Did Kanye West die in a car accident?

Shyne will be deported to his country of birth, Belize.

Missinfo reports that Angie Martinez spoke with Shyne and he wanted to share this update….

Shyne’s team is fighting to stay in the US where his mother and his grandmother live and where they raised him….but it seems like he’s going to have to continue the fight from Belize. Michael Jackson's overdose doctor can't pay child support, blames bad publicity.

According to documents filed last week -- objecting to the pending arrest warrant against the Dr. for not paying his support -- Dr. Conrad Murray explains, "As a result of the media coverage of Michael Jackson's death, combined with the deleterious effects of the current recession, [Murray] was simply unable to meet his obligations."

Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik sent to jail.

Kerik will be forced to await his upcoming corruption trial behind bars. Judge Stephen Robinson found probable cause to believe he was in contempt of court and revoked his $500,000 bail.

His lawyers said they did not know if Kerik, who has been New York City's correction commissioner as well as police commissioner, had ever spent a night behind bars.

Los Angeles--A class-action lawsuit has been filed against the parent company of Cash4Gold, claiming the company misrepresented its services and defrauded customers who sent in their gold jewelry in exchange for cash, court documents say.

Charges expected in Colorado balloon case

(CNN) -- Authorities in Colorado say criminal charges are expected to be filed against Richard Heene, a storm-chasing father whose giant Mylar balloon ascended into the sky earlier this week, sparking fears that his 6-year-old was aboard.

Haitian Migrant Beheaded in Dominican Republic

SANTO DOMINGO – An undocumented Haitian immigrant was decapitated in the northwestern Dominican town of Mao, the National Police said Friday.

The victim was identified as Tony Charlys, a 40-year-old farm laborer.
