I went to see George Fraser this evening and in his speech about successful business he addressed the breakdown of the black family. He quoted some frightening statistics 42% of black women NEVER marry, that is almost half! 70% of black children are born to single women....he said more black men are in prison now than were enslaved. I have similar stats in my research and it does indeed affect the black economy. Black families are vital to our community. I agree. I also thin however that for the ten million black children in single mother households, they need encouragement and to know unequivocally that they are OK and they can do as well as our President. It's important they get that message. How? Again I agree, strong morals, ethics and family values, excellent and consistent male and female role models and lots and lots of love. I'm Just Saying, Cathleen
