Congresswoman: Eric Holder Was Paid By LAPD To Kill Nipsey

Man Who Got Shot With Nipsey Hussle Finally SPEAKS {VIDEO}

Congresswoman: Eric Holder Was Paid By LAPD To Kill Nipsey!!
Former Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney is making startling claims, about the possibility that rapper/activist Nipsey Hussle's killing - may have been ordered by the FBI.

Congresswoman McKinneyy shared a conspiracy theory with the followers - that suggested Nipsey Hussle's killer was paid by the LAPD to carry out the murder. She also pointed to the secret government program known as COINTELPRO {counter intelligence program}, which was proven to target activists during the civil rights movement.

And the former Congresswoman came with receipts. She linked to an article that sourced an unconfirmed Instagram post claiming that the suspect was ready to come forward with new information about his motivations.

“Eric Holder, the man accused of murdering beloved rapper Nipsey Hussle plead not guilty. However, according to our sources, he plans to confess to the murder and give details about why he did it. Holder is claiming that “the government” hired him to gun down Nipsey in front of his store and promised he would not be caught and a check for $75,000. Well, Holder is not pleased with how his deal went down,” the post read.

Congresswoman McKinneyy has served in Congress for six terms. She also ran for president with Rosa Clemente, a Hip-Hop activist and scholar. Welp, she got people's attention today as she brought up COINTELPRO in the Nipsey Hussle case, saying basically "anything is possible."

The post was not verified. But if true, this would explain why Eric Holder was so casual about the shooting and didn’t seem very concerned with getting away.

Victim shot with Nipsey Hussle arrested because of slain rapper’s gang tiesMan Who Got Shot With Nipsey Hussle Finally SPEAKS!!Kerry Lathan, the man who was shot alongside Nipsey Hussle, is now speaking out.

Kerry is currently in prison. Police violated his parole, because they claim he was hanging out with Nipsey Hussle - a known "gang member."

Kerry claims that he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, and that he should be free.

The former gang member was released from prison (on parole) seven months ago, and had been living the life of a regular civilian.

On the day of Nipsey's death, Kerry walked into Nipsey's Marathon store to buy a shirt. When he went outside, that's when Eric Holder started firing shots indiscriminately.

According to TMZ, Hussle — an admitted member of the Rollin 60’s Crips — was helping Lathan get some new clothes on the day he was killed following the ex-con’s release from prison. The two of them were at the rapper’s Marathon Clothing store when the shooting occurred.

Eric reportedly shot both Kerry and Nipsey. Kerry survived the gunfire attack. Unfortunately Nipsey did not. Lathan was shot in the back.

As a result of being shot, Kerry says he is now in a wheelchair and may never walk again. After being treated for his injury at a hospital, the 56-year-old man was brought into custody. He's currently being held at a jail in downtown Los Angeles,

Here's the video of him talking:

A victim who was with Nipsey Hussle when the West Coast rapper was gunned down in front of his clothing store has been arrested on a suspected parole violation for reportedly associating with Nipsey.
Kerry Lathan, 56, who was shot in the back during the incident in front of Nipsey’s Marathon Clothing store, was treated and released from a hospital following the incident, according to TMZ. Lathan is confined to a wheelchair as a result of his injuries and is unable to walk, the entertainment news outlet reported.

Police charged Eric Holder with Nipsey’s murder and for two counts of attempted murder. Apparently, the rapper was giving Lathan, who was newly released from prison, some clothes to wear.

But Holder and Nipsey had a dispute when Holder left to retrieve a handgun, reports said. He returned and fired several rounds at the men, even shootingNipsey at close range before fleeing the scene in a white Chevy Cruze that was driven by an unidentified woman.

By most accounts, Lathan was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. On Friday, he was also booked by police on a suspected parole violation for associating with a known gang member—Nipsey, a longtime member of the Rollin 60’s Crips, according to TMZ.

Lathan was taken to Men’s Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles, awaiting a decision by authorities on whether to revoke his bail, TMZ reported.

For all of his accolades for being a community activist and trying to steer people in his neighborhood in a positive direction, Nipsey also never disavowed his ties with the Rollin 60’s Crips, police said. Lathan, who was out on parole after he served 20 years for murder at the time of the incident was at the store with Nipsey on March 31.

