and by the way let me help those who listen to CNN because there are so many people angry at Trump the economy will crash again so they can prove a point to have people to vote for them, so if you are smart sell your one of yoru 2 cars, instead of driving a bezn paying high car notes save your money and buy a used car, sell your jewelery, sell what ever you have that can make money and put that money in an account that can built interest so you can have cash on hand to buy and invest, but dont take my word for it because in 2009 i purchased 3 houses that same year with minimal repair, i fliiped 2 of them in 2017 and now im about to put the next one in the market for cash because i used to use it as short stay rental, i made back my money about 7 times already and i am going to make more money all my mortages are for 15 years so i built more equity when its time to sell

my uncle always said to us a man without land and properties in America is a broke man no matter how much money he has especially Black men, property and land do not depreciate that is why real estate is the most successful investment if you know what youre doing, look at it these days with airbandb, the growing of marijuana some company have the techonoly but diont have the land to grow so they dont want to deal with the maitenance they lease it from you, so the smallest land i buy is 15 acres right now i am trying to buy about (0 acres the auction is next month, and i buy in state i have never been through i just pay a broker to put up a banner and let people know ist for lease or if they want to place ad its for rent, you can rent your property and let it make you money, the cheapest property  is $125 a night week nights and $175 a night weekends, holidays is $225 to $450 a night so again for those who understand investment do the math, with trump policies my mortage drecrease by $300 and car insurance by $400 i got the letter from all state january 2019 dues to new laws and health benefit was $475 biweekly under obama as of January 2019 they wrote me a ltter and issued a refund so now my policy is $221 Biweekly like i said if the democratic party is working for you people keep supporting them, dont begg the rest of us to follow you or be mad at us, you have your life we have our life, if all the niggers can show me which one of the white democrats who are not racist compare to trump than i will agree with them, but show me why they are not racist is it because they havent called you niggers in your face, if they value black people how come that community is in such destress, look at the crimes and poverty also lack of opportunity, under Trump no one really have to work with so many opportunity to start a business and low interest rate loans

 Michael Thomas  i live in a community where every one are business owners or professional, when you want a better life that kind of environment will help you be a btter person because the positive influence, in 2008 i was the only obama supporter, now that i realize the whole community are Trump supporter i felt like a fool because under obama my business and family business was going down, we had to pull extra weight to survive because his damn policies were working for those who loves hand outs which is the way of the democratic party, in 2016 i suppoted Bernie sanders when he dropped out i held my vote and did not vote for any one, but always observe Donald Trump, during his presidency i avoid from taking advice from CNN or other idiots, i always go to the white house web site and learn about his new policies and see what wiorks for me, so his polices in the stock market allow me to invest more, in 2016 i shared with every one about the 2 comapnies that i was investing in, i posted all information so people can rserach but niggers are too lazy they want others to do the work for them and if you dont they will attack you, so one of the companies i bought at one dollar as a private company, now they are selling the share at $5 because they are getting ready to go public next summer, the board have yet to discuss a target price because they are still accepting investors, the second one will be going public at the end of this year, i made 3 purchases as a private invstor, the first pruchased was in 2016 at $1.15 the second at $3 in 2018 and now they are ready to go public i just did another purchased in May at $8 a shamer, so for those who understand investment as a private investor i just finacially secure my self for life againg they still dont have a target price but that company is being used by the Military, malls and university so i will not state the name, today i just got back from an auction i just purchase 40 acres of land for $5300 i made all payment on the spot and waiting for my deed, if you like this company i can provide the land, this is also one of the company i purchased rental property from, on saturday i won a property in freehol New jersey for $4100 it will need about $15 worth of repair that will be a short stay property, i have no time to let America make me a victim but i can built my won wealth and enjoy my family and we do not go to the bank for loans we invest in each other and split the profit, that is what the & principals of Kwanzaa teach us

 Michael Thomas  impretty sure you can read, thats exactly what the comment said, any one on here knows since i have signed up on here knows i stand my own ground, i stand for my own belief and stand behind everything i say and i am non apologetic, so lets be real honest, when i used to come on here and post information about investment, niggers on here used to tell me that i am trying to con, now let see how ignorant niggers are, i share information i am not selling anything but they attack me, some said that i am not smart enough to provide informatoion, so on that note i will not share any information with any niggers on here, if they are comfortable living in poverty they need to be proud of it like i am proud living like a king, the only people on here who knows few things i do are those who have emailed me and share personal ifnromation where i provide them with oinformation that they needed to elevate their life style
