Well someone should tell Australia, this cause their dry ass need some rain, that a wildfire that destroyed a good part of the country, alot of animals were wiped out . Making rain is not new, GOD, gave man a brain, I would rather they use it to make rain, than make weapons of mass destruction. Someone should tell the governor of California to make it rain cause they keep having all those damn wildfires.

What they're showing us in the illustration is how they can manipulate the weather.  Now it should be evidence that most of this flooding we've been having around the U.S is man made weather.  If anyone don't know, they've been doing this type of stuff (floodings, hurricanes, earthquakes, droughts etc etc) for a long time.  Look up HAARP and they show you how they could manipulate the weather.

I learn about this in science class decades ago, so why the hell they don't do it in parts of the U.S. where water is low and it's dry? Instead of seeding the clouds and putting out those big forest fires they let s*** burn, using fire dept, wasting more water.they have all this technology but don't do s*** with but make weapons of mass destruction, and made viruses.
