VIDEO - Azriel Clary: 'R. Kelly Beat Me With Nike Shoes & Raped Me Multiple Times A Day' {F}

Witnesses reveal R. Kelly only married Aaliyah to avoid prosecution, feds say Azriel Clary: 'R. Kelly Beat Me With Nike Shoes & Raped Me Multiple Times A Day!!'

R. Kelly's ex-girlfriend and alleged victim, Azriel Clary, has spoken out for the first time about the abuse she says she endured during her relationship with him. She says that he forced her to have sex multiple times a day and that he would beat her with his Nike Air Force One sneakers.

Azriel surprisingly broke the news to the British publication, The Sun:

"Robert has his live-in girlfriends, he has girlfriends in every city. He has flings in every city." She said that it was unlikely that they would all come forward as Kelly is known for seeking out blackmail information to keep his victims silent.

"He makes everyone do very degrading stuff, whether on film or writing it down, he makes them sign it. And I think a lot of women are ashamed or embarrassed to come out because of stuff like that. Because it’ll be incriminating them. There’s so much stuff. He has letters of people saying that they’ve stole from him."

She adds, "He has letters from people saying that they’ve been molested or touched by their parents or their brothers or a family member. He even has people on film molesting their younger nieces or younger brothers. And so, I know a lot of women out there are embarrassed, and are humiliated, and are ashamed to come out because, 'This man had that much power to control me, to molest my younger niece or to molest my younger brother,'” she said putting herself in their shoes.

She recalled a time when Kelly reportedly found Azriel talking to one of her high school friends. She says under Kelly's rule, this was not allowed. She was then beaten, and after the beating, another woman washed her in his bathtub while he watched.

"And he beat me all over, it felt like hours, and I was covered in welts all the way from my neck down."

She shared, "No one was ever vocal because whether you were vocal or not, he would still beat you. It was easier pleasing him then getting beat every other day...and everyone learned that very quickly."

According to a new court filing, witnesses have come forward and informed federal prosecutors that in 1994 R. Kelly married his protégé Aaliyah in an attempt to avoid criminal charges and prevent her from testifying against him.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, authorities also believe that last year the disgraced singer somehow managed to sneak a letter into the federal jail where he’s being held and then gained access to an “unmonitored line” to make a private phone call.

Prosecutors argue that these alleged incidents are amongst the many reasons why Kelly and his lawyers cannot be allowed to learn the identities of two of the alleged victims in the case he is currently facing in federal court in Brooklyn, N.Y. They argue that Kelly’s resistance to following the rules illustrate a “consistent pattern” of obstructing law enforcement.

“Simply put, the defendant’s past behavior reveals that if given the opportunity to influence a potential witness, the defendant will take it, and his incarceration may not be enough to prevent such conduct,” prosecutors wrote.

However, Wednesday, Kelly’s lawyer Steve Greenberg, maintained that “the defense cannot conduct any investigation or adequately prepare for trial without knowing who each of the supposed ‘victims’ are.”

In the court documents, Aaliyah, who passed away in 2001, is only referred to as “Jane Doe #1” but the details alleged in the case make her identity clear.

“Witnesses have advised the government that the defendant engaged in this bribery scheme to obtain a marriage license so he could quickly and secretly marry Jane Doe #1 to avoid criminal charges for engaging in a sexual relationship with Jane Doe #1, who was a minor at the time,” prosecutors wrote. “Specifically, the defendant believed that his marriage to Jane Doe #1 would prevent her from being able to testify against him in the event he were prosecuted for his criminal sexual relationship with her.”

According to the Sun-Times, a revision of the federal indictment in Brooklyn says that Kelly was accused of hatching a bribery scheme to obtain a phony identification for the then-15-year-old Aaliyah in 1994 when they were married.

Kelly is being held in federal custody in Chicago, where he has been since his July arrest. In his federal case, he faces child pornography and obstruction of justice charges in Chicago and racketeering charges in Brooklyn. He also faces local sexual abuse charges in Cook County, Ill., and in Minneapolis.

He has pleaded not guilty to the federal racketeering charges in Brooklyn related to the Aaliyah accusation. He also pleaded not guilty to the other charges of sexually abusing minors.

Joycelyn Savage Turns Herself Into The Cops After Fight With Azriel Clary {VIDEO}
FULL VIDEO Of R Kelly's Girlfriends Fighting - Azriel WON!! (Video)
Two days ago, R Kelly's two girlfriends Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary got into a fist fight, outside the singer's Condo in Chicago.

