32-year-old woman busted assaulting young girl after egging on 12-year-olds to fight each other [VIDEO]

Daphne Melin, 32, was arrested for encouraging two 12-year-old girls to fight each other.

Some adults really need adult supervision.

A 32-year-old Long Island woman was busted after egging on two 12-year-old girls to fight outside an elementary school and then beating up a child who was watching nearby.

Daphne Melin, of Shirley, encouraged the juvenile dust-up outside William Floyd Elementary School on Sunday afternoon, Suffolk County cops said.

Some reports suggested one of the girls was Melin's daughter but cops said they were unable to confirm the exact relationship.

As the two girls fought, Melin allegedly cheered them on and made no effort to stop the fisticuffs, police said.

When the brawl wound down, Melin was just getting warmed up - cursing and spitting at a young girl who was watching and then knocking her down and kicking and kneeing her to the neck and head, cops said.

Investigators arrested Melin late Monday and charged her with attempted assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

She was released on bail and will be arraigned on Dec. 1, authorities said.

A relative who answered the phone at a number listed in Melin's name declined to comment.

Although on the other hand spit is so nasty, it is like the ultimate disrespect, and They love to do that. Spitting will get the taste slapped out your mouth.

If this was a mother protecting her child is say good for her, she is doing something to protect hers. The ones that committed suicide wish they had done more to protect theirs.

I bugg out just watching the madness unfold. Its crazy because I feel like i'm still the same person brought up since the 70s with good morals in a strict household where you dared not do wrong because you knew it was wrong, we had respect for one another then and those good values stuck with me Nothing that i see today that is off the hook thank God has never influence me and I mean nothing im still the same person but its frustrating to watch all around me is chaos so much has change.
