Cassie $30M smile: Diddy's ex emerges for FIRST time since settling lawsuit with rapper following claims of rape and physical abuse

More details about Cassie Ventura’s tumultuous relationship with Diddy have surfaced, including allegations that the hip-hop mogul pressured her to get breast implants in 2009.
According to The Blast, Diddy didn’t like the results of Cassie’s breast augmentation, so he demanded that the doctor reverse the procedure a day after she went under the knife. A witness to the abuse told the Daily Mail that “a tearful Cassie sat in silence as Diddy ordered Dr. Frank Ryan, a celebrity surgeon, to reverse the procedure,” The Blast writes.
“Diddy thought they could go right back into surgery, like now, and take them out,” the source said. “And Dr. Ryan was like, ‘No way,’ trying to explain to him that we should wait at least six months to see how it heals because she was just opened up.”
The source continued, “But Diddy was like, ‘No, they’ve got to come out, call who you need to call, they’ve got to come out.'”
Ventura filed a federal lawsuit last week, accusing Combs of rape, physical abuse and sex trafficking. A settlement was reached a day after she claimed Diddy violently abused her for years.

Details of the settlement have not been revealed. We reported via CNN that “Ventura’s lawyer said Combs offered her “eight figures” — or between $10 million and $99.9 million — to keep her from filing her lawsuit,” the outlet writes.
Diddy’s attorney, Ben Brafman, said Diddy “vehemently denies” Cassie’s abuse allegations.
“For the past six months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail,” the statement read, per USA Today.
“Despite withdrawing her initial threat, Ms. Ventura has now resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies, aiming to tarnish Mr. Combs’ reputation and seeking a pay day.”
Brafman also stated: “Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr. Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”

CASSIE'S LAWSUIT TO DIDDY OFFICIALLY DISMISSED
Cassie was seen for the first time since settling her $30million lawsuit against ex-boyfriend Sean 'Diddy' Combs, who she accused of repeated physical abuse and rape, a day after it was filed.
The singer, 37, was photographed out with family in her hometown of New London, Connecticut on Monday.
She looked in high spirits as she smiled while arriving at her parents' home in comfy gray sweats and sneakers.
Cassie was joined by her husband Alex Fine, 30, their two daughters: Frankie, four, and Sunny, two.
Also pictured was her mother Stacey Hobson, who carried one of the little girls.

Cassie was seen carrying various items, including a game of Twister and a toddler-sized purple puffer jacket.
She held onto one of her daughters' hand as they made their way along the sidewalk as a family.
One little girl was wearing a pink coat, black leggings and sparkly shoes while the other had on a floral fleece jacket and red polka dot leggings.
She was later seen unloading her vehicle with her husband.
Cassie had on a pair of black shades as she loomed over Alex as he searched for an item inside the car.
Her lawsuit against Diddy was dismissed earlier this week, four days after they settled out of court.
'Pursuant to an agreement between the parties, Plaintiff hereby dismisses this action, with prejudice and without costs or fees to either party,' a New York court said Monday, TMZ reported after reviewing legal docs.
Because the dismissal was filed with prejudice, Cassie will not be able to file the suit a second time.
The settlement was announced Friday - one day after the lawsuit was filed - in a statement sent by attorney Douglas Wigdor, who represents Cassie, whose full name is Casandra Ventura.
The statement said they had reached a deal 'to their mutual satisfaction' Friday evening, but no terms of the agreement were disclosed and no further statements would be issued beyond those made by Ventura, Combs and Wigdor in the email distributed by the lawyer.
'I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,' Ventura said in her statement. 'I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.'

