Six“Beyonce has never genuinely liked Kim. She’s mostly tolerated her because of their husbands’ friendship and [their] mutual friends, like Jennifer Lopez. She is always a little icy to Kim. The last time they hung out, the minute Beyoncé could leave the conversation, she did. They always have lots of awkward pauses when they speak."

Another problem is the fact that both Kanye and Kim are outgoing, while Beyonce and Jay like to keep a low profile when they're not working.

During last week's rant, Kanye told the Seattle crowd not to expect a follow up to the highly successful 2011 "Watch the Throne" collaboration album with Jay.

"Let me tell y'all something. There will never be a Watch the Throne 2. You know why? Because that's the reason why i wasn't on [Drake's Pop Style]. I wasn't on the song because of Hov. Because of some Tidal/Apple bullsh!t."

Page Six's source confirmed Kanye's declaration.

“There will never be a Watch the Throne 2. Kanye is likely trying to distance himself from [Jay Z's] Tidal so he can collect a bigger check from Apple. There will never be a Watch the Throne 2 because Kanye is a nightmare to work with and Jay’s not going to deal with that again.”

Kanye West Announces Joint Project With Drake At 2016 OVO Fest: "Is Y'all Ready For This Album?" (Video)

During the Seattle stop of Kanye West's "The Saint Pablo Tour," the G.O.O.D. Music boss had a lot to get off of his chest.

West, who has an exclusive deal with Tidal, expressed frustration about not being album to appear on Drake's song "Pop Style" because of the Toronto rapper's deal with Apple Music and beef with Meek Mill.

Drake sent the song to West for a verse. Jay Z decided to also hop on the track, which Drizzy thought was a great idea, but then Hov started having second thoughts because Meek Mill is managed by Roc Nation.

"Jay thought about it and out of respect for Meek Mill he didn't wanna be on the track," West told the audience. "And I said, 'Look, I'll call Drake. I'll call Meek. We gotta squash (the beef). We gotta let people have this song.' But then it went out of that category. It went into some Tidal ... some political sh*t. Some sh*t about percentages on songs. I can't take this sh*t, bruh!

"And let me tell y'all something. There will never be a Watch the Throne 2. You know why? Because that's the reason why i wasn't on the song," he continued. "I wasn't on the song because of Hov. Because of some Tidal/Apple bullsh*t."

West went on to talk about getting a call from Jay after his wife, Kim Kardashian, was recently robbed in Paris.

"He called me after the robbery to say 'How you feeling?' West said. "You wanna know how I'm feeling? Come by the house. Bring the kids by the house. Like we brothers, and sit down."

Kanye West Rant Apple & TIDAL Beef ‘F***ing Up Music Game’

It looks like two of hip hop's biggest stars will be hitting the studio to record a joint album.

On Monday night, August 1, Kanye West took the stage at the 2016 OVO Fest in Toronto to announce that he and Drake are cooking up something big.

“Is y’all ready for this album?” Yeezy asked the crowd. “I wasn't talking about Pablo. I wasn't talking about VIEWS. I wanna ask y’all right now: Are y’all ready for this album?” He said, pointing at Drake before pointing back to himself.

Needless to say, the album would be huge if it comes to fruition. Would you like like to hear a collaborative project from these two?

Kanye West Disses Taylor Swift At Drake's "Summer Sixteen" Show In Chicago "I'm So Glad My Wife Had Snapchat"! {VIDEO} Kanye West Famouse video

Who knew that there was a beef going on between Apple Music and TIDAL? The last we heard was that Apple was in talks to buy the artists owned music streaming company.
Kanye West is not too happy about the ongoing beef with Apple and TIDAL calling it bad for music. “This Tidal Apple beef is f***ing up the music game,” Ye wrote on Twitter adding “I need Tim Cook Jay Z Dez Jimmy Larry me and Drake Scooter on the phone or in a room this week.”

“F*** all this dick swinging contest. We all gon be dead in 100 Years. Let the kids have the music,” Kanye continues.
Kanye West also hinted that Apple is in fact in talks with Jay Z to buy TIDAL Music. “Apple give Jay his check for Tidal now and stop trying to act like you Steve,” Kanye West said.

Both Apple Music and TIDAL has been battling to rise in the music streaming service business which is dominated by Spotify. The two companies have seen some big name artists like Kanye West, Beyonce, Rihanna, and Drake releasing their albums exclusively on respective platforms that they call home. Nevertheless, those albums eventually make their way across the isle to the other side.
Will Kanye West comments make an impact on the music streaming business going forward.
Back in February Kanye West tweeted that his album Life of Pablo will never be available on Apple Music after exclusively releasing it on TIDAL. “My album will never never never be on Apple. And it will never be for sale… You can only get it on Tidal,” Ye wrote.

