Bobby Shmurda Clears Up 6ix9ine Beef + Migos “ALWAYS ANSWER MY CALLS” + Watching Power From Jail
Bobby Shmurda Out In 15 Months!!
Bobby Shmurda's mother has revealed that her son will be released from prison in just 15 months.

She revealed the news via her Instagram page:

"My child is in such good spirits he is ready for these streets. We have 15 months and counting this is the 5th Birthday that I have spent on the visiting floor and thank God we only have 1 more to go," she wrote.

"He sends his LOVE and expresses his APPRECIATION for all of the SUPPORT he has received thus far....⏳⏳the wait Is almost over!!!"

Bobby was arrested initially in Dec. 2014 following a long-term investigation of his crew. He was subsequently charged with murder, attempted murder and weapons possession. In 2016 he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to seven years behind bars.

Upon his release, it's likely the rapper will be welcomed with open arms back into the Hip Hop community. He did not snitch on his crew - unlike another high profile rapper due for release in 2020.

Bobby Shmurda Attempts To Withdraw Plea Deal & Fire His Lawyer. Still Receives 7-Year Prison Sentence

Bobby Shmurda Says He Took Plea Deal To Help Out Rowdy Rebel, Talk Post-Prison Plans & More

Last month Bobby Shmurda agreed to a deal with Manhattan prosecutors that allowed him to plead guilty for his role in a gang conspiracy case.

In exchange, he accepted a prison term of 7 years, followed by 5 years of probation.

During the sentencing hearing Wednesday, October 19, things got awkward when Shmurda, born Ackquille Pollarddecided he no longer wanted the plea deal.

“I was forced to take this sentence. I don't want to take this sentence,” Shmurda told Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Abraham Clott, according to the New York Daily News. “I want to drop my plea.”

The 22-year old "Hot N*gga" rapper then turned towards his attorney, Alex Spiro.

“I want to drop my plea and fire you," he said. "Why are you telling me to waive my rights? I am not waiving my rights.”

On the advice of Assistant District Attorney Nigel Farinha, Clott, denied the last minute requests and sentenced Shmurda to the previously agreed upon term.

Shmurda has been in jail since December 17, 2014, when he was arrested along with 12 other members of his GS9 crew.

Bobby Shmurda Accepts Plea Deal. Sentenced To 7 Years In Gang Conspiracy Case

Bobby Shmurda and his fellow GS9 member Rowdy Rebel accepted their plea deals earlier this month so they will have to remain in prison for seven years for drug and gun charges. They both have served for two years, so they will have to face five additional years in jail with the possibility of an earlier release for good behavior.

They decided to to jump on the phone with Complex and talk about it all, in their first interview since pleading guilty to the charges.

Read some excerpts from the interview below.

Why did you take the plea deal?
BS: I did it for Rowdy. They offered me five and offered Rowdy 12. They said the only way they’ll give him seven is if I took seven too. So, you know, I had to take one for the dawgs.

If you hadn't taken the deal, how much time were you guys looking at?
BS: The judge wasn’t really playing fair because he was letting a lot of stuff into court that wasn’t supposed to be. The only witnesses the DA had against us were lying cops. We had detectives lying, saying they seen us with guns in our hands, but when everything came back there was no DNA, no fingerprints, no nothing. My lawyer told me we don’t want to go to court in Manhattan with these white people because they’re going to be looking at me, a little black kid. Who are they going to believe, the word of this black kid talking about shooting s*** up or the word of white officers? A jury is going to believe cops all day. We’re black kids, these are white people with badges.

This is why you tried to claim false arrest, right? That claim was thrown out.
BS: All the motions I put in, they denied them. They held my bail at $2 million for a gun charge. I copped out to seven years for a gun charge when this is my first offense. That’s how America is. They got these kids running around with rape charges getting six months and they wanna give me seven years for a gun charge.

RR: My boy copped out for me, you heard?

They put a stipulation into the plea deal that prevents you from appealing. Do you think that has something to do with your false arrest claim?
BS: All the guns they found were from around the neighborhood in garbage cans and s*** like that. They didn’t find anybody with guns on them. If they don’t catch no gun on you then there’s no case.

