He allegedly text messaged one girl asking for naked photographs, and later asked her for oral sex. The girl's sister, 'Victim 2' said she had sex with Sandusky when she was 15 and he was 37, court documents claim, TMZ reports.

According to WJAC, the 41-year-old told the younger girl - 'Victim 1' - not to tell anyone about the message he was sending her, and later asked her to delete them so his 's**t' was not seen by anyone.

The unnamed girl replied, according to the network: 'No, we don’t need to talk and we aren’t going to. You did what you did and I’m not going to give you a chance to try and justify it.

'You literally tried to guilt me into doing it and you even told me specifically what I "needed" to do. You know who does that? Rapists and abusers, not [redacted] who care about their [redacted]. I don’t know how many times I need to tell you no and to stop before you get it.'

The network went on to claim the girl said Sandusky had made sexual comments about her and, 'he is always looking at me in weird ways, starring me up and down'.

The alleged victim's mother reportedly confronted the 41-year-old about the messages, who initially claimed he did not know what he said in them before later admitting that 'he knew it was inappropriate', WJAC reports.

'Victim 2' said she had texted her last March and in previous years in a way that made her upset, according to court documents.

The majority of those messages were redacted.

State Police say Sandusky was dating the child's mother at the time, according to WearecentralPA.com

Jeffrey Sandusky's lawyer didn't immediately return a phone message.

Pennsylvania State Police began investigating him in November after the father of a teenage girl said his daughter had received inappropriate text messages from Sandusky.

The state Corrections Department said Jeffrey Sandusky was suspended without pay Monday from employment as a corrections officer at Rockview State Prison, near State College as a result of the allegations. He had been hired in August 2015.

A TIMELINE OF THE JERRY SANDUSKY AND PENN STATE SCANDAL

1977: Jerry Sandusky creates the The Second Mile at State College - a 'group foster home devoted to helping troubled boys', according to grand jury findings

1993: Tim Curley and Gary Schultz become Penn State's Athletic Director and treasurer and senior vice president respectively.

Penn State athletic director Tim Curley (pictured in November 2016) was charged with failing to report abuse allegations against Sandusky

1994: A boy, who was identified during court proceedings as 'Victim 7' meets Sandusky through the Second Mile program. The boy, who was 26 in 1994, said Sandusky touched him in ways that made him feel uncomfortable - most often during car trips or in the shower after workouts.

1998: An 11-year-old boy, 'Victim 6', returns home from a meeting with Sandusky with wet hair. He tells his mother he showered with the coach, during which Sandusky hugged him a number of times. The boy's mother calls police, and an investigation is launched.

In May, Sandusky is recorded by police having a phone conversation with the boy's mother. He admits to showering with the boy, in addition to others who were not her son.

In June, the coach promises he will no longer shower with young boys during an interview with Detective Ronald Shreffler. The detective says he contacted campus police Thomas Harmon, who headed the Penn State force, to end his investigation.

1999: Sandusky retires from Penn State, but he is given a 'emeritus' label. As a result, he is still allowed access to campus facilities - including the locker-room - and is given an office.

Penn State university vice president Gary Schultz (pictured in November 2016) told a grand jury in 2011 he admitted to meeting with Curley and Paterno about the abuse allegations against Sandusky

Penn State university vice president Gary Schultz (pictured in November 2016) told a grand jury in 2011 he admitted to meeting with Curley and Paterno about the abuse allegations against Sandusky

2000: A janitor, Jim Calhoun, says he witnesses Sandusky engaging in sexual activities with a boy in the assistant coaches' shower. The boy, 'Victim 8' has never been identified.

Ronald Petrosky, another janitor at the school, says he saw Sandusky's car in the parking lot on the night in question but claims staff were fearful of what would happen if they spoke out.

2002: Mike McQueary, who was then a graduate assistant and would go on to become an assistant coach with Penn State, reports seeing Sandusky sexually assaulting a boy in the showers. The boy was said to look like he was 'about 10 years old'. The incident is reported to Joe Paterno - who tells Curley the next day. No report is made to police or child protection agencies.

Two weeks later, Curley tells McQueary that Sandusky has had his locker-room keys taken away and that he no longer has access to the building.

2009: The mother of a boy, identified as 'Victim 1' calls a high school in nearby Clinton County to report her son was abused by Sandusky. The school district board bans Sandusky from its ground and tells police about the claim.

2010: McQueary testifies before a grand jury investigating Sandusky. He tells them what he claims to have seen, and what he told Paterno, Schultz and Curley.

On January 22, 2012 Paterno (pictured in October 2011) - a once legendary coach who was disgraced by the scandal - dies. Months later, Sandusky is found guilty on 45 of 48 charges of sexual abuse

2011: Curley tells the grand jury McQueary only said he witnessed 'inappropriate', not 'sexual' conduct, which he says was described as 'horsing around'.

Schultz admits that he met with Curley and Paterno about the abuse allegations, but says he did not know what happened and believed the boy and Sandusky might have been wrestling when the inappropriate contact took place.

2012: On January 22, Paterno - a once legendary coach who was disgraced by the scandal - dies.

The trial opens on June 11. Just 11 days later on June 22, Sandusky is found guilty on 45 out of 48 counts of sexual abuse.

He is currently pursuing an appeal in county court near Penn State College.

In November, the judge handling that appeal - Judge John Cleland, who was also the trial judge - took himself off the case after Sandusky's lawyers raised objections to Cleland's role in a December 2011 meeting in a hotel the night before Sandusky waived a preliminary hearing.

Cleland's sternly worded order included a footnote saying his review of the 34 issues raised by Sandusky found none of them had merit.

The state court system is working on appointing a new judge, but that decision has not been made.