A fan sued the G.O.O.D. Music rapper and the music streaming company after the album was made available on Apple a few weeks later. The fan claimed in his suit that Kanye tricked him to subscribed to TIDAL by announcing that the album will only be available there.

Drake brought out Kanye West last night at his "Summer Sixteen" show in Chicago. Yeezy performed "Pop Style" with Drizzy as well as "Father Stretch My Hand Pt. 1" and "Famous" for the crowd. Taylor Swift Believes Kanye West Committed A Felony By Secretly Recording Their Conversation. Considers Filing A Police Report Amber Rose talk show

Amber Rose is speaking out in support of her ex-boyfriend Kanye West in his beef with Taylor Swift.
The blonde bombshell weighed in on the topic on her talk show on VH1 after Kim Kardashian posted a video of Kanye West talking to Taylor Swift on the phone before releasing the single “Famous.”
“I’m not the biggest fan of Kanye,” Amber Rose said. “But I will say this: I was next to him at the VMAs and I remember the repercussions after that.”
“I know that Kanye would never ever go through that again by not calling Taylor and saying, ‘Heads up, I’m about to go write this verse real quick,” she added. “Just wanted to make sure you’re cool with it.’ I know that about Kanye. I say all that to say, why didn’t I get a phone call for using a naked wax figure in your video, Kanye? I mean, Taylor gets a call but I don’t get a call.”
Amber Rose and Kim Kardashian recently made peace after a heated feud between Rose and Ye on Twitter.

The drama between Taylor Swift and Kanye West over the song "Famous" continues.

TMZ reports that Swift is considering filing a police report over a phone call that West recorded while reciting lyrics from the song to her.

"For all my Southside n!ggas that know me best. I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex," West can be heard rapping on the recording.

West wanted Swift's approval to include the line in the song. During their conversation she consented, but after it was released her rep denied the singer was previously made aware of the track, which appears on Yeezy's album, "The Life of Pablo."

On Sunday, July 17, West's wife Kim Kardashian leaked the conversation viaSnapchat to prove Swift had prior knowledge and approved the lyrics.

However, because Yeezy recorded the call in California and didn't let Swift know about it he broke the state's "two-party consent" law.

Swift believes he committed a felony.

In the song West also raps "I made that b!tch famous."

That added to Swift's anger. She says she never consented to being referred to as a "b!tch" during the call because West never mentioned it. She wants the entire hour-long conversation released to prove her point.

Kim Kardashian Claims There's Video Proof Of Taylor Swift Approving Kanye West's 'Famous' Lyrics. Says Singer's Attorney Sent Letter Requesting It Not Be Released Kim Kardashian Snapchats conversation between Taylor and Kanye about controversial Famous

Kim Kardashian has shocked fans by sharing a recording of the phone call between Taylor Swift and Kanye West which seemingly proves the songstress approved his lyrics about her.

Kim, 35, shared several videos on her Snapchat account on Sunday showing the rapper talking to Taylor, 26, on speakerphone about his controversial Famous track.

The clips start with Kanye confirming the singer's Nashville number before he reads her the lyrics 'I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex'

In the next clip the 39-year-old is heard telling Taylor: 'I think this is a really cool thing to have,'

Taylor then responds 'I know, I mean it’s like a compliment,'

'What I give a f**k about is you as a person and as a friend. I want things that make you feel good. I don’t want to do rap that makes people feel bad,' Kanye says.

The songstress then says, 'Go with whatever line you think is better. It’s obviously very tongue in cheek either way. And I really appreciate you telling me about it. That’s really nice.'

'I just have a responsibility to you as a friend. Thanks for being so cool about it,' the rapper responds.

'Relationships are more important than punchlines, you know,' Kanye says.

Taylor then adds, 'Yeah, I mean, I don’t think anybody would listen to that and be like, "Oh that’s a real bit. She must be crying."'

The videos do not appear to show Kanye asking Taylor about the lyrics 'I made that b***h famous,' which reportedly infuriated her when the song was released earlier this year.

It is not clear whether Kanye asked Taylor about the line: 'I made that b***h famous'

Kim's Snapchats came shortly after she tweeted a thinly veiled message about Taylor on Twitter.