Well TMZ just got footage of the two fighting, and it appears that Azriel won the scrap.

It is surprising, because Azriel is the one who called the police - even after she WON the fight.

A number of security guards from the condo stepped in and tried to break it up. The guards had to pull Azriel off of Joycelyn, who was on the ground getting pummeled by her rival.

Chicago PD responded to a reported battery at Kelly's Trump Tower condo shortly after Azriel Clary and Joycelyn Savage came to blows. Azriel was on Instagram Live Wednesday afternoon as she appeared to be gathering her things to move out of the condo -- and when Joycelyn came in the room both women went off on each other.

Here's the video:In the video, you see the two ladies going at it - with Azriel getting the upper hand.

Azriel said she was looking out for herself, and then threatened to send Joycelyn to jail for the very thing Kelly's facing ... having sex with a minor. Azriel claimed she was a minor when she had sex with Joycelyn -- perhaps in a threesome with Kelly -- and said she'd report Joycelyn to cops.

After police showed up and Azriel - the winner was taken to the hospital. Joycelyn fled the scene, but she eventually surrendered to police and was arrested and charged with battery.

R. Kelly girlfriend makes revealing statement to cops after 'assault'
Clary - who met R. Kelly when she was 17 - repeatedly calls for charges to be brought against Savage (pictured) and screams about how the woman had sex with her while she was a minor

The shocking scrap was captured on Clary's Instagram video.

Clary - who met R. Kelly when she was 17 - repeatedly calls for charges to be brought against Savage and screams about how the woman had sex with her while she was a minor.

According to Clary's statements to police in one video, the fight broke out when Savage and another woman - named Kimberly - arrived at the residence to get items as both girlfriends are in the process of moving out of Trump Tower.

Clary refers to Kimberly as someone who supports 'him' and calls her a 'handler' and suggests the woman was trying to get R. Kelly's Grammys and other awards.

'She does all his handwork for him from jail,' Clary says in the video.

Clary informs police that Savage started screaming at her and attacked her after Clary informed her that she was going to jail for having sex with a minor.

Another clip shows the actual fight between Clary and Savage, with Clary constantly screaming about the woman having sex with her as a minor.

Savage can be seen screaming at Clary and expressing her disbelief that she would act in that way.

At one point during the altercation, Clary declared that R. Kelly has been lying and expresses that she and Savage were not allowed to watch the first Surviving R. Kelly documentary on Lifetime.

'The skeletons is coming out. Period,' Clary asserts. 'Rob has been lying to all of y'all, and that's the sad part about it. He has been lying to all y'all a***s.

She continues: 'And he had people like me lying for him. That's why we never watched the documentary. So we got on Gayle King as stupid as can f*****g be.'

Kelly, 52, is currently in jail, scheduled to stand trial in Cook County in September, then in federal court in Chicago in April and again in federal court in New York the next month

R. Kelly's lawyer seemed unconcerned with the fight.

'I have a statement written by Azriel that she provided to me, voluntarily, after Robert was already in jail, that said she never had sex with him when she was under aged,' Steve Greenberg explained to TMZ.

'As far as this little cat fight, it is clear that it was staged to try and boost social media popularity.'

Kelly is currently in jail, scheduled to stand trial in Cook County in September, then in federal court in Chicago in April and again in federal court in New York the next month.

Kelly has denied all the allegations related to sexual assault with minors, but the #MuteRKelly movement has damaged his financial stability. He did himself few favors when he portrayed himself as a victim in a combative interview with Gayle King in which he pounded his chest and yelled into the camera.

Jerhonda was interviewed in the first part of the docu-series but she has never before revealed the suicide pact.

Others who are interviewed tell how they received death threats from Kelly's remaining fans after appearing in the first documentary.

'People started DMin me and saying count your days.

'How could people be this cruel, you have all this evidence? You wanna attack me and tell me all of this. It didn't stop. It hasn't stopped,' she said.

Tiffany Hawkins, who has sued him in the past and says she is the first young girl he abused, also told how she watched him having sex with a group of her young friends.

She filed a lawsuit against him in 1996 seeking damages, claiming to have slept with him when she was 15 and he was 24 in 1991.

'Robert did ask me to bring friends with me and I did bring friends with me. They always wound up having sex. Always. It always ended up that way.

'The first time I met with Robert after getting his phone number, I gathered some friends, we went to his apartment.