Nipsey, whose birth name was Ermias Joseph Asghedom, was memorialized this week in an emotional and memorable service that was attended by celebrities, athletes, friends, and family

Nipsey Hussle's murder sparks Los Angeles gangs peace rally in the slain rapper's

  • Gangs from all over the city of Los Angeles came together in a peaceful vigil for the slain Nipsey Hussle after leaders worked on a general truce this week
  • Gang members met in the Crenshaw neighborhood of Los Angeles and marched to The Marathon Clothing store where the rapper was gunned down
  • The Rollin' 60s Neighborhood Crips, the crew that Hussle used to run with as a teen and his shooter, Eric Holder, is allegedly affiliated with now, also attended
  • The unity rally was unlike anything seen between Los Angeles street gangs since 1992 and organizers look to build on the vigil to build a lasting peace
  • Hussle was shot in a likely personal dispute allegedly by Eric Holder, 29, who appeared in court this week after being arrested for the murder on Wednesday

The violence of rapper Nipsey Hussle's death inspired an outbreak of peace as gangs from all over the city of Los Angeles declared a truce as they gathered together to pay tribute to the slain star.

According to TMZ, the Friday afternoon march was organized by leaders from gangs in Watts, Compton, L.A. and Inglewood who discussed a cease-fire on Thursday.

The rally began in at a grocery store in the Crenshaw neighborhood and moved toward Hussle's The Marathon Clothing store where he was shot on Sunday and a makeshift memorial has been left by mourners.

Among those street gangs represented was the Rollin' 60s Neighborhood Crips, the crew that Hussle used to run with as a teen and his shooter, Eric Holder, is allegedly affiliated with now.

Grammy-nominated rap star Nipsey Hussle was gunned down on Sunday outside of a clothing store he owned in Los Angeles prompting a gathering of street gangs in Los Angeles to march peacefully in tribute to him

In a video posted to Instagram by Los Angeles radio personality Big Boy,  the silent marchers in all of their various colors walked down West Slauson Avenue arriving at the site of Nipsey's store.

Prior to the march, community organizer BigU1 posted to social media requesting gangs 'please come with the right heart' and that each gang would be responsible for their own members.

'The overall goal is to establish a structure that can go on further,' BigU1 said regarding plans following the rally. 'We have this, but then we want to start having satellite sitdowns with different gangs.'

The memorial vigil that was restricted to members of Los Angeles gangs showed a general peace unlike anything seen since 1992 when the Watts Truce between rival gangs began a trend of deescalating violence for the next three decades, according to TMZ.

However, the shooting of Nipsey Hussle, considered to be a personal dispute rather than gang-related, still prompted the leaders of the Bloods, Crips and others to organize the truce over the week.

'This was tragic in the fact that they're calling it gang-related when it's kinda more hate, more hate-related, than gang-related,' the community organizer said.

Hussle, whose real name was Ermias Asghedom, was shot multiple times on March 31 outside his Marathon Clothing store.

Two other people, the friend he was helping get clothes after getting out of prison and the friend's nephew, were also wounded in the shooting.

  • It remains unclear what their dispute was but Nipsey was shot multiple times

The murder has angered Crenshaw residents where Nipsey grew up and luckily for Holder cops got to him before angry residents found him. Hussle was a symbol of hope in his community and not only did his rap and preach about positivity, but he also invested his own money to provide employment in the community.

Law enforcement officials say Eric Holder is a known gang banger but made it clear that the shooting was not gang-related. The Surveillance video, which surfaced online earlier this week, shows a man walking up to Hussle and a group of men outside the business establishment and started shooting. The two men reportedly had a personal dispute just moments before the shooting.

The man accused of shooting dead Nispey Hussle has pleaded not guilty to murder and has had his bail set at $5 million as it is revealed he is being represented by an O.J. Simpson prosecutor.

Eric Holder Jr, 29, appeared in a Los Angeles Court dressed in his blue prison uniform on Thursday alongside his defense attorney Chris Darden, who gained nationwide fame as part of the prosecution team at O.J. Simpson's 1995 murder trial.

Holder was arrested on Wednesday over the murder of the rapper outside his LA clothing store three days earlier. He has been reportedly held in solitary confinement in prison.

Darden told the judge his client was pleading not guilty to charges of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.

The judge set the bail at $5 million at the request of the District Attorney, a drop from the original $7 million set by LAPD.

Eric Holder, left, has been charged with murdering rapper Nipsey Hussle and attempting to murder two of his associates

Rebuffing Darden's request to ban media filming of the proceedings, Deputy District Attorney John McKinney told the judge that 'identification won't be an issue in the case based on the information we have', suggesting CCTV footage of the shooting may play a role in the DA's case.

Authorities say Holder and Hussle, who knew each other, has several conversations Sunday outside the rapper's South LA clothing store.

They say Holder eventually returned with a handgun and shot Hussle, who was declared dead at a hospital. He also wounded two other men.