'Wait it's legit National Snake Day?!?!? They have holidays for everybody, I mean everything these days!' she wrote followed by numerous snake emojis.

Taylor been suffering backlash on social media this week after comments made by her ex Calvin Harris accusing her of trying to 'bury him like she did Katy' in reference to her former friend Katy Perry.

Shortly after the DJ's comments, fans hit back at Taylor by posting hundreds of snake emojis on her social media accounts.

It was reported in June that Taylor was trying to have Kim and Kanye destroy the recording of their conversation.

In an interview published last month, Kim claimed that Taylor had not only approved the lyrics, but also agreed to laugh about the song at the Grammy awards in February.

In her GQ interview Kim said: 'She totally approved that,' she said, adding: 'She totally knew that that was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn't.'

Kim also explained that they hadn't intentionally filmed the phone call as evidence against Taylor, but had caught it on tape as the cameras just happened to be continuously rolling.

Team Swift responded with a jab at the couple's marriage with a statement that read: 'Taylor does not hold anything against Kim Kardashian as she recognizes the pressure Kim must be under and that she is only repeating what she has been told by Kanye West.

'Taylor heard it for the first time when everyone else did and was humiliated. Kim Kardashian's claim that Taylor and her team were aware of being recorded is not true, and Taylor cannot understand why Kanye West, and now Kim Kardashian, will not just leave her alone.

'Kanye West and Taylor only spoke once on the phone while she was on vacation with her family in January of 2016 and they have never spoken since.

'Taylor has never denied that conversation took place.

'It was on that phone call that Kanye West also asked her to release the song on her Twitter account, which she declined to do.

'Kanye West never told Taylor he was going to use the term, "that b**ch" in referencing her. A song cannot be approved if it was never heard. Kanye West never played the song for Taylor Swift.'

Taylor slammed the rapper in her Grammy speech shortly after Famous was released

She said: 'As the first woman to win album of the year at the Grammys twice, I want to say to all the young women out there: there are going to be people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame.

'But if you just focus on the work and you don't let those people sidetrack you, someday when you get where you're going, you'll look around and you'll know it was you and the people who love you who put you there and that will be the greatest feeling in the world.'

Kim Kardashian Calls Taylor Swift a Liar In GQ, Says Family Is "All On Board" with Blac Chyna {VIDEO+PICS}

Here's an excerpt from Kim Kardashian's GQ Cover Story. She goes into detail about the controversy that erupted between her husband, Kanye West, and Taylor Swift when he mentioned the singer in the song "Famous" off of his "The Life of Pablo"album.

Kim didn't fly all the way to Italy to stand next to a wall of flowers inside a 16th-century military fortification just to marry some guy from Chicago. She signed on to marry Kanye West, the volatile creative genius, a man famous for telling very vivid stories about his sex life in rhyme. She did that on purpose.

Which brings us to the time he rapped about Taylor Swift.

I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex, West muses in the first verse of his The Life of Pablo track “Famous.” Why? I made that b**** famous.

Prior to Pablo, West and Swift appeared to have caulked up the rift in their famously fraught professional relationship. She presented him with an award at the MTV VMAs last summer. He sent her a large cube of flowers. Things remained harmonious for almost a full half year, until the release of “Famous.”

Following an Internet-borne convulsion about the song's content, West issued a series of tweets in which he stated he “called Taylor and had a hour long convo with her about the line,” that she “thought it was funny,” “gave her blessings,” and even “came up with” the lyric. A representative for Swift quickly released a statement crisply denying West's claim: “Kanye did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single ‘Famous’ on her Twitter account. She declined and cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message. Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyric, ‘I made that b**** famous.’ ” A day after the album's release, Swift accepted the Grammy for album of the year for 1989, and one portion of her speech—“I want to say to all the young women out there, there are going to be people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments, or your fame...”—was widely interpreted as a dig at West.

Kanye and Taylor (or Kanye and Taylor's rep) may both be telling the truth here—as they see it. Maybe the duo talked “sex” but not “b****.” Maybe he misinterpreted her noncommittal politeness as implicit accord. Maybe they both hung up pleased they were finally on the same page.

But Kim says Taylor's deep emotional wound is nonsense—okay, she says it's a lie—and that there's video proof, because a videographer was actually filming their phone call. Why? Because Kim's husband commissions videographers to film everything when he's recording an album, for posterity (and possibly, one day, a documentary). And this is where it gets sticky.

