These residents on Long Island, New York felt the wrath of the powerful storm after she uprooted their massive oak tree, sending it crashing into a neighbours' garden. Elephant man's rape case postponed

The preliminary enquiry into rape allegations against dancehall artiste Elephant Man was on Monday postponed in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's court.



The enquiry is now set to start on February 11, 2013.



The artiste's $400,000 bail was extended until the February date.