If convicted, Holder faces life in prison

Holder, whose nickname is 'Sh***y Cuz', is accused of arguing with Hussle then walking away and returning with a handgun to shoot him and two associates. The two other men survived but the rapper was pronounced dead at the hospital.

He had gone to his store, Marathon Clothing, to help an ex-con friend by giving him new clothes and had not told his security about his plans, according to sources close to him.

The brutal killing was caught on surveillance camera footage which helped police identify Holder.

It showed the killer approach Hussle and his associates in the parking lot, fire several shots then flee, leaving Hussle writhing around on the ground.

He then got into a Chevy Cruze which was waiting nearby.

Holder, 29, has not yet entered a plea

On Tuesday, its driver told police that she did not know what had just happened when he got back into the vehicle despite being yards away from the killing.

She was released without charge.

'Sometimes you have to give a little to get a lot,' a law enforcement source said when asked why police let her go.

As the hunt for Holder intensified on Monday, it was claimed online that he had been 'green lit' by the Crips, the gang to which he belonged and allegedly 'snitched' on, to be killed.

LAPD Chief Michael Moore urged him to turn himself in to the authorities on Tuesday, hours before he was caught.

Holder's first court appearance is scheduled for Thursday afternoon in Downtown LA, with Deputy District Attorney John McKinney of the Major Crimes Division prosecuting the case.

The LAPD has arrested the Nipsey Hussle murder suspect after an intense manhunt.

Eric Holder, 29, was taken into custody on Tuesday afternoon in Bellflower, around 20 miles from where he allegedly killed Hussle on Sunday.

He was arrested at around 1.30pm but no further details have been released.

It came after his alleged getaway driver, a woman who is yet to be named, spoke out to say she had no idea he had just shot Hussle when he came running back to their car on Sunday.

The woman has not been named publicly but told TMZ she was with Eric Holder, aka 'S****y cuz', on Sunday when he shot the rapper outside his clothing store in south Los Angeles.

She says Holder, who was arrested at 1.30pm on Tuesday, did not tell her what he was planning when he got out his vehicle and approached Hussle to shoot him then returned.

She claims he said nothing when he got back in her vehicle and that she is in no way an accomplice.

Police sources say he and the rapper were known to one another and that it was a gang-related killing but they have not revealed further details or suggested a motive but they say it was 'personal' and had not been ordered by gang leaders.

Eric Holder, aka 'S****y cuz', was arrested on Tuesday at 1.30pm in Bellflower, 20 miles from where he allegedly killed Nipsey Hussle on Sunday. The rapper is shown, right, on Saturday at a basketball game

He is accused of approaching Hussle in the parking lot outside his store and arguing with him and two other men then walking away and returning with a handgun.

He opened fire, shooting all three of them, then fled in a waiting car that was being driven by an unidentified woman. The brutal killing was caught on surveillance camera footage.

Now, it is being claimed online that he has been 'green lit' by the Crips, the gang to which he belonged and allegedly 'snitched' on, to be killed.

Hussle was a hero in southern L.A. where he was trying to legitimize gang members by developing the area and eradicating violence.

He was a former Rollin' 60s member but was eager to work with the LAPD to stamp out gang wars peacefully and maintained strong relationships with the community.

LAPD Chief Michael Moore urged him to turn himself in to the authorities on Tuesday, hours before he was caught.

'To Mr. Holder, who I am confident is watching this and listening to these media accounts, I ask him to surrender.

'Find a local law enforcement agency, go to a station and surrender. Stop this. Stop this from continuing,' he said.

He added that he posed a 'substantial risk' to the public.

LAPD Chief Michael Moore made an appeal for the suspect to hand himself in but also gave an emotional tribute to Hussle. Commissioner Steve Sobroff (left) was emotional during the press conference. He was meant to meet with Hussle on Monday to discuss ways to end gang violence

On Monday night, chaos broke out outside Marathon Clothing, the store which he owned and where he was killed, as hundreds of people who had gathered to pay their respects started running from the scene without explanation.

The stampede injured 19 people but it remains unclear what sparked the panic.

The crowds left balloons, candles and cards for the rapper in the exact spot where he was shot multiple times at close range on Sunday.

Police are also hunting a female getaway driver who is said to have sped off with Holder after he allegedly fired the fatal shots.

Two other men who were with Hussle were also shot but they survived with injuries.

Hussle's death has rocked the music and entertainment industry.

His long-term girlfriend, actress Lauren London, is yet to comment on his death.

The LAPD commissioner Steve Soboroff said he was 'very sad' about the news when it emerged on Monday.