“She totally approved that,” Kim says, shaking her head in annoyance. “She totally knew that that was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn't. I swear, my husband gets so much s*** for things [when] he really was doing proper protocol and even called to get it approved.” Kim is on a roll now, speaking faster and more animatedly than at any other point during our time together. “What rapper would call a girl that he was rapping a line about to get approval?”

Let's stipulate here that Kim Kardashian West is not the kind of person who forgets that the tape-recorder light is blinking. But just because a rant is carefully chosen for its audience doesn't mean it isn't genuine.

Swift, Kim insists, “totally gave the okay. Rick Rubin was there. So many respected people in the music business heard that [conversation] and knew. I mean, he's called me a b**** in his songs. That's just, like, what they say. I never once think, [gasping] ‘What a derogatory word! How dare he?’ Not in a million years. I don't know why she just, you know, flipped all of a sudden.… It was funny because [on the call with Kanye, Taylor] said, ‘When I get on the Grammy red carpet, all the media is going to think that I'm so against this, and I'll just laugh and say, ‘The joke's on you, guys. I was in on it the whole time.’ And I'm like, wait, but [in] your Grammy speech, you completely dissed my husband just to play the victim again.”

Were they in touch after that?

“No. Maybe an attorney's letter she sent saying, ‘Don't ever let that footage come out of me saying that. Destroy it.’ ”

She sent one?

“Yeah.”

I ask Kim how Taylor Swift's people could have known about the footage, if Swift didn't even realize she was being recorded in the first place. Kim tells me she isn't sure, but she thinks someone from Team Kanye might have called someone from Team Taylor.

“And then they sent an attorney's letter like, ‘Don't you dare do anything with that footage,’ and asking us to destroy it.” She pauses. “When you shoot something, you don't stop every two seconds and be like, ‘Oh wait, we're shooting this for my documentary.’ You just film everything, and whatever makes the edit, then you see, then you send out releases. It's like what we do for our show.”

Exclusive: Kanye West Caresses Kim Kardashian's Bare Breast In An Intimate Shoot For A French Magazine Kim Kardashian Calls Taylor Swift a Liar In GQ, Says Family Is "All On Board" with Blac Chyna

Kim Kardashian is getting incredibly candid about being in the middle of two of this year's biggest feuds.

Earlier this year, a firestorm exploded between her husband, Kanye West, and Taylor Swift -- after he released a song suggesting they "might still have sex," while adding, "I made that b**** famous."

He later said Swift knew about the lyrics in question, but her reps flat out denied it. Now, Kim's revealing her side of the story.

"She totally approved that," Kim says in a new interview with GQ. "She totally knew that that was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn't. I swear, my husband gets so much s--- for things [when] he really was doing proper protocol and even called to get it approved."

Swift's reps say they did speak, but add Kanye never said he'd use the term "that b****" in reference to the singer.

"[Taylor] totally gave the okay. Rick Rubin was there. So many respected people in the music business heard that [conversation] and knew," Kardashian continues. "I mean, he's called me a b**** in his songs. That's just, like, what they say. I never once think, [gasping] 'What a derogatory word! How dare he?' Not in a million years. I don't know why she just, you know, flipped all of a sudden."

Kim adds that the phone conversation was recorded on video ... but Kanye's declined to share the footage with GQ.

"It was funny because [on the call with Kanye, Taylor] said, 'When I get on the Grammy red carpet, all the media is going to think that I'm so against this, and I'll just laugh and say, 'The joke's on you, guys. I was in on it the whole time.' And I'm like, wait, but [in] your Grammy speech, you completely dissed my husband just to play the victim again."

In case you forgot, here's what she said in her acceptance speech:

I want to say to all the young women out there, there are going to be people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame, but, if you just focus on the work and you don't let those people sidetrack you, someday when you get where you're going you'll look around and you will know that it was you and the people who love you who put you there. And that will be the greatest feeling in the world.

Kardashian alleges that Swift's attorneys also sent a letter saying, "Don't ever let that footage come out of me saying that. Destroy it.'"

Elsewhere in the article, the reality TV star also opens up about her family's true feelings about Blac Chyna. There was some serious drama between the Kardashian clan when she started dating Rob Kardashian, fueled by the fact that she was the ex and baby mama of Kylie Jenner's then-boyfriend Tyga.

Rob and Chyna got engaged and announced their pregnancy shortly after.

"We're all on board," Kim says now. "We definitely see that my brother is happy and getting healthy, and whatever gets him to that place, you know, we're happy for him. Chyna's a sweet girl, and I think we all have so many things going on in our lives that we just want my brother to be happy. Has there been so many crazy things that happened? Yes. Is the whole situation, you know, just…? I think people want to feel like we're all beefing and have this crazy fight, and we're really not. I think the drama naturally follows us."

