Nick Gordon makes court appearance after domestic violence arrest Nick Gordon's girl: I feared I'd be next Bobbi Kristina

The woman left battered and bruised this weekend at the hands of 'psychotic' Nick Gordon says it's a miracle she didn't end up dead - like his late fiancée Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Gordon faces charges of domestic violence battery and false imprisonment for allegedly trapping new flame Laura Leal inside his mother's Sanford, Florida home and savagely beating her.

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Leal, 26, has revealed how Gordon pinned her to the bed during the hours-long attack and punched her head so hard she wondered if she was dead.

Leal says she fought back, however, when her 'survival instinct' kicked in, smashing Gordon's nose with a heavy candle before bursting into his sleeping mother's bedroom to beg for protection.

Gordon became notorious for dating Bobbi Kristina, Whitney Houston's daughter, who died in 2015 after she spent six months in a coma having been found unconscious in a bathtub with a slew of drugs in her system.

Beaten: Laura Leal, 26, has told DailyMail.com of her ordeal at the hands of Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina Houston's ex-fiance. 'That could have been me,' she said.

Her controlling ex-fiancé never faced criminal charges but was held legally responsible, by default judgment, for her wrongful death in a civil case.

Leal is convinced she would have suffered a similar fate if Michelle Gordon had not woken up to face down her raging son, who was still in jail early Monday morning after failing to post $15,500 bail.

'I've been reading the reports about Bobbi Kristina and I'm physically shaking,' she told DailyMail.com.

'I read about her being isolated, her family not knowing where she was, the manipulation, the bullying - it's the exact same thing.

'That could have been me. Only the Grace of God saved me.'

Leal told DailyMail.com she dismissed those same reports as 'negative nonsense' when she met charismatic Gordon, 28, in a bar three months ago and the pair began dating.

The trusting restaurant worker says she soon fell in love and dreamed of marrying and having kids with her handsome new beau, who claimed to have kicked drugs after a stint in rehab.

'In all sincerity we never talked about Bobbi Kristina. I was protective of his feelings and what he had been through,' she told DailyMail.com.

'I felt like I could trust him. He has a love for kids and I do too, and that's what captured me. Everything was going great.'

As the weeks went by, however, Gordon slowly seized control of Leal's life, subjecting her to frequent jealous outbursts, shutting out her family and destroying her phone.

She says their relationship became 'toxic' with Gordon drinking heavily every day, smoking marijuana and falsely accusing her of trying to sleep with male friends.

The pair started to physically fight, with 6ft 1in Gordon subjecting his 5ft 2in lover to pushing, punching and, on one occasion, choking her to the point that she threw up.

In another violent episode she says he slammed her face into the passenger window of his BMW before attending a friend's party as if nothing had happened.

Just two weeks ago Leal says she locked herself in a bathroom so she could call for help only for Gordon to pry the lock open with a knife before grabbing and smashing her iPhone.

'It started with a push and a slap, it would happen at least once a week,' recalled Leal of Daytona Beach, Florida.

'I would have to put makeup on my bruises to cover them up, especially on my face.

'But I blamed myself. I thought it was my problem and that I had to work harder at the relationship to make it work.

'I thought he loved me but how can you love someone when you put them through this hell? It's like a double personality in one person. He's psychotic.

'I didn't ever see him take heroin or crack but now I'm wondering if he was doing that behind my back.'

The latest clash began Friday night when Leal and Gordon were drinking with friends and watching Game 4 of the NBA finals at Duffy's Sports Bar in Lake Mary, Florida.

Gordon headed to his car to fetch a phone charger but didn't return for an hour, sparking yet another heated argument when they got home.

According to a police report it soon 'became physical and lasted through the night' as Gordon repeatedly accused Leal of cheating.

'Who knows where he went or what he went to buy when he left the bar,' she said.

'But it was like a switch had been flicked. He wanted me to admit that I was involved with his friend but I wasn't going to admit to something that wasn't true.

'He literally sat on top of me on the bed punching my head with his big ass body on top of me. I was punched so hard that I was seeing colors and a bright flashing light.

'I thought I was going to go blind and wondered whether I was ever going to be able to see again. I thought to myself, am I dying?