What happened then?
BS: The judge in Brooklyn offered me eight months with a six-month program, but I didn’t take it because it wasn’t my gun. They let the person whose gun it was go and they came in the house with the gun and said it was going on me. The Brooklyn court threw it out. Brooklyn judges aren’t really doing anything; the Manhattan and Queens judges are slaying people, sending innocent people upstate. All they care about are convictions. They took it out of Brooklyn and into Manhattan because the Manhattan judges don’t play fair.

You guys just took a plea deal and could be out in a few years. What's next for you?
Rowdy Rebel: Basically right now, we get our minds right, our bodies right, our souls right. We’re putting together a couple of mixtapes for the streets to stay relevant. Me and Bobby have one called The Last of the Real, it’s going to be like 11 songs. I’m going to drop Shmoney Keep Calling Pt. 2 soon. Apart from that, we’ve got a couple new artists, some friends that we’re going to promote while we in here, that have a couple songs out there. My boy Chase Hound, who’s currently locked up, but he’ll be home by April. My little brother Fetty Luciano, he’s currently locked up, but he’ll be home in like 10 months. Right now we’re just staying positive. It ain’t over; we’ll be out in like three-and-a-half. We don’t want anyone giving up hope on us.

How is your relationship with Epic now? Why didn't the label bail you out?
RR: The situation with Epic is the reality: We made our own bed and got to lay in it. We did expect for them to help us and get us out, but from my knowledge it wasn’t on Epic to bail us out, it was Sony, because Epic’s under Sony. So when it came to it, Epic was willing to do it, but Sony had to sign off the checks to get us out and they didn’t want to sign. I don’t hold no one responsible for nothing.

Bobby Shmurda: It’s business. These people are going to look at you a certain way when these charges come up.

Acquille Pollard aka Bobby Shmurda took the deal just days before he was set to stand trial for conspiracy in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Bobby Shmurda will spend the next seven years in prison, followed by five years probation, after accepting a plea deal for his role in a gang conspiracy case.

The NY Daily News reports that the 22-year old Brooklyn, New York rapper, born Acquire Pollard, pleaded guilty Friday, September 9, in Manhattan Supreme Court, just days before his trial was set to begin.

Shmurda has been in jail since December 17, 2014, when he was arrested along with 12 other members of his GS9 crew.

He faced charges of conspiracy, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Had his lawyers not worked out the plea agreement with the Special Narcotics Prosecutor's office, Shmurda could have been sentenced to 25 years to life in prison if convicted.

The rapper is best known for his 2014 hit record "Hot N!gga" and the "Shmoney Dance" made famous in the accompanying music video, which has over 244 million YouTube views.

Interview: Bobby Shmurda Opens Up About His Upcoming Trial, Dirty Cops, Why He Loves Hillary Clinton & More

A high ranking member of Brooklyn, New York's G Stone Crips has been found dead three weeks after he was reported missing.

28-year old Peter Martinez's body washed ashore Monday, May 1, on Manhattan Beach. His hands were tied behind his back, face covered in duct tape and his feet were encased in 100 pounds of cement.

"They botched the cement shoe job because air got in and he floated to the surface," a law enforcement official said, according to DNAInfo.

Peter Martinez was found dead on Monday, May 1

Martinez had a criminal record that included arrests for reckless endangerment, weapons possession and filling a false instrument. Earlier this year he was shot in the leg.

At the time of his death he reportedly owed someone money.

The G Stone or GS9 crew received nationwide news coverage in December 2014, when 13 members, including rappers Rowdy Rebel and Bobby Shmurda, were arrested and charged with conspiracy, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon, criminally using drug paraphernalia, attempted assault, assault, attempted murder, murder and criminal use of a firearm.

Both Bobby and Rowdy remain incarcerated.

Bobby has filed a lawsuit against the city of New York for false arrest his lawyer, Alex Spiro, told Billboard this week.

Martin Shkreli Threatens To Erase Ghostface Killah From $2 Million Wu Tang Clan Album If He Doesn't Get An Apology For Being Dissed (Bizarre Video Inside) bobby-shmurda-getty

After spending more than a year behind bars, Brooklyn’s Bobby Shmurda has found a number of ways to utilize his time to better himself as a person — and an artist.