On Tuesday, he and others gave a heartfelt tribute to the rapper as they pleaded for his killer to hand himself in.

Soboroff fought back tears as he read aloud an email that Hussle sent him on February 26 about working together. It read: 'Our goal is to work with the department to help improve communication, relationships, and work towards changing the culture and dialogue between the LAPD and the inner city.

The day before he was murdered in cold blood outside his clothing store, the rapper was seen smiling, posing and greeting people at a March Madness basketball game.

The 33-year-old attended the West Regional NCAA March Madness basketball elite 8 game between Texas Tech and Gonzaga in Anaheim, California, on Saturday.

Some believe he was killed because he had been buying up property in south Los Angeles an effort to legitimize himself and the area.

Last year, he opened a co-working space and STEM center aimed at bridging the gap between urban communities and Silicon Valley.

Others believe his death is linked to a documentary he was working on about a herbalist who claimed to have cured AIDS.

The LAPD has not yet suggested a motive for his killing but a source close to the investigation told The Los Angeles Times they believe his killer belonged to a gang.

Nipsey was shot multiple times and was pronounced dead after being rushed to hospital. The two other men were in stable conditions. Eyewitnesses saw a man fleeing in a vehicle after the shooting.

Moments before the gunfire, he had tweeted: 'Having strong enemies is a blessing.'

What if every gangs come together like they did for Nipsey on April 11, what if they follow his footsteps and do the same thing, what if they do like the Black Panther Party? Provide for their people the community would not have to rely on black people, they would not need no hand outs, they would build their own empire, write their own checks, make their own rules like the jews they would barely need the government, if the black community did not have any crimes what would those white cops do? They would be without jobs, they are nothing without the black community, this is why i strongly believe in the difference between blacks and niggers, you are weak when you destroy your own, you hold no power, thats why the community is so far behind, every one else are making money but blacks, the people who owns businesses in the community dont live in the community. Hate dont win, so when you hate your self you will destroy your self, your enemies will just clean up the mess and benefit from it, just like white people are doing now every time theae negros kill each other

Gangs will hold a truce for now, then the killing will continue, will it not? the system will never allow peace in a Black community, they make billions from the crime, just like when crack hit the streets, AmeriKKKa survives off human misery and an underclass of Black people, uneducated, no family structure, gangsta rap should have been long outlawed and rated X, but look who the fools make rich, Dre from NWA is one of the most richest men, along with Jay Z, and many other celebs, you will never see them come together to build anything, why? because the Russian Mob and the Satanist owns them, they are modern day slaves.

Black people can have all the community in the world, if you don't have a culture, a moral code, and all the codes that come with a culture, all you will have is masses of people who live in chaos and confusion to be exploited by outsiders who have a culture and a code to live by. Gangs and dope dealers have always been the destruction of the once was Black community, the only people who take a crap where they live and sleep, even a dog won't crap where he eats. I never even heard of this man till he died, always stuck on real music from the 70's which has art and culture, music for dance and love with a message. Black gangs are for punks.

El-Bull lol you are crazy but on a serious note thats why i have most respect for you, from day one i have been following your post amd never said nothing until i felt it was the right time to interact with you, and you told me how much you put your self on the line to put peoole together and they are not trying to hear your positivity which should open your eyes they make more money keeping the people in poverty and even i vaitalize of it with my business, i dont live in NY and my business is well in NY, but brother we have to back up who ever doing good for the hood at least we can get something out of it, if you ask me the people are atruggling and thwre is no hood look at the community now its all mix cause every body are taking over, its sad if i snap a picture and show you what my residence looks like youll like okay i see why you sound like that, but those who refuse to see life my way cant live like me, i used to feel the way you feel but i realise it shall be written so it shall be done, its bigger than you and i

mr1stroke I'll put it to you this way: I've tried to get the big boys to come together, form a non-profit corporation of sorts to invest in the community, buy, up blocks/homes, build homes and purchase land open stores etc and rebuild our communities. They listen out of respect of who I am but none take the initiative. All they are interested in is short term gains of clothes, sneakers, cars and women...I've showed them plans on the appearance of being and looking legit, told them how to funnel and clean the money etc yet they continue to go on the short term and still kill each other because like crabs in a barrel they continue to pull each other down instead of thinking on the long term. I would have more respect for them if they did those things but hey, I guess wisdom comes with age, right---matter of fact if they listened to me, they would own the corner stores, restaurants, nail salons etc instead of going to funerals----and please leave Obama out of this---he's a piece of s***, to hell with him as he sold us out and has no credibility with me..
