Cash Plus investors urged to submit claims

Friday is the deadline for Cash Plus investors to submit claims to the Liquidator of the failed investment scheme.

The cut off date was extended last month to accommodate persons who had not yet presented claims to Cash Plus Liquidator, Hugh Wildman.

There were also reports of new developments which could impact on future pay outs to Cash Plus investors.

A notice from Mr. Wildman says persons who placed money in Cash Plus should complete a Proof of Debt Form and provide copies of contracts as well as valid identification and their Tax Registration Number.

The information should be sent to the Office of the Trustee in Bankruptcy situated at 52 to 60 Grenada Crescent in New Kingston.

Cash Plus investors have been awaiting word on the status of their investments since the scheme collapsed two years ago.

Not much information has been forthcoming since Mr. Wildman reported late last year that money belonging to the scheme was found in a bank account in Dubai.