The 21-year-old rapper has been keeping his mind off the slew of charges against him and his GS9 clique by reading every book he can get his hands on, crafting movie screenplays and carefully planning a new direction to revitalize his music career.

With claims of civil injustice lingering over his case and no hope of his $2 million bailbeing reduced any time soon, Shmurda is ready to face several charges for conspiracy, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon — and criminally using drug paraphernalia at his upcoming trial on May 11.

Shmurda, born Ackquielle Pollard, is praying for the best and wants to encourage his family, friends, and loyal fans to keep their heads held high. “I know everyone is staying positive and everyone is praying,” Pollard told VIBE. during a phonecall. “Anything that happens is going to happen. If we’re meant to come home, we’re going to come home. Everything happens for a reason.”

Months after being moved from Rikers Island to Westchester County, Pollard was recently transferred once again to Rockland County just weeks before his long-awaited trial commences. The face of GS9 was placed on 23-hour lockdown upon his arrival, and remains secluded from the rest of the inmates.

While his phone privileges are limited, we got the opportunity to check up on the Shmurdaville rapper and allowed him to vent about his unfortunate situation.

The Brooklyn local opened up about his hopes for the outcome of his upcoming trial. He also elaborated on new court documents, in which he claims the officers involved with his arrest are “dirty.”

Once we moved past his legal woes, Shmurda revealed his blueprints for success upon his release. He plans to keep his music career alive by dropping an abundance of music from his private stash. Also, he wants to push GS9’s newest signee, Hood Heffner to the forrfront.

Last month, GS9’s own Rowdy Rebel dropped off his debut mixtape Shmoney Keeps Calling to keep the Brooklyn-based imprint alive while they’re locked up. And Shmurda made sure to push the 17-track project as much as he could from behind bars, which features their joint track “Right Now” featuring French Montana.

Upon dropping back-to-back albums, the “Shmoney Dance” originator hopes to one day outshine hip-hop moguls like Sean “Diddy” Combs and Jay Z by becoming a top-notch entrepreneur. The Brooklyn rap star knows theres only so much he can do while incarcerated, but he refuses to allow his mind to be locked up. Read on to find out what Bobby has been cooking up in solitary confinement and what his thoughts are on the candidates of the upcoming presidential election.

VIBE: You’ve been separated from your GS9 brethren for some time now. What do you have to say to them?
Bobby Shmurda: Man I love all of them. They know I love all of them. Those are my dawgs. Keep your heads high and we’ll get through this. They know that. Every time I talk to them or any time I see them, they still got jokes, and we laugh no matter where we at. It doesn’t matter about the bad stuff. So we’re staying positive. We’ll get through this.

I know you’re scheduled to appear in court on May 11. What are your hopes for the trial?
I’m ready for this to go to trial or get time served or something because they’re overdoing it. It’s been 16 months now, and they still ain’t ready for trial. They’re prolonging it. I don’t know if they think they can have me up in here for three years, but I’m not with it.

Recently, new court documents say that you believe the 3 cops involved with your arrest are have a history of lying. Can you elaborate on your claim?
Yeah man, I told everybody the cops that locked me up — they’re dirty. I’ve known the cops since I was 11-12 years old. They’ve been dirty for forever. They were trying to tax me for money. They tried to put guns on me. They tried to do a whole bunch of stuff.

I know the last time we spoke, you said you want to get into politics or social activism upon your release.
Yeah, after being in jail this long…if anyone knows me, I’m not one of those crazy, uptight celebrities. I talk to people. So I started learning about people’s cases. I’m seeing people get locked up for murder they ain’t even do.

Last time I was in court, I was with somebody who was taken away for 8 years. They gave him time served because they gave him 25-life. They just took 8 years away from somebody’s life for something he ain’t even do. They’re doing this to hundreds of people with no voice. I want to start being the people’s voice. They took this dude away from his family for 8 years.

I felt so sorry for him. He said he had two little girls outside, and they took him away from his family for 8 years. I know how that feels, growing up without my father. That’s crazy.

How has your family been helping you? I know you got your mom on the outside. How are they helping you through this?
Man, I just want to see my nephew. I got a newborn nephew, like 10 months old. Man, that’s my lil’ man right there. Every time I hear his little voice and every time my mom see him… it’s like he keeps me motivated to get back out there to provide for him, so that he don’t have to grow up like me.

