Actress 'Demi Moore' Allegedly Caught On Video -- Is this CHILD MOLESTATION?

According to social media, the boy kissing Demi is Philip Tanzini. He goes by the name "Phil Tanzini". He was 15 and she was 19 at the time. Apparently she kissed him because he was leaving the show or something.

Actress Demi Moore may be the FIRST female actress caught up in the "Me Too" controversy.

The video surfaced this weekend, and folks on social media claim that it purports to show the actress kissing an underage boy. The video was taken some time in the 1980s.

In the video, you see a pretty young brunette - who bears a striking resemblance to Demi Moore - kiss a boy on the lips. And it was QUITE A KISS. The kiss lasted more than 5 seconds and the two appear to have exchanged saliva.

The video was entirely BIZARRE. The young man's MOTHER was there to witness the kiss. And the young man was interviewed afterwards.

MTO News was not able to confirm that the woman in the video is Demi Moore.

According to western minded standards that may be the case. 4 yrs makes a difference? So when he'was 19 & she 23 does it still apply? Statutory rules for subjects aka 14th amendment citizens. 12 yrs old in many cultures is supposed to be the rites of passage to manhood for males & the same would go for the opposite sex even though the maturity is much more advanced than males. In this video he kissed her back so what's the problem?
