Officers and veterinarians were on the scene examining the animals. They found at least 65 animals alive, including ducks, rabbits, mice, pigeons, chinchillas, dogs, and a cow, authorities said.
They also found dozens of dead cats, dogs, and farm animals.
One man was living inside the home with all the animals, authorities said.