Ben Brafman, an attorney for Combs, did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment. On Thursday, he said in a statement that Combs 'vehemently denies' the allegations.
The lawsuit alleged Combs brought the singer into his 'ostentatious, fast-paced, and drug-fueled lifestyle' soon after she met him and signed to his label in 2005, when she was 19 and he was 37.
Ventura, now 37, said Combs, now 54, began a pattern of abuse as soon as their on-and-off relationship began in 2007.
The lawsuit alleged that, 'prone to uncontrollable rage,' Combs subjected Ventura to 'savage' beatings in which he punched, kicked and stomped her. It alleges he plied her with drugs and forced her to have sex with other men while he masturbated and filmed them.
According to the lawsuit, as Ventura was trying to end the relationship in 2018, Combs forced her into her Los Angeles home and raped her.
Combs is among the most influential hip-hop producers and executives of the past three decades. He had been pictured in Miami over the tumultuous weekend.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the case was ended in the eyes of the law Monday in New York. The document reads, "Pursuant to an agreement between the parties, Plaintiff hereby dismisses this action, with prejudice and without costs or fees to either party."
As we reported, it was Friday when both Cassie and Diddy announced they had settledthe lawsuit ... Cassie stated, "I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fans, and lawyers for their unwavering support." Diddy's statement read, "We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love."

The settlement was extremely quick, considering Cassie had only filed her lawsuitThursday.
However, Diddy's attorney, Ben Brafman, was direct, telling us ... "Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr. Combs‘ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best."
Diddy was seen Saturday outside his Star Island home in Miami looking distressed, to say the least.
The lawsuit was shocking -- with claims of human trafficking, drug use and rape -- including one incident Cassie says happened in 2018 when Diddy allegedly came over to her home after she'd tried to break up with him and forced sex on her.

Cassie also accused Diddy of being physical with her, beating and stomping her several times throughout their long relationship.
We don't know the terms of the settlement, but the dismissal was filed with prejudice ... so she can't file again.

Diddy’s Lawyer Says Cassie’s Lawsuit Settlement Is Not Admission Of Guilt
Photos surfaced of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs on social media, and the hip-hop mogul looked distraught while outside at his Star Island home in Miami, according to TMZ. The courts have dismissed Cassie‘s lawsuit against her ex-lover, Diddy, since the two parties settled the case for an undisclosed sum. Cassie stated, “I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family,
fans, and lawyers for their unwavering support.” Diddy also issued a statement, “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.” Diddy’s made sure to reiterate to the public, “Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing,” Ben Brafman, a lawyer for Diddy, said in a statement on November 20, reports Vulture.
“Mr. Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.” The dismissal was filed with prejudice, which prevents the “Me and U” singer from refiling “the same claim again in that court.” Some social media users enjoyed the pictures of Diddy looking haggard and distressed, while others believe the images are staged to elicit sympathy from the public. Webbies, what do you think?
Diddy‘s current paramour hip hop star Yung Miami appeared unbothered by Cassie‘s allegations brought against Diddy. YM took her kiddos to the Miami Dolphins game and posted the short video clip to her IG stories.

The Attorney for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has released a statement urging that people should not view the label mogul’s decision to settle the lawsuit brought by Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura as him admitting any kind of guilt.
Within hours of the lawsuit being filed at the federal court in Manhattan, the “Gotta Move On” singer made a move to settle the lawsuit for an undisclosed sum of money. His move came following his lawyer, Ben Brafman, shooting down the claims that Cassie was trying to shake down the hip-hop billionaire and that the allegations were untrue and salacious.
However, Cassie’s attorney claimed that it was Diddy’s team who offered her “eight figures” to not publish a book. Cassie later filed the shocking and detailed lawsuit, which claimed that Diddy raped her, physically assaulted her, and trafficked her across the United States and abroad- forcing her to sleep with high-paid escorts while he watched and masturbated.
The allegations also hinted that he blew up Kid Cudi’s car after learning that she and the rapper briefly dated and, on many occasions when she attempted to leave him, he beat her bloody- something many of his staff and workers in his company saw.
Within hours of the lawsuit being dropped, the possible blowback on Diddy began with many online condemning the rapper and his Deleon Tequila event in Atlanta being canceled.
His lawyer, Ben Brafman, in a statement via Page Six, said that Diddy was not guilty of any wrongdoing.
“Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr. Combs’s decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best,” Brafman said .
Diddy has been silent since the incident and has not addressed the claims