'My head was swollen my neck hurt so bad. He grabbed me by my hair. He would wrestle me one minute then try to hug me. We were going through this for six hours.

'People will ask why I didn't just run out of the house but I could not leave. He was never going to let me just walk out of there and go into 7-eleven to get help.

'I would never have made it. He was capable of anything.'

Leal's ordeal reached a brutal climax around 7am Saturday when she tried to use Gordon's laptop to send a Facebook SOS to her family.

Her sister Carla ordered her an Uber but by then Gordon had seen the messages, snatched the device away and blocked her escape.

In a final desperate attempt to flee Leal says she picked up a large decorative candle and hurled it at Gordon's face, shattering his nose and causing it to stream blood.

'I didn't mean to break his nose but it was a survival instinct,' she said. 'He looked at me with such hate that I will never forget it.

'He raised his fist like he was about to knock me out so I opened the door and ran into his mom's room.

'She hopped out of bed, I said ''Michelle I need to get home'' and she said she would take me. She is a great woman. She saved my life. 'Nick threw my stuff all over the sidewalk but it ended right there.'

After being dropped at her sister's place, Leal says her horrified family members demanded that she go to the police to report the attack.

When she arrived at the Stanford Police Department she says officers took one look at her bruises and swollen head and said she needed to go to the hospital.

DailyMail.com can reveal that cops found Gordon relaxing in the pool at his mother's gated community when they arrived to arrest him later that day.

Gordon appeared in court on Sunday morning where his bail was set at $15,000 for the kidnapping charge and an additional $500 for the battery charge.

He was yet to post bond on Monday and will only be released on the condition that he wears an ankle monitor.

Saturday's arrest is the latest troubling episode in the life of Gordon who shot to infamy after the July 2017 death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of Whitney Houston and the rapper Bobby Brown.

Gordon found the aspiring singer's body submerged in a bathtub at the Alpharetta, Georgia home they shared and she fell into a coma that the 22-year-old would never wake from.

Three years earlier, Houston had also drowned in a bathtub in a Beverly Hills hotel, with cocaine abuse and heart disease contributing to her February 2012 death. Bobby Kristina's autopsy similarly listed drug intoxication and the immersion of her face in the water as factors.

Gordon, who was taken in by Houston at the age of 12 when his mother said she could not cope with him, has never faced criminal charges and claims he tried his best to save the girl he considered his 'Li'l Sis' before their relationship became romantic.

However he was sued by Brown's estate last year, accused of causing her wrongful death by giving her a 'toxic mixture' and also stealing from her bank account while she was comatose.

When neither he, nor his lawyer, showed up at a hearing last November, a Fulton County Superior Court judge ruled against him by default and ordered him pay $36 million in damages.

Leal says she has no desire to see Gordon spend years behind bars but she can't sit idly by and see another woman suffer at his hands.

'Honestly I do still care about him,' she said of Gordon. 'This is hell compared to what I wanted us to be. I feel like he's gone through enough. He's in jail now and he doesn't know when he going to get out.

'But I can't let anyone else get hurt. I just pray that he finally gets the help he needs because without professional help he'll never get out of this.'

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s ex Nick Gordon arrested on domestic battery charge {VIDEO} Nick Gordon makes court appearance after domestic violence arrest entertainment 1x1.trans

On Sunday, Nick Gordon made his first court appearance after he was arrested on Saturday for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.
Gordon, who was held legally responsible for the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and kidnapping after allegedly beating his girlfriend so badly that she had to go to the hospital on Friday.
According to TMZ, Gordon’s girlfriend claimed that Gordon had become enraged when he thought that she had been trying to hook up with one of his friends at a sports bar. When she came home from the bar, he started “punching and hitting her and refused to let her leave.”
During the hearing on Sunday, Gordon was ordered to wear a GPS device and told to stay away from the victim. That includes not going back to what Gordon is claiming is his home. Although Gordon insisted that he is the one who lives at the house where the alleged assault took place, not his girlfriend, the judge said that would be determined later and told him not to return there.
His bond was set at $500 for domestic violence and another $15,000 for the kidnapping charge. Gordon reportedly has not posted bond yet because he does not have the funds on hand to do so.

