According to TMZ, the "Party Up" hit maker was drinking heavily prior to performing.

X, born Earl Simmons, had three concerts scheduled this week, but suddendly cancelled them all, citing an unspecified medical issue.

Those close to him are concerned about his health and fear he may have relapsed.

DMX has long battled an addiction to crack cocaine. We hope the hip hop legend has left those days behind him and is just resting up.

Congrats! DMX Welcomes His 15th Child, Exodus Simmons!

Back in February DMX was found in a Yonkers, New York, Ramada Inn parking lot unconscious, not breathing and without a pulse.

Police responded to the scene and performed CPR on the rapper, successfully bringing him back to life.

On Friday, October 21, Dark Man X appeared at the Yonkers Police Department vs. Fire Department "Toughman 8" charity boxing event to offer his gratitude.

"There's a few officers in here tonight that on February 8th saved my life," X said. "True heroes. I'm not speaking from what somebody else told me or some else's opinion. This is my personal opinion. The officers that I used to run from when I was f****** up ... turned out to be the ones that saved my life."

TMZ reports that X later performed "Ruff Ryders Anthem" and helped to raise $80,000at the event.

Yonkers PD posted a message of thanks to DMX on their Facebook page.

"Yonkers rapper DMX supported last nights Toughman 8 charity boxing event with a special appearance. He thanked Yonkers Police Officers Hurley and Wanderman from our ESU for their efforts in assisting him earlier this year. In this photo he speaks with both Officers outside of the event and thanked them for their service. Thank you DMX, your words were appreciated by these Officers and last nights crowd."

DMX Is Expecting His 13th Child With Baby Mama

TMZ reports that the 45-year old music icon's longtime girlfriend, Desiree, gave birth to a baby boy on Friday, August 19th.

The couple named the newborn Exodus Simmons. He weighed in at 6 lbs, 10 oz.

X, real name Earl Simmons, was in Arizona at the time of the delivery, but got back to New York City in time to celebrate his son's first night with Desiree.

Dark Man told TMZ that the new addition to his family was "a blessing."

Exodus is Desiree's first child.

DMX Reportedly Overdoses, Stops Breathing, No Pulse. Resuscitated By Police

In the latest Drink Champs podcast, DMX shared a story with hosts N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN about the time Diddy offered him a record deal after initially turning him down. The "Party Up" rapper recalled auditioning for Diddy before getting signed to Def Jam, and while the audition didn't lead to a deal, DMX said that he respects Diddy for telling him to his face what he didn't like about his rap skills. 

Just three weeks later, DMX says Diddy offered him a deal with Bad Boy after finding out he was signing to Def Jam, but the New York rapper didn't accept. He explained that if Diddy couldn't see his talent from the beginning, he couldn't sign with him.

DMX Arrested on his way to perform @ Radio City Music Hall for owing 400K In Back Child Support, Bail Jumping, Being A Suspect In A Robbery + 1 Other Charge 

DMX is not dead despite mounting rumors on social media claiming that the rap icon passed away.

The New York rapper was rushed to the hospital on Monday after he fell unconscious. Sources say he started complaining about severe chest pain and shortness of breath before collapsing outside his room at the Ramada Yonkers in New York.

At first it was believed to be a nasty asthma attack, but TMZ reported that a eye witness told police officers that DMX had ingested a white powdery substance before collapsing on the ground.

Responding officers found him unconscious with no pulse and revived him with CPR. Cops also reportedly gave him Narcan, which is an antidote for drug overdose. 

DMX and his people are denying the allegations that saying it was a simple case of asthma attack. 

X is currently recovering in the hospital.

DMX Accused Of Robbing Man At Gunpoint In Newark *UPDATE* X Denies Accusations {VIDEO}

DMX, real name, Earl Simmons, is in trouble once again with the law.

The 44-year old rapper was on his way to perform at Radio City Music Hall in Manhattan on Friday, June 26, when cops caught up with him.

According to Pix 11, Dark Man X had: "An arrest warrant issued by the Erie County Family Court for $400,000 worth of back child support, the spokesman said. Another arrest warrant was issued by the city of White Plains for bail jumping; the city of Yonkers is accusing the rapper of being an aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operator; and a criminal complaint out of Newark, N.J., names DMX as a suspect in an April 5 robbery at a gas station in that city, the sheriff’s office said."

He was arrested at 10:30 p.m. by sheriff's in Manhattan. No word on whether he was popped at the venue or before.

Troubled but supremely talented rapper DMX might have to deal with the law...again.

NJ.com reports that a man is accusing Dark Man X and members of his entourage of robbing him at gunpoint at a Newark, New Jersey gas station.

X and his crew allegedly pulled up in four black Cadillac Escalades. The rapper reportedly got out of one of the vehicles and was recognized by a fan. The two had a conversation. That's when things took a turn for the worse.

"The two had a brief conversation about rap music and during the conversation a male in DMX's entourage, showed the victim a gun and demanded the victim's money," Sgt. Ronald Glover said in a statement.

The 21-year old victim says he pulled $3200 from his pocket, before DMX allegedly "snatched the money out of his hand" before jumping into one of four black Cadillac Escalades that left the scene, Glover said.

The victim followed X and managed to get a license plate number of one of the vehicles, which he gave to police.

Authorities are currently investigating the incident. No arrests have been made and no criminal charges have been filed.

TMZ caught up with DMX and asked him about the alleged robbery. The rapper says false accusations come with the territory. He admits his team did stop at the gas station, but there wasn't an altercation with anyone.
