50 Cent's is in Big Sex Tape Mess

Everybody who's anybody in Hollywood has a sex tape. So no wonder 50 Cent felt the need to join da club.

But now the MC is in a heaping pile of trouble for allegedly splicing himself (in his bewigged guise of "Big Pimpin' Curly") into X-rated footage of a Florida woman doing the nasty and then posting the clip online.

Sure, it might result in a lawsuit, but there's no doubting Fiddy has some mad comedic skillz.

As for the legal matter, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, the offended party, Lastonia Leviston, claims the rapper used her name and likeness without permission by publshing the video on his website, thus causing her severe emotional distress after it, um, spread virally online.

Leviston alleges that she and her beau, whose face is blurred out in the Fiddy version, "videotaped themselves engaging in sexually explicit activities" in June 2008, per the New York Daily News.

Although the dude purportedly promised to destroy the tape, he instead "transferred or sold" it to 50 Cent, according to the complaint. Fiddy then turned it into a comedy routine that also mocked rival rapper Rick Ross (for example, Fiddy's commentary notes the initials "R.R." tattooed on Leviston's chest, and indicates they refer to Ross).

In a later radio interview, Leviston also accused the hip-hopster, real name Curtis Jackson, of labeling her a "call girl," causing her further embarrassment.

Her complaint seeks unspecified damages. Neither Leviston's lawyer nor the rapper's manager were available for comment.

The age of the good well thinking honorable woman is out. To find a morally consciences woman is a needle in a hay stack the advent of this technological age is tilting the pendulum of our world moral balance as we knew it.
The so call first world had this problem and the developing world didn't with television ,cable and now the internet. We see no end to this until we make a real stand this is social wild west.

I find it most interesting that the woman's face is there for everyone to see, the alleged non 50 man's face is blurred. If she knew a deal was to be made, she would have had her face blurred too. She is a victim in all this because what she thought would be an intimate moment between her and blurred dude was not. The whole thing may have been a set up before the act went down. How many guys would think to sell their tape to 50 and not some porn company. It all seems fishy to me. 50 and blurred dude should face heavy fines and possible imprisonment. Everyone take note and avoid photos, videos, etc.

50 had no right to do what he pleased with that tape unless ALL involved agreed to post the tape on the internet. 50 must have had a sense of wrongness or impropriety because he blurs out the other man's face in the video.

She is not a gold digger because some dude decided to disrespect her for a profit. The sex tape is not with 50 and that woman. It's with that woman and some other man. The other man then sold the tape to 50. The other man is the gold digger.