Have you talked to your uncle Debo Wilson since he spoke to Vlad TV last year?
Oh yeah, he came and saw me in Rikers. We apologized and patched things up. Bygones will be bygones. If we can patch things up, then we patch things up. We can admit when we’re wrong because that’s family you know?

That’s great to hear. Obviously family is important and you could use as much support as possible.
Yeah, but I want to give some advice to the people out there. Even though you love your family, family is not [always] good for business.

Speaking of business, have you heard from Epic Records? Has anyone reached out to you since you’ve transferred?
I mean, they talk to my family. But as far as business, I’ve got a new artist, and I’m planning to put all my energy and support into him right now.

What’s his name?
Hood Heffner. Like Hugh Heffner, but Hood Heffner (laughs).

(Laughs) So he’s the next one out of GS9?
Yeah, he’s signed. He’s officially signed. He’s been holding it down for me and Rowdy while we up here. That’s one of our childhood friends from the playground. That’s been our bro for forever and he’s been rapping for a long time.

I know there have been a few people who have tried to get you out. Martin Shkreli made a scene out of his attempt to post your bail. What’s your message to these people who have yet to come through for you?
Well I know this [Shkreli] situation. He can’t even bail me out because of his situation. I ain’t even get to talk to him, but he can’t bail me out anyways because of his situation.

They’re going to say he got locked up for fraud. He’s not even legit enough to bail me out. But besides that, a lot of people came and tried to bail me out but they all trying to offer me shady deals like power of attorney, publishing deals… The only thing I’d give up is management.

Now, two people came through but the D.A. found something wrong and said the property was not $2 million, or wasn’t enough. It was a bunch of bullsh*t. But besides that, it’s all love for trying. I give an “A” for effort.

Word. So since you’ve been moved around from Rikers to Westchester and now to Rockland County, how are you holding up?
Well I’m eating alright. I’m writing albums, mixtapes — everything, man. I’m just keeping my mind right and active. I’m on 23-hour lockdown and a good friend told me before when I first got arrested ‘they can lock your body up but don’t let them lock your mind up.’ Ever since then, I’ve just been staying active. I’m writing. I’m reading. I’m doing everything. I could talk to people. I jump on the phone every once in awhile, but I just be in my own zone.

There’s been some talk about you putting out music upon your release. What’s something can we expect from you and GS9?
When I get home man, it’s on. When I got locked up, I saw how fast you could lose things. So now I regret a lot of things that I didn’t do quick enough because the label, unfortunately, wants to wait for certain things, or wait for this and that. But when I get home, I’m dropping stuff back-to-back. Videos back-to-back. Mixtapes back-to-back. I’m going to drop like four albums in a row. I’m going hard.

How would you release it? Would you go independent or would you have to lean on Epic for that?
It depends. Right now I’m still signed but, if I’m releasing it then it’ll go through Epic, but if they drop me or something happens, then I’m going independent.

As far as your independent career goes, what kind of game plan do you have?
My game plan is to be the next Diddy, Jay Z, 50 [Cent], Baby — or even better. I’m just watching how they do things, then I’m going to do it ten times better.

Since you’re leaning towards entrepreneurship, what kind of businesses would you want to start up upon your release?
I’d definitely get into real estate. I might have to go talk to Yo Gotti about some real estate. That’s my bro and he can school me on the real estate game. I’ve been reading a little bit about it. But I would do real estate franchises. I want to do some programs for the kids. I’d definitely like to be more involved with that.

That’s awesome. Now I don’t know if you’re in tune with the presidential election or not…
Oh no, I’m gonna say one thing! Y’all better not have Donald Trump as our president. [Laughs] We cannot have Donald Trump as president. I’m going for Hillary, [Clinton] man. Not Donald Trump.

What do you like about Hillary Clinton?
I like Hillary more because she’s into the people. You know they’ve said that women can’t run the country, but I feel like she’s more independent. She’s got a strong mind state. But Donald Trump’s an a******. I don’t care, but he’s an a******. I definitely don’t want him as our president. [Laughs] The things that be coming out of his mouth is crazy.