'There was a lot of laughs, joking. There was a lot of fun. My friends were all in his bedroom.

'So I would go in and out of the room. And every time I went in there, he was having sex with someone,' she said.

She introduced him to six of her underage friends, who he slept with, before he slept with her, she claims.

Hawkins said he used to call her the 'cable girl' because she 'hooked him up'.

She also said she could not believe it had taken so long for him to be brought down.

In the 1990s, her lawyer says he contacted prosecutors in Chicago but none wanted to hear their story.

That is why, they say, they took him on in civil court instead.

'It happened again and again and again and again,' Hawkins said.

Damon Dash: Why did it take so long for him to be brought down?

The singer's controversial marriage to Aaliyah when she was just 15 is also discussed.

Damon Dash, mega music producer who was dating her when she died, said she wanted nothing to do with Kelly once their marriage was annulled aside from him leaving her alone.

Damon Dash says Aaliyah wanted R. Kelly 'kept the f*** away' from her

'Aaliyah was like the sacrificial lamb for all of that. She didn't deserve none of that.

'That was a headline, that was a rumor.

'Something talked about like, "oh, you married Aaliyah? She's 13!"' he said.

The producer then corrected him to say she was 15 and not 13 when they got married.

Dash hit back: '15 is 13! I don't have to be accurate because I don't care.

'Fifteen, 13 - anything under 18 is disgusting. She was a child.'

He said he always knew what Kelly had allegedly been doing to girls but that he was amazed it took so long for him to be arrested.

'I was with Aaliyah so I knew exactly what was going on. My thing was always I didn't know why it took so long,' he said.

In March, he appeared in a sit-down interview with Gayle King where he screamed, cried and protested his innocence.

Kelly has four indictments against him.

The first is a state case in Chicago alleging 10 counts of sexual abuse, which Illinois prosecutors filed in March last year.

Last July, he was hit with two federal indictments; one in New York and one in Illinois, which allege racketeering along with sexual assault and sexual exploitation.

In August this year, he was charged in a fourth case in Minnesota for allegedly having sex with an underage prostitute.

In December 2019, a judge in Chicago set a trial date for September next year for him but it is unclear which of his many cases it applies to.

He has pleaded not guilty across the board and believes he is the victim of a set-up from women looking to be paid.

Joycelyn Savage: 'I'll Never Betray R. Kelly'

According to the New York Times, the Grammy winner has been accused of bribing an Illinois government employee on August 30, 1994 in order to obtain a fake ID for the underaged girl so he could marry her. Sources told the outlet that the ID was used to obtain a marriage license that listed her age as 18. The marriage was eventually annulled.

During an interview with Good Morning America, Kelly’s attorney Steven Greenberg claimed that the singer had no idea Aaliyah was underage when they wed. (Which seems crazy, considering he produced her debut album entitled Age Ain’t Nothin But a Number.)

“My understanding is that she did not claim to be 15, and in order to get married, she had to lie about her age,” Greenberg said at the time.

On Thursday, the lawyer suggested that the new indictment “does not appear to materially alter the landscape.”

R. Kelly is already facing federal charges for racketeering and has been charged in several other jurisdictions for sexual abuse.

"It has been said that I have left him and that he has abused me and all kinds of nonsense. I have said before, none of that is true. It is a shame how they are treating him. It is so wrong on so many levels, and he does not deserve this. I am not going to be a part of the assassination of R. Kelly's name, music career, and character."

She continued, "How are we ever going to get a fair trial anywhere around the world with all these lies that are being told on him? Please free him and let him come home in peace."

Joycelyn also denied that the Instagram and Patreon accounts which made headlines last month belong to her:

Singer R.Kelly, who was jailed last month at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago on child pornography charges and obstruction of justice, was recently written up for refusing to take in a cellmate.

Newly disclosed prison records reveal that the 52-year-old musician refused an order to take a cellmate at the special housing unit where he is being held, according to The Chicago Tribune. The downtown Chicago jail’s housing unit is said to be a more secure area for inmates, away from the jail’s general population.

Kelly reportedly responded to news of a possible cellmate by saying, “I was told I didn’t have to take a cellie and I have too much going on to worry about incident report,” the report says. An incident report stated that Investigators also cited that Kelly had a “poor attitude” throughout the investigation regarding the cellmate issue.

Kelly is currently being held without bail on a 13-count federal indictment in Chicago. It’s also alleged that in 2008, Kelly and two of his associates paid off witnesses and victims to change their stories in the disgraced singer’s previous child pornography trial in Cook County.

