Yes, you can travel by train everywhere in Germany. Their country is really connected by trains, and it's easy to go to any place. I loved that when I went to Germany because the only thing I had to use was https://www.dbauskunft.com/de/ to know where all the trains were. It was easy to travel by train, and the prices were also good. I think that almost all EU countries are that well connected by trains, and you can go to all the countries from Germany.