Pharmaceutical Kingpin Martin Shkreli Arrested For Securities Fraud. He Had Vowed To Bail Bobby Shmurda Out Of Jail *UPDATE* Shkreli Released On 5 Million Bond. Could Face 20 Years In Prison (Video)

This has to be the strangest beef in the history of rap. In one corner you have one of the greatest rappers in the history of hip hop, Ghostface Killah. In the other you have pharmaceutical executive Martin Shkreli.

As we previously reported, this feud began last Friday, January 22, when Ghostface was asked by TMZ to give his thoughts on Shkreli's purchase of the Wu Tang Clan's$2 million album "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin."

Ghost wasn't happy about it because when Shkreli was the CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals, he hiked the price of the anti-parasitic drug Daraprim from $13.50 a pill to $750 per pill overnight.

Ghost referred to Shkreli as "sh!thead" and criticized his business practices.

"You don't take an AIDS pill that you have for like $7 and make it like $800. You don't do that like that. I don't care if he bought the Wu Tang whatever, whatever, whatever," Ghost said. "I don't even know him, but when I heard what he did with the AIDS [medication] that's not right."

Shkreli responded with a tweet, saying the Wu Tang rapper was past his prime.

TMZ spoke with Ghostface afterwards to get his reaction.

"This the man I'm beefing with? The Michael Jackson nose kid?" Ghost asked while showing a photo of Shkreli on his phone. "Come on bruh, you don't even wanna do it. I'll break your heart in four days."

Stubborn and with time on his hands while he awaits trial for securities fraud conspiracy, securities fraud and wire fraud conspiracy, Shkreli threatened to end Ghost's career.

"A @GhostfaceKillah response tomorrow evening. Don't cry, Ghost. All rap careers come to an eventual end. Long time coming, motherf*cker," he wrote on his Twitter page.

Today we found out what Shkreli was referring to. In a bizarre video that looks like a parody, the executive is seen with three other men who are wearing masks. He refers to Ghost by his government name, Dennis, and demands an apology or he will erase the rapper's vocals from "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin."

"For whatever reason you think it's OK to beef with me, but that's a big mistake. At the end of the day, I'm very sorry for you," he said. "You're an old man—an old man that's lost his relevance, and you're trying to claim the spotlight from my spotlight. That's not going to work, Ghost—Dennis. In fact, I think that if you ever say some dumb sh!t again, this album, this Shaolin, I'm going to erase all your sh!t from this album. I'm going to erase you from the record books of rap. You're gonna be done. You're my son ... you have to listen to me. I butter your bread, you understand me? Without me you're nothing. Even though I pity you, I have to give you some punishment. I expect you to write me a written apology from the heart. Some contrition. Some long letter where you explain your sorrow and sadness for what you've done. Be real, as your video once said, and uh, don't ever f*cking mention my name again, or there will be more of a price to pay than just this video."

What do you guys think? Is Shkreli just trolling for attention?

Martin Shkreli, The Man Who Bought Wu Tang Clan's $2 Million Album, Plans To Bail Bobby Shmurda Out Of Jail <+> Is he New York's Best Chance For Rap Since 50 Cent?

Turing Pharmaceuticals CEO, Martin Shkreli, was arrested by the FBI on Thursday, December 17.

The 32-year old Brooklyn, New York native, who just this week said he would bail Bobby Shmurda out of jail, and had previously paid $2 million for the Wu Tang Clan's secret album, "Once Upon a Time In Shaolin," has been charged with securities fraud, according to Bloomberg.

A boyish drug company entrepreneur, who rocketed to infamy by hiking up the price of a life-saving pill from $13.50 to $750, was arrested by federal agents at his Manhattan home early Thursday morning on securities fraud related to a firm he founded.

Martin Shkreli, 32, ignited a firestorm over drug prices in September and became a symbol of defiant greed. The federal case against him has nothing to do with pharmaceutical costs, however. Prosecutors in Brooklyn charged him with illegally taking stock from Retrophin Inc., a biotechnology firm he started in 2011, and using it to pay off debts from unrelated business dealings. He was later ousted from the company, where he’d been chief executive officer, and sued by its board.