Judge rules Nick Gordon ‘legally responsible’ for Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death {VIDEO}

Nick Gordon was ordered to pay $36 million to Bobbi Kristina Brown estate in a default judgement against him in a wrongful death lawsuit.

Bobby Brown told a judge that his late daughter’s boyfriend helped take her life and she had unlimited earning potential prior to her untimely death, TMZ reported.

Seems the judge agree and subsequently placed a high dollar value on that earning potential to the tune of $36 million. This comes just a few weeks after a default judgement in the case due to Nick Gordon’s constant no show in court.

The breakdown of the judgement includes a $1.5 million for stealing funds/assets, $250,000 punitive damages, $1.3 million for assault and battery/medical damages, $4.2 million because Nick Gordon was on drugs and alcohol, $13 million for pain and suffering, and $15 million for loss of life.

Kristina’s Estate initially filed a lawsuit for $40 million, but the judge ruling is just $4 million shy of that figure. The ruling came on Thursday following a lengthy and emotional testimony from members of her family which includes her father Bobby Brown.

A judge in Atlanta on Friday ruled against Bobbi Kristina Brown’s partner, Nick Gordon, in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by her estate.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford signed an order saying Gordon repeatedly failed to meet court deadlines in the case and, therefore, the conservator of her estate wins by default. The judge’s order says a jury trial will be set to determine how much Gordon will be required to pay in damages.

Brown, the daughter of singers Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was found face-down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her suburban Atlanta townhome Jan. 31, 2015, and died in hospice care July 26, 2015.

A medical examiner’s report released in March said an autopsy showed that Bobbi Kristina Brown had morphine, cocaine, alcohol and prescription drugs in her body. The report said the medical examiner’s office couldn’t figure out if it was a suicide, a homicide or accidental, so it classified the manner of death as “undetermined.”

No lawyer was listed for Gordon in online court records. Josey Crews, a spokesman for attorneys Joe Habachy and Jose Baez, said they continue to represent Gordon for any criminal allegations against him but that they had nothing to do with the civil case.

No criminal charges have been filed against Gordon. Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard was investigating the case, but Howard spokesman Dontaye Carter did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment on the investigation Friday.

Guilt: 'I blame myself for not getting to Krissy quick enough that day,' Nick Gordon, 26, tells Daily Mail Online in an emotional interview

Strikingly he has claimed that Bobbi Kristina almost drowned in a bathtub once before – falling into a drunken sleep only to be rescued by her mother.

According to Gordon it happened the night before Whitney died in the very same way.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Online Gordon, 26, says: 'I blame myself for not getting to Krissy quick enough that day.

'I can't blame myself for another addict's addiction but I feel like I failed her. She didn't make it. I wish she got help.

'I wish she got my spot [in rehab]. I did not protect her the way that I was supposed to – even if it was from herself.'

Gordon, who went into rehab following an intervention by Dr. Phil McGraw last year, return to the show in his first TV interview since his rehab on Thursday and Friday.

Bobbi Kristina, known as Krissy, was 22 years old when she was declared dead on July 26, 2015, six months after being placed in a medically induced coma. She had 'global and irreversible' brain damage.

Gordon's actions in the early hours of that January morning have been the subject of intense scrutiny, suspicion and allegation ever since.

Bobbi Kristina's autopsy listed cause of death as 'undetermined,' but Gordon is still facing a civil suit brought by Bedelia Hargreaves, Bobbi Kristina's conservator.

It alleges he stole from Bobbi Kristina, violently abused her and, on the night in question, 'injected her with a toxic cocktail' of drugs before placing her in the tub.

In her deposition as part of that suit, house guest Daniella Bradley described a vicious argument between Gordon and Bobbi Kristina during which he punched and kicked her to the ground before dragging her upstairs by her hair.

Bradley claimed that he then came into her room, lay on the bottom of her bed and said; 'Now I want a little white girl like you.'

Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby Brown, has openly stated, 'We believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon.'

Today Gordon vehemently denies any wrongdoing, dismissed the civil suit as 'bull***t' and given his own account of what happened.