Earlier this month, Kelly’s lawyers filed a motion stating that the singer had been subjected to “draconian conditions” while jailed in the special housing unit. This past Thursday, lawyers filed a separate motion asking for Kelly’s “immediate release from solitary confinement,” The Tribune reports.

Kelly is also currently also facing a separate federal indictment in New York, accusing the singer of racketeering conspiracy. Kelly also faces four separate indictments in Cook County on charges of sexually assaulting one woman and sexually abusing three other women years ago. According to prosecutors, three of the alleged victims were said to have been underage at the time.

The hit songwriter pled not guilty to 11 felony sexual abuse counts after he was charged by Cook County prosecutors in Chicago in May. It is being reported that he is seeking legal council from Tom Mesereau, according to TMZ.

Mesereau was the legal genius who got Michael Jackson acquitted in 2005 for his child molestation case and Robert Blake acquitted for the murder of his wife in that same year.

Kelly is allegedly looking for someone new to represent him because he feels his current legal team attracts too much drama. TMZ recalls a time when his lawyer Steve Greenberg called Kelly’s accusers “disgruntled groupies.” However Greenberg says the news of Kelly looking for a new lawyer is “A complete load of crap.”

Kelly and Mesereau were said to have met on Wednesday for four hours in a federal prison in Illinois where Kelly remains in custody. But TMZ claims the singer hasn’t retained Mesereau as council just yet, because he’s broke.

Kelly’s team is said to be reaching out to anyone that may be able to help financially to help Kelly retain Mesereau. If he is able to land Mesereau, he’ll need millions of dollars. In his New York federal case his defense will need experts in forensics, sex trafficking, private investigators and more.

But Mesereau will have his hands full with this caseload. Kelly faces charges in Illinois and New York. He was also recently hit with two counts of underage prostitution in Minnesota. This particular charge claims Kelly allegedly had a minor strip for him in a hotel room in exchange for pay in 2001. The prosecutors are claiming.

Should Kelly get a new lawyer, they will have quite the caseload in front of them. Kelly allegedly paid a minor to strip for him in his hotel room in 2001, at which point prosecutors claim there was “sexual contact” but “no intercourse” between the two.

R. Kelly’s Publicist Quits After Revealing He Wouldn’t Leave His Daughter Around SingerR. Kelly Lands In NJ For Federal Court Hearing

Disgraced singer R. Kelly has touched down in New Jersey, as the fallen r&b star is scheduled to appear before a judge in the Brooklyn Federal Court later on today.

Kelly's arrival was captured by news cameras and saw the star wearing a tan prison shirt and orange shoes while handcuffed, a far cry from his former lavish life.

But if Kelly was hoping to get his NY business over and done with today, one of his lawyers has revealed that the arraignment may be delayed as he was not able to find his client.

"I have spent the hours that followed his landing on the phone with the BOP at both New York MCC and Brooklyn MDC trying to locate my client, but no one would provide that information to me, even recognizing I am his attorney, instead directing me to bop.gov to find out where he would be," his lawyer Douglas Anton wrote to the judge.

He is scheduled in court at 10.30 am ET.

R. Kelly Denied Bond; Must Remain In Jail Until Trial R. Kelly PR100vw, 1250px" />R Kelly’s publicist stepped down for what he said are “personal reasons.”

Darrell Johnson, who has acted as the crisis manager for the embattled singer over the last seven months, said he would no longer be working for R. Kelly and was stepping down as of Monday night, according to CBS News. The resignation came hours after Johnson appeared on CBS This Morning, and told co-host Gayle King that he would not leave his daughter around R. Kelly under any circumstances.
The interview began with Johnson speaking to the mental state of the Chicago R&B star who was indicted on multiple federal sex abuse crimes in Illinois and New York, all to which he pled not guilty. Johnson said R. Kelly is being held in solitary confinement and he was worried that the singer may hurt himself.
“Mr. Kelly is a mess right now. He’s afraid, he’s scared, he’s isolated,” Johnson said. He then began to defend R. Kelly against allegations from multiple women over decades at a time and said that he would never call the accusers “liars”, but that they’ll have to bring the evidence to court and prove their case.

“I spent a lot of time with Mr. Kelly and I would still say my eye is trained. I haven’t seen anything that would cause me to be suspicious,” Johnson said before claiming that he’s seen R. Kelly’s two current girlfriends, Azriel Clary and Joycelyn Savage, come and go as they please with no security following them – in an attempt to debunk the allegations that R. Kelly has held women against their will.