In the case that closely tracks that suit, federal prosecutors accused Shkreli of engaging in a complicated shell game after his defunct hedge fund, MSMB Capital Management, lost millions. He is alleged to have made secret payoffs and set up sham consulting arrangements. A New York lawyer, Evan Greebel, was also arrested early Thursday. He's accused of conspiring with Shkreli in part of the scheme.

Martin Shkreli has been released from custody on $5 million bond. He's been charged with securities fraud conspiracy, securities fraud and wire fraud conspiracy, U.S. attorney Robert Capers announced.

U.S. attorney Robert Capers

The second defendant, lawyer Evan Greebel, was charged with wire fraud conspiracy.

Both men pleaded not guilty in federal court in Brooklyn, New York.

If convicted they could face up to 20 years maximum in prison, according to theAssociated Press.

Bobby Shmurda Denied Bail For 6th Straight Time

Martin Shkreli, the wealthy Turing Pharmaceuticals CEO, has revealed plans to bail fellow Brooklyn, New York native Bobby Shmurda out of jail.

Shmurda, real name Ackquille Jean Pollard, has been locked up in Rikers Island since he was taken into custody on December 17, 2014, along with 12 other members of his GS9 crew.

The rapper was charged with conspiracy, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and criminally using drug paraphernalia. His bail is set at $2 million.

As we previously reported, Shmurda's family attempted to bail him out earlier this month, but the judge in the case rejected their bond package.

Enter Shkreli, an avid hip hop fan who recently purchased the Wu Tang Clan's secret album, "Once Upon a Time In Shaolin," for $2 million.

In a new interview with HipHopDX, Shkreli said he hoped to free Bobby, with a few business strings attached.

I’m a fan and I’m a business man. I’m not going to do this for free. [Laughs] He’s going to have to do something for me. I don’t know what that’s going to look like yet. He’s going to owe me one, obviously. I’d like to pay for his legal defense as well. I’m a big fan but also I’m an opportunist. You know that. I see an opportunity here. He’s a talented guy. Every concert I go to, people yell “Free Shmurda.” He reminds me of me, quite frankly. The guy’s totally irreverent. He doesn’t give a damn what people think. Totally irreverent. Totally I don’t give a f*c*. I love him. I just love that style. He’s from not far from where I’m from in Brooklyn. I’d love to help him out. I wish someone would have helped me out when I needed help. He doesn’t have much money, I know that. He’s definitely hurting for money. He needs a bailout, basically. I’d like to help him out. No big promises, but I’ll see what I can do. Like I said, if I can post the $2 million, I’d do it tomorrow. I’m working on it and hopefully we’ll see him free soon.

It’s a mix. Look, the guy’s going to have to record for me if he comes out. I’ll just come out and say it. If I’m gonna post his bail, pay for his trial, get him a “Not Guilty” verdict... With the right lawyer it’s just a matter of money. I see opportunity. The guy’s going to be more popular when he’s out. The guy probably didn’t do sh!t. He was trying to turn to a new chapter in his life and the old sh!t is coming up and hurting him. He’s New York’s best chance for rap since 50 Cent. It’s not a lot of money for me. Spend a couple million on his defense, a couple million on bail and I’ll get the bail money back real quick. So a million or two for his defense, which is probably $4 million in total, I’m willing to put towards his defense. I don’t do olive branches. I’m doing something for him, the same way I felt I was doing something for the Wu-Tang Clan. And I’m doing something for me. If people benefit from that, listeners, then that’s great, but that’s not my primary concern. First is him. Second is me. Third is everyone else. Everyone wins. It’s a win-win-win. The only loser is the f*cking FEDs that want to see a f*cking kid sit in jail for no reason because his lawyers can’t f*cking get his act together. That’s what’s going on with that.

While there is no doubt that Shkreli has the financial means to make this happen, he is somewhat of a controversial character.

In September the 32-year old pharmaceutical kingpin received negative worldwide criticism when his company hiked up the price of the drug, Daraprim, which treats potentially life-threatening parasitic infections, from $13.50 to $750 per pill, overnight.

“This isn’t the greedy drug company trying to gouge patients, it is us trying to stay in business,” Shkreli said at the time. “This is still one of the smallest pharmaceutical products in the world. It really doesn’t make sense to get any criticism for this.”

Whatever the case, this is great news for Bobby. Let's keep our fingers crossed that everything will work out and he'll be back with his family and making music again soon.

