And we're back...with the second installment of the SWEAT Party Wellness campaign. This edition of SWEAT will include a special tribute to the Notorious B.I.G. Since we're taking SWEAT on tour, what better way to pay homage to one of the biggest pioneers of Hip-Hop than making you SWEAT in...BROOKLYN!!!

Come join us on March 12, 2011 at Palace on Nostrand Ave between Park and Sterling Place from 11-3:30am.

Be a SWEAT VIP and join our Wellness hour from 10 -11pm that includes our SWEAT Pack with a "Pre-SWEAT" warm up with our signature SWEAT choreographer Hanna Herbertson, complimentary massages by Healing Hands Mobile Spa, a complimentary cooking class from Caribbean Chef extraordinaire Kim Parris of K.Parris Catering, along with a discount off her upcoming cookbook, our signature SWEAT rag and blood pressure screening.
