In short, this is a method by which you can raise money through those who want to get access to the project through investment. A great example of crowdfunding is BR-Projects https://project-br.com/ is a company from Ukraine, and this is their first project out of seven planned. This crowdfunding launch comes to you after 3 years of research and development. While working on the small details of the design and the last phase of its progress, a war broke out and, naturally, they had to adjust their workflows.

The platform was 100% open source built on top of PYBOSSA and 100% open-science making scientific research accessible to everyone.