Close knit: Gordon moved in with Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina when he was 17 years old and had a close relationship with the two. He reveals his relationship with Bobbi Kristina went further after Whitney's death in 2012

He says: 'I went out with a couple of buddies of mine earlier that day and we were out having a good time. Krissy thought I was with some other females and that's when she got upset. She called and said I had to come home.'

Gordon claimed it was around four in the morning when he finally did and that when he arrived back home Bobbi Kristina was already clearly 'messed up.'

He adds: 'I saw a couple of bottles of wine. I thought she had just been drinking, maybe smoked a little. She was upset, we got into a little argument and then we made up and went upstairs and lay on the bed for about 45 minutes and did what adults do.'

He conceded that Bradley's version was 'half true,' admitting that he then went and lay on the bottom of her bed but that he never said anything about 'wanting a little white girl'.

He [friend Max] knocked on the door and didn't hear a call from Krissy. He knocked on the bathroom and still didn't hear a call from Krissy and that's when he found her in the bathtub. Then he calls my name.

'I don't know why she said that,' he says. 'She's said a lot of things that aren't true.'

Instead, he reveals: 'I went downstairs to go and play PS4 real quick and she [Bobbi Kristina] got up and was doing her own thing. She was getting up and getting dressed.'

There were four people in the house at that point – Bobbi Kristina, Gordon, Bradley and friend Max Lomas.

Gordon's timeline is hazy but, at around 10am, he explains: 'The Xfinity [cable] guy came and had to do a bunch of stuff in the house and I had my friend Max walk round with him because he had to change all the boxes and I wanted to make sure he's not stealing anything or taking pictures.

'So he [Max] walked him into my room to show him the box in there.

'He knocked on the door and didn't hear a call from Krissy. He knocked on the bathroom and still didn't hear a call from Krissy and that's when he found her in the bathtub. Then he calls my name.'

Pausing Gordon apologizes: 'I'm sorry this is hard. I knew instantly something was wrong. You know there's a tone; you can hear it in someone's voice.

'I ran to my room and then I saw my girl on the floor. It was so traumatizing. I dropped to my knees and kept giving her chest compressions and blowing into her mouth.'

There was a moment of relief, he tells, when Bobbi Kristina spat up some water. 'I thought she was going to come round but that never happened.'

Never official: Despite wearing wedding rings, Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina were never legally married. But Gordon tells, 'We nearly got married one time. We went to the courthouse but the line was too long and we had a family reunion to get to in Florida. I said, "Baby we got to hit the road." I wish I had just waited that 30 minutes and done it'

He explains: 'Nippy [as Whitney was known to family and friends] was like a mom to me. Momma Dukes. Losing her was terrible.'

Gordon was 17 years old and Bobbi Kristina 14 when Whitney invited him to move into their home in Georgia.

He was a junior in high school but stopped going after he moved in, as did Bobbi Kristina who began being tutored at home.

Bobbi Kristina introduced her mother to her friend Gordon one day when she was dropping her daughter at school, he explains: 'It was like, 'Oh there's my friend Nick.'

'Whitney took my cell number so she could call and check up on Krissy and it evolved from there.'

Losing Whitney: 'Nippy [as Whitney was known to family and friends] was like a mom to me. Momma Dukes. Losing her was terrible,' says Gordon

Losing Whitney: 'Nippy [as Whitney was known to family and friends] was like a mom to me. Momma Dukes. Losing her was terrible,' says Gordon

Gordon can't really account for the extent to which he was adopted into the Houston household other than to suggest that both Whitney and Bobbi Kristina were reeling from Bobby Brown's departure that same year and that he was a man they felt they could trust.

He says: 'They talked about it all the time and they were upset about it all the time. It affected them both in a really negative way.'

He moved in with Whitney and Bobbi Kristina when his own mother and then stepfather decided to move back to Florida, where Gordon now lives, and he didn't want to leave Atlanta.

Looking back he believes that there was always an attraction there for Bobbi Kristina, though he regarded himself as a sort of sibling.

But then, after Whitney died, he reveals: 'It was just me and Krissy. I feel that it was like we felt we only had each other after Nip had passed away and we were with each other all the time and it went from there.'