Gayle King went on to ask Johnson would he leave his 20-something-year old daughter alone with R. Kelly, to which he quickly and sternly replied, “absolutely not.”

“I wouldn’t leave my daughter with anybody that’s accused of pedophelia,” Johnson said, leaving the CBS anchors to ask again for clarification. Johnson then doubled down on his stance. “I would not leave my daughter with anyone that’s accused of being a pedophile.”

Monday night Johnson told CBS that he was stepping down. “I step down as crisis manager for personal reasons. Mr. Kelly is in good hands with Mr. Greenberg,” Johnson said, referring to Steve Greenberg, the heads of R. Kelly’s legal team in Chicago.

Meanwhile, R. Kelly’s girlfriend Azriel Clary, whose parents have been very vocal about wanting her to leave the singer, took to Instagram to respond to speculation that she was going out and partying, feeling “free” while the singer is locked up. She said she’s always had a cell phone and social media and that she is in love with R. Kelly. “I am happy with R. Kelly so let me live my f*cking life.”

R. Kelly reportedly paid thousands for the return of sex tapes missing from his collection

R. Kelly Denied Bond; Must Remain In Jail Until Trial
Disgraced singer R. Kelly has been denied bond and will now have to remain behind bars until his upcoming trial.

Kelly appeared in court on Tuesday and pleaded not guilty to 13 federal charges from an indictment released in Illinois last week. Kelly is also accused of paying thousands of dollars to recover videotapes of himself having sex with teenage girls.

Despite his attorneys pleading to the judge to allow Kelly out on bond as he has no money to flee the country, Assistant US Attorney Angel Krull argued that Kelly was "an extreme danger to the community, especially to minor girls" as well as a flight risk.

"We thought we'd get him out, but the judge saw it otherwise, and we respect his ruling," Greenberg told reporters after the hearing.

There may be more bad news for Kelly as the young lady who was at the center of the 2008 child pornography trial is reportedly ready to testify against the star in the upcoming trial. The woman, now in her 30s, is cooperating with federal investigators according to her lawyers

Following R. Kelly’s arrest on federal charges of sex trafficking comes word that he paid thousands of dollars to recover videotapes of himself having sex with teenage girls.

Kelly was arrested in Chicago Thursday night and is expected to remain in custody until Tuesday.

As previously reported, the embattled singer is facing two separate federal grand jury indictments in Illinois and New York. The U.S. attorney spokesman Joseph Fitzpatrick has told the Associated Press that the 13-count indictment includes charges of child pornography, enticement of a minor and obstruction of justice.

Kelly is accused of recruiting young women for sex and allegedly convinced folks on his team to conceal his sexual encounters with teens. He reportedly spent hundreds of thousands of dollars buying back several missing explicit videotapes of his alleged victims.

Prosecutors say Kelly videotaped himself having sex with at least four girls under the age of 18 beginning in 1998. Years later, when the R&B hitmaker discovered some of the tapes were missing from his “collection,” he began paying “hundreds of thousands of dollars” to several people to recover them, the indictment says.

The Illinois indictment has charged Kelly with “one count of conspiracy to receive child pornography, two counts of receiving child pornography, four counts of producing child pornography, five counts of enticement of a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity, and one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice,” reports CNN.

The  New York indictment accuses him of sexual exploitation of a child, kidnapping, forced labor and trafficking women and girls from 1999 to the present.

NBC4 New York reported that R. Kelly was picked up by Homeland Security NYPD Investigation agents and NYPD Public Safety Task Force, and is expected to be taken to New York. However, during his brief appearance in a Chicago federal court on Friday, the judge delayed a decision on whether Kelly should be taken to New York to face charges until he is arraigned in Chicago, according to the CNN report.

“R. Kelly’s Enterprise was not only engaged in music; as alleged, for two decades the enterprise at the direction of R. Kelly preyed upon young women and teenagers whose dreams of meeting a superstar, soon turned into a nightmare of rape, child pornography, and forced labor. The musician turned predator allegedly used his stardom to coax some victims into nefarious sex acts while certain members of his enterprise calculatingly facilitated the aberrant conduct,” Homeland Security Special Agent-in-Charge Angel Melendez said in a statement.

R. Kelly has been accused of multiple crimes against women over the past 20 years. He has vehemently denied all present and past allegations of sexual misconduct which has been leveled against him