Bobby Shmurda Could Be Granted Bail This Week

The family and bondsman Ira Judelson reportedly have a 200-page doc which describes the source of the money and they believe this plan is “bulletproof”.

Bobby Shmurda is no closer to being a free man. Though on Wednesday (Dec. 2), it looked as though the “Hot N*gga” rapper may finally have his $2 million bond posted, a NY judge has denied his terms of bail.

Bobby Shmurda is slowly dipping off into irrelevancy thanks to an unfortunate prison lock-up, right around the time his career was sky-rocketing.

At the December 3 surety hearing in Manhattan Supreme Court, however, Judge James Burke rejected the bail package in a sealed proceeding, putting the case back on its previous schedule with Shmurda’s next court date set for January 11, according to Billboard.

Shmurda has been incarcerated for nearly a year after being an arrested on a slew of charges including conspiracy to commit murder and gun charges.

When reached for a statement, Shmurda’s attorney Alex Spiro told, “I can not comment at this point”. Keep your head up, Bobby Shmurda.

Bobby Shmurda Explains Bail Situation With Morning Show {AUDIO}

Bobby Shmurda

Bobby Shmurda is one step closer to being release from jail on a $2 million bail.
Earlier this year a judge set the massive bail figure but for the most part the New York rapper and his team have been unable to come up with the cash or collateral.
TMZ reported that members of Shmurda’s family, particularly his aunt, stepped up to offer collateral in the form of several properties. The “Hot N****” rapper legal team has since put together a 200-page legal document to put before a judge as early as this week.
Bobby Shmurda has been denied bail five times this year prompting his fans to lose hope that he would ever be released before his trial or any at all. At his last bail hearing, Prosecutor Nigel Farinha told the judge that the 21-year-old rapper is a flight risk due to his ties in Florida.

Apparently, the judge is demanding all $2 million. Not the ten percent or so that is usually allowed to be put up.

“They want 100 percent, they don’t want 10 percent they don’t 25 percent, the don’t want 40 percent, they don’t want 50,’ Shmurda told Ebro, adding that he currently has the cash to post ten percent.

Bobby Shmurda Talks Jail, Stabbing Rumors, 2Million Bail, Calls the Judge And District Attorney 'A Bunch of Haters'

Bobby Shmurda has been very vocal about his feelings towards his label Epic Records lately, last week in the interview with Billboard, Shmurda claimed that his label haven't supported him at all during his stay in jail. In a new interview with The New York Times, Bobby has expressed interest in leaving his deal with Epic Records.

“I’m going to try my best to go back on the deal,”  of his disappointment with EPIC. “If not, I’ll give them their music and bounce.” said Shmurda.

Bobby's lawyer Matthew Middleton stated that he wants out of his contract, he questioned the loyalty of his label because they refused to put up any money towards his $2 Million Bail last month.

“These companies for years have capitalized and made millions and millions of dollars from kids in the inner city portraying their plight to the rest of the world. To take advantage of that and exploit it from a business standpoint and then turn your back is disingenuous, to say the least"
suggesting that EPIC had “made their money back at least two or three times over" said Bobby's lawyer Matthew Middleton.

Bobby Shmurda's 2Million Bail Package Withdrawn, Will Remain In Jail

Although Bobby Shmurda is in jail, yesterday he reached out to Billboard for a quick interview to talk about his time in jail, rumors that he was stabbed, the status of his 2$ million bail and what he is working on.
Back in December, Bobby Shmurda and his GS9 crew were arrested and charged with weapons possession, murder and more. He was scheduled to be released this past week after his bail was posted but that did not happen as the bail was withdrawn.

Read the interview below.

How is it in there?
It's survival, survival. Survival of the fittest.

Has it been hard on you?
Not that hard. I get a lot of love in here.

People in there know who you are and know "Hot Boy"?
Yeah, everybody. Every time I walk the halls, I see people and they yell out "Ah Ah!" or something.

There are so many rumors, like, that you got stabbed.
It's nothing but rumors, man. I'm good. Everybody knows I'm good. I'm chilling. We over here -- we over here thugging it out, man. [Laughs.]