The shift in relationship was not something with which Bobbi Kristina's family was comfortable. Gordon adds: 'I was really close with Whitney and Krissy; maybe it was jealousy that caused that [ill-feeling].

'It got to the point where I was making decisions for Whitney for a while. I got really close to them and the family didn't like it.

'Plus I came from welfare, they're like "How did this kid on welfare become…you know, get to here"?'

Addressing the allegations that he was in it for financial gain Gordon says: 'I never had to steal. It was given to me. I was asked if I wanted it. I'm not the guy the media portrays.'

Gordon says he never saw Houston do drugs and never saw mother and daughter do drugs together as has been claimed.

He admitted that Bobbi Kristina would 'smoke a little marijuana' while her mother was alive.

He even revealed that she nearly drowned in the bathtub once before when she fell into a drunken sleep with the water still running.

He says: 'It was in the Beverly Hills Hilton and the water overflowed out into the hallway.

'Whitney found her, pulled her out and slept in her bed that night.'

Chillingly, he says, Whitney died in the same way the very next night.

Her death was the catalyst for a disastrous change in Bobbi Kristina's drug use.

He tells Daily Mail Online: 'After her mom had passed she would use drugs to numb the pain she was feeling.'

'She started taking pain pills and Xanax and self-harming. You could see the scars on her arms,' he says.

Bobbi Kristina's family has blamed Gordon for her struggle with addiction. But, he says, 'She had problems long before I came on the scene.

'I think that family [the Houstons] has a lot of guilt of not being in her life enough. And you know it's funny, I hardly saw any of these Browns before and all of a sudden they come out of nowhere.

'They weren't in Krissy's life and I strongly believe they're looking for somebody to blame but guess what? I'm not filling the role of being the blame guy.'

In fact, Gordon portrays himself as one of the few men Bobbi Kristina could trust. He says: 'We did everything together. We were inseparable.

'We nearly got married one time. We went to the courthouse but the line was too long and we had a family reunion to get to in Florida. I said, "Baby we got to hit the road." I wish I had just waited that 30 minutes and done it.'

The drug use was becoming more and more and we were already using a lot. People started suggesting rehab but she was resistant, addicts are always resistant. She was mixing drugs.

But despite the fact that they were not legally married Gordon and Bobbi Kristina claimed publicly that they were.

It's what Bobbi Kristina wanted, Gordon explains. And though he would like to have people believe that he gave Bobbi Kristina no reason to feel insecure or jealous he admits: 'She wanted to tell people we were married. She probably would have figured I had something to hide if I was like "No let's not do that".

'She had a lot of men let her down and run out on her.'

In the month before the bathtub incident Gordon admitted he saw 'a really bad decline' in Bobbi Kristina.

Cops were called to the Rosewell house on several occasions by neighbors reporting disturbances and fights.

The last time was January 23, 2015 when they found no evidence of any fight. Gordon dismissed the visits as nothing more than neighbors complaining about loud music.

On January 27 Bobbi Kristina was involved in a car wreck that badly injured the other driver when she switched lanes unexpectedly at a reckless speed.

Her court appearance was pending when she admitted to hospital four days later.

Gordon says: 'The drug use was becoming more and more and we were already using a lot. People started suggesting rehab but she was resistant, addicts are always resistant. She was mixing drugs.'

BOBBi KRISTINA .. Nick Gordon Killed Her With Toxi Mix Of Drug Says Her Estate

EXCLUSIVE - Bobby Brown breaks down: Father of Bobbi Kristina wells up as he leaves her reception after his screaming sister had to be 'escorted out of funeral' mid-service {F}

"The underlying cause of death is the condition which starts the downhill course of events leading to death and in this case is the immersion associated with drug intoxication," the medical examiner's office said in the statement. "Death was clearly not due to natural causes, but the medical examiner has not been able to determine whether death was due to intentional or accidental causes, and has therefore classified the manner of death as Undetermined."

Bobbi's boyfriend Nick Gordon has been called a "person of interest" in the investigation into the death by Georgia authorities. His lawyer, Randy Kessler, believes the results vindicate his client.

"He's always maintained his innocence. I personally hope this puts to rest all the negativity surrounding him," Kessler said.

The autopsy results were unsealed by Fulton County Superior Court Judge Henry Newkirk after a motion was filed by media organizations.

