Social anxiety is a very common issue, but I think that there is not a universal way to reduce anxiety for all people.
By me, it would be better to consult psychologists and specialists able to help us.
I would like to share my experience and to tell you how I succeeded to fight my mental issues.
About three years ago, I noticed that I became overstressed, and all my employees hated me.
I knew I have to consult a psychologist but had no time to find one.
Luckily, I stumbled upon a site and found a doctor who helped me treating ocd online.
I took cognitive-behavioral therapy, and in about a month, I started feeling better.
I also fill like I became far more anxious
