Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has called her own party's failure to impeach President Donald Trump a 'national scandal.'

The freshman Congresswoman from New York made the remarks in a tweet late on Saturday, ratcheting up pressure on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to allow impeachment to move forward.

'At this point, the bigger national scandal isn't the president's lawbreaking behavior - it is the Democratic Party's refusal to impeach him for it,' she wrote.

Ocasio-Cortez's forceful remarks join the growing clamor from some Democrats demanding that party leaders impeach the president, with the intelligence community whistleblower controversy fueling fresh outrage.

She is absolutely right. If Obama, was making money off taxpayers, inviting presidents from other countries to stay at his residence they would try and hang his black ass. Republicans are playing a game of chicken and Dems, are playing right their hands. Trump, has gotten away with so many violations it's incredible. If the Dems, wait until the election to vote him out, and he rig the election with the help of all those federal judges he put in place and win. The Dems, will get the blame, Republicans, will be LTAO.

I think that the Democrats were waiting for something more damaging, and now they may have gotten it.
