I agree you cant wreck a house that is already broken but marriage is sacred.  Swiss should have filed for a legal seperation out of respect for his then wife.  Mashonda seems to have been blindsided.  I wish Alicia and Swiss all the best b/c I think they have found the partners they were ultimately looking for.