I am not a true fan of Kanye, but I do believe he needs some type of intervention. Ever sense his mom passed he hasn't been right. I pray for him and his children.

I feel real bad for Kanye.  His beloved mom is not around anymore.  He feels he sacrificed his own mom for fame and fortune.  He probably feels guilt about it, especially around the anniversary of her death.  Right now, he feels he has nobody.  It's like his so called buddy and friend Jay Z is abandoning him in his time of need!  You don't do that to friends, if they were ever REALLY friends!

Look at the many times Kanye stood up for Beyonce stating and shouting: 'Beyonce should have won this!  Beyonce should have won that!'  But what did Kanye get in return?"  1. Jay Z and Beyonce being No-shows at his wedding to Kim.  2. He heard Beyonce refuse to show up at an award show if she doesn't win over him.  3. Their own little daughters North and Blue Ivy have never played together.  4. No compassion from Jay Z and Beyonce when his wife Kim was bound and robbed and could have been raped or killed!  Where were Jay Z and Beyonce's compassion for the man who kept sticking up for Beyonce?   They could have called Kanye and asked if he and his wife were okay, but according to Kanye, Jay Z still hasn't call him!  If it was the other way around, I'm sure Kanye would have called Jay Z!

I don't think Kanye has any other family besides his children so right now, the Kardashians are his only adult family right now.

I've never been a fan of Jay Z music, but I hope he stay ignoring and cut off this kneegrow Kanye forever(some things are unforgivable)... Koonye is caught up in the MATRIX,*those entities will fix what ails him*... no sympathy from me,when you are outing/airing out other Black folks business because of bruised ego,Koonye is the weakest link!

Annoying, grimey ass kneegrow, grow up! Desperately seeking for JayZ and Beyonce attention, after they gave kanye and that trashdasian the cold shoulders... which burnt him to his core!

Good to know Jay Z and Beyonce have some standards in their personal life! I wouldn't be able to tolerate what Kanye has become in any dosage either, especially with that trashdashian family around,I would distance myself too, they are a plague. We should be picky about close friendship, they can be very draining to your psyche,an overload to your being. Some people grow up,others remain in a child like state!

There comes a time in one life when you have to drop certain associate or keep the friendship from a distance(business or personal)... especially allegiances that can potentially hold you back from your path when it's all said and done, these types can be seriously toxic to your growth/existence and spirit.

Kanye has become an obnoxious moron at this point. If he was feeling some type of way about his friendship with Jay Z,why didn't he reach out in private or through a 3rd party... and if that didn't suffice,he should get the drift to move on... He is such a dramatic  kneegrow.

People with good sense isn't going to hang with Kanye out of business, except sycophants trying to stoke his empty, fragile ego. He has obviously gotten sidetrack along his way, took a turn for another lifestyle unbefitting to his true self.   Talented in producing the type of music he does,I wont take that away from him(not a genius as some claims)... yet,his behavior is crappy *to be expected, the kneegrow sold his mama Soul for fame* (He haven't been right since, all has been a show uptil now!)

This is another example of a castrated black male... unable to mentally or spiritually grow, beyond the material stage. Once was strong, but too wobbly weak and lame now...

An observation...  after he said "george bush doesn't care about black people" it's apparent some entity shut his ass down. Now,he rambles on about nonsensical issues... I cringe now, when he open his mouth... what an empty vessel he has become!

HEY,KARDTRASHIAN OCCULTIST FAMILY! KEEP CASTING THAT DARK SORCERY ON THESE LAMES,SNATCH THEIR WEAK SOUL IN YA'LL COVEN AND WORK THEM OVER TO YOUR EVERY WHIM... THEN, KEEP HUSTLING THESE LOST KNEEGROWS TO THE BARE BONE,WHILE THEY ARE STRUGGLING TO KEEP UP WITH THE FARCE THAT IS!    *giggle n shyt*

Koonye you can't get out now and none is exempt from cause and effect. Ppppfffftttt to all sellouts...

OK,PHUCK IT! MY KIND SIDE SORTA FEEL SORRY FOR HIM... KANYE TIGHTEN UP AND GET YOUR MIND BACK!

He only surrounds himself with the Kardashians and you never see him with any of his own family! The K family is strictly about money and appearance. They want to in the media spotlight at ALL times and nothing about that is good.