Your mother and your lawyer are working hard to get you out on bail. Are you hopeful about that?
Uhhh… We're trying, but right now I think the DA and the judge and everyone in the court is being biased. It's so crazy. The favoritism, yeah. They don't have no evidence, no nothing on me for the bill to be so high. I haven't been out for a year, I haven't been around for a year. So I didn't make two million dollars! [Laughs] They gave me a bill they know I can't pay. We can pay the 10 percent. And we tried to pay the 10 percent and they told us collateral. And every time we go for bail, it's something new.

Your last hearing was Jan. 29. What were you thinking in court?
When I see the judge and the DA, I just see a bunch of people [who are] trying to take my life away for being blessed. That's what I look at when I look at them. It looks like a bunch of haters.

How do you feel about the other people who are your co-defendants? Have you been in touch with them at all?
Some of them I don't know. Some of them I do know. They just started picking anybody out of the neighborhood. They got me locked up with -- I've seen, I don't know, probably like six people here. I don't even know everybody. It's crazy.

Besides your mother, who have you been in touch with?
I talked to Meek [Mill]. I talked to French [Montana]. I talked to Migos. I stay in contact with people.

What are you planning to do when you get out?
Write some platinum songs. [Laughs.] Finish up this deal I got with Epic.

Do you have a message for your fans?
Yeah. Keep your head up. Everybody goes through tough times and good times. You know what, tough times don't last forever. I say, God makes his toughest battles for his strongest soldiers.

This includes 10 weapons at Quad Recording studios close to Times Square. There, 21 GS9 gang members were rounded-up during the raid.
Also, he was charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit second-degree murder, and conspiracy to commit second-degree assault on his own brother.

TMZ reports that the Brooklyn, New York rapper who shot to fame with the hit record "Hot N****" was under surveillance by NYPD and arrested while sitting in a car outside of a New York recording studio.

According to the report, Bobby's arrest was the culmination of long term investigation conducted by the New York Police Department and a special narcotics prosecutor.

No specific charges have been released yet, but it is known the crimes include drugs and multiple shootings.

The rapper is set to appear in court to be arraigned on Thursday, December 18.

**UPDATE** December 18

Details about Bobby Shmurda's arrest are beginning to trickle out. The 20-year old, real name Ackquille Pollard, was arrested Wednesday, along with 12 other members of his GS9 crew, including Rowdy Rebel, real name Chad Marshall, and his brother, Javase Pollard.

The 100-count indictment includes gang activity, multiple shootings and drug trafficking.

The rapper's lawyer says the charges are false.

"There is nowhere in the western world where he can go without being recognized," defense attorney Howard Greenburg said. "And you're telling me he has to take time out of his busy life as an entertainer and do what is alleged in this indictment? It's a bunch of BS, and you can quote me."

**UPDATE No. 2** December 18

Bobby Shmurda has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder, as well as gun and drug charges. The 15 other defendants were hit with murder, attempted murder, assault and drug dealing charges.

Prosecutors allege that Bobby is the ring leader of the G Stone Crips (GS9). They are accused of murdering a 19-year old rival gang member on February 8, 2013 and 24 other shootings since 2013.

The violence stems primarily from wars the G Stone Crips were having with other gangs, including Folk Nation and Brooklyn's Most Wanted (BMW), according to NBC New York.

The Brooklyn-based gang used code words to speak about various crimes. Firearms were “tone” and “socks." “Crills” referred to narcotics, and “suntan” or “scoom” referred to shootings.

The rapper earned the nickname "Two Socks Bobby." He's alleged to have fired gunshots into a crowd of people on June 2. Prior to a July 2014 performance at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, Bobby and an accomplice reportedly opened fire on a rival gang member

When Bobby was arrested Wednesday, police say they found 2 guns and a small amount of crack in the vehicle he was in. His bail has been set at $2 million.

James Essig, head of the NYPD task force said that the songs a videos made by Bobby and Rowdy Rebel were "almost like a real-life document of what they were doing on the street,''

Howard Greenburg, Bobby's attorney, says his client was framed and should be freed without bail. Greenburg argued that the rapper was far too busy traveling and performing to have taken part in the crimes he's accused of.

"I'm not gonna let the government crucify my guys. Despite the fact the government hates raps and rappers. And they hate [the] lyrics," Greenburg told PIX 11