In November last year the school was fined a record $2.4million for its failures during the Jerry Sandusky sexual abuse case.

Federal officials said the school violated requirements about reporting campus crimes and warning people if their safety was threatened.

The fine was the result of a five-year investigation that began shortly after Sandusky's 2011 arrest raised questions about what administrators had known about the former assistant football coach, now serving decades in prison for child molestation.

The report said Penn State officials disclosed in June that 45 people have claimed they were victims of Sandusky, who was convicted of abusing 10 boys.

The US Department of Education concluded that Penn State largely ignored many of its duties under the 1990 Clery Act.

The Education Department found the school violated regulations when it didn't warn students and employees of the forthcoming charges against Sandusky, who was convicted in 2012 and is due in court Friday as he seeks to have the conviction thrown out or get a new trial.

'In short, a man who was about to be charged with violent crimes against defenseless minors was free to roam the Penn State campus, as he pleased,' the report said.

  • Matthew Sandusky will speak out tonight in his first TV interview since Jerry Sandusky was convicted and sentenced to 30-60 years in 2012
  • Matthew, who started staying with the family after meeting Sandusky at his summer camp for underprivileged children, was abused from age 8
  • In a preview clip for the interview, he explains that the Sandusky home was a happy place to be - until bedtime

Jerry Sandusky's adopted son has opened up to Oprah Winfrey about his convicted pedophile father's bedtime 'ritual'.

Matthew Sandusky, one of the six children adopted by the Penn State coach and his wife, previously revealed he was sexually abused by his father for seven years, starting when he was just eight.

In an exclusive interview with Oprah, which will air in full on OWN at 9pm on Thursday night, he revealed that the Sandusky home was a very happy place to be - until that bedtime ritual.

'The overnight visits were... they were good,' Matthew said in a preview clip for the interview. 'I mean, except for that one part: bedtime. Bedtime was the bad part.'

He explained: 'Any other time that we were in the home with the family, it was fine. You'd look at that family and you would say, "Wow. I wish that I had brothers and sisters that cared about me. I wish that I had a mother who cooked dinner every night for the whole family. I wish that I had all of these things.

'But then at bedtime, his ritual began.'

The interview will be his first television since his father was convicted in 2012.

Ahead of its airing, OWN explained that Matthew would be sharing 'a deeply personal account of the grooming, methodical control and manipulation he faced as a child'.

It adds that Matthew will respond 'to the accusations his adoptive mother, Dottie Sandusky, made on national television accusing him of lying and stealing from the family'.

Sandusky, who retired in June 30, 1999 as Penn State's defensive coordinator, was convicted in 2012 of molesting 10 boys over 15 years, some in the football team's showers on campus.

The 70-year-old is now serving a 30- to 60-year state prison sentence.

Matthew had met Sandusky when he attended his charity summer camp for underprivileged children and he often stayed the night with the family. He began living with the family full-time when he was 16.

He had been expected to be a defense witness for his father until the trial, when he told investigators that he also had been abused.

His story first became public when a secret tape of a 29-minute interview he did with police during the middle of his father's trial was leaked to NBC.

In the tape, Matt said his father would enter his bedroom at night and 'blow raspberries' on his stomach, then move his hand down his body, rubbing up against his genitals.

He said he would sometimes cower 'in a fetal position' in his bed trying to avoid his father.

In total, he said he suffered seven years of molestation, between the ages of eight and 15, at the hands of his adoptive father. He initially denied there had been any abuse before speaking out.

In an interview for a documentary at the Sundance Film Festival in January, he said that he felt 'betrayed' by the entire Sandusky family after he took the decision to speak out against his father.

But he said that he refused to be a 'coward' and risked everything to turn against those who had adopted him from a deprived upbringing and brought him up in an affluent household.

Last year he reached a settlement with Penn State and petitioned to legally change his name, and that of his wife and four children.

The interview comes a few weeks after Pennsylvania's attorney general released a review of the prosecution but found no evidence of political interference by then Governor Tom Corbett.

The report, however, did reveal three years of 'inexplicable delays' to prosecute the former Penn State football coach on child abuse charges.

The pedophile's home was not searched and the report notes that it took a full year, from March 2009 until March 2010, for the office to recommend charging Sandusky when 'Victim 1' came forward.

It took more 18 months before Sandusky was arrested because the prosecutor's supervisors believed the testimony of one victim would be 'insufficient against a community icon like Sandusky'.

It's probable that he may have been victimized as a child given his father's proclivities for young boys. Unfortunately this sexual abuse of a child can then turn the child into a predator themselves. Its a evil, wicked thing that perpetuates itself. Watch your kids around other kids for real!

These folks can’t hide from their nature…one politician said a few weeks ago he use to f*** farm animals when he was a younger man, and the stupid media never pick up the story of his admittance. Can you imagine if the president had said that!

Cosign@ evolution! We are all afraid for our children outside the home but some of us sleep with the 'BOOGEYMAN'!
The wife is in denial about her monster husband. The son coming forward took a lot of courage to tell the world what happened to him.
@keeta lee you're right people who commit these crimes are often 'trusted members of the community' and they count on the silence of their victims.
God bless the son and I hope he continues to heal.

If it was a black man in Sandusky’s position his wife would have been arrested as an accessory to the crime he committed since them living under the same roof. A woman knows things about her husband and, she claiming not knowing he was raping kids in their home is a lie.

There is an old saying "The wash will always come out the rinse". Men like him present a face for the public of being an all round good man and pillar of the community, which makes them feel invincible. This is a wake up call for those out there committing sexual crimes that you will get caught one way or another. One of their victims will get courage to say something. There has even been incidences where the victim became the predictor, got caught and told how and who was the cause of his crimes.