Bobby Brown released a statement expressing his anger at the media.

“First and foremost, 23 years ago today, Bobbi Kristina was born. Krissy will always live in my heart and soul. I love my baby girl. For news affiliates to seek and obtain my daughter’s autopsy report, before anyone has been brought to justice for her death is mind blowing to me. Please pray for my family," Brown said.

In August 2015 a wrongful death lawsuit was filed against Gordon by Bobbi Kristina's estate administrator, Bedelia Hargrove, alleging that he had physically abused his girlfriend and stole nearly $11,000 from her bank accounts during her hospitalization.

Bobbi was found by Gordon and a friend in a bathtub at her Roswell, Georgia home on January 31, 2015. At the time she unresponsive, face down and submerged in water. She was rushed to the hospital, but never regained consciousness after falling into a coma. She died in hospice care on July 26.

Bobbi Kristina Nick Gordon

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate is taking the fight to her brother/ex-boyfriend Nick Gordon claiming that he gave her a toxic mixtures of drugs that ultimately sent her into a coma in January of this year.
TMZ reported that her estate just filed new legal documents claiming that she got into a violent fight with Nick Gordon where he injected the toxic drug into her blood.
Nick is calling the whole thing BS. He says that her estate is just trying to convict him in the public eye before any charges or trial for him. He also wants the judge to dismiss a $40 million wrongful death lawsuit the estate filed against him.
Bobbi Kristina cause of death is also being withheld by the Fulton County Medical Examiner due to the ongoing police investigation.
The estate is saying that the lethal drug mixture is what ultimately lead to her death.

'I'm pretty sure her mother had a part in it': Bobby Brown speaks for the first time about the death of Bobbi Kristina and how he believes late ex-wife Whitney Houston 'called my daughter with her'

Nick Gordon, the boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown, could be facing murder charges as a secret grand jury convenes in Georgia.

Radar Online reports that “the District Attorney is convening a secret grand jury and it’s likely to result in charges against Nick Gordon.”

Bobbi was was found unconscious, face down, submerged in water in her bathtub on January 31, 2015 in her Roswell, Georgia home. Her friend Max Lomas and Nick reportedly found her.

While Lomas called 911, Nick administered CPR until paramedics arrived.

Bobbi was rushed to the hospital, but the time she spent without oxygen caused irreparable brain damage to the 22-year old only child of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.

She remained in a coma until her death on July 26, 2015.

In June, Gordon was hit with a $40 million wrongful death lawsuit by Bobbi's family, alleging he beat her after an all-night “cocaine and drinking binge.”

The lawsuit also accused Gordon of giving his girlfriend “toxic cocktail” that knocked her out.

Bobby Brown is pointing the finger at Gordon in the death of his daughter, according toBillboard.

“In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon," Bobby's attorney Christopher Brown said in a statement.

Danyela was at the home on January 31 when Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious. Danyela’s boyfriend, accused drug dealer Max Lomas, 24, and Nick Gordon, 26, were also present.

Bobbi Kristina was placed in a medically-induced coma and later diagnosed with irreversible brain damage. She passed away on July 26 at the age of 22 – some three years after her superstar mother, Whitney Houston, died in eerily similar circumstances.

A civil lawsuit, filed on behalf of Bobbi Kristina’s estate, was amended after Bobbi Kristina's death with new accusations against Nick Gordon, claiming he drugged her with a ‘toxic cocktail’ and drowned her in a bathtub of cold water.

In an astonishing new revelation, the civil lawsuit claims a 'white girl' was lying on the bed in the master bedroom as the alleged altercation played out.

According to the suit, Gordon came out of the bathroom wearing different clothes, lay his head on the ankle of a female guest, and said: 'Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.'

The female guest is not identified in the papers but it has been confirmed that Danyela Bradley was present in the home at the time.

The newly-identified photograph of Danyela emerging from the hospital a day after Bobbi Kristina was admitted, has raised new questions as to what took place on the tragic night.

Danyela’s horrified mother, Marlene Bradley, told Daily Mail Online this week that she had no idea her daughter had even been at the hospital.

In a series of pictures taken from outside the hospital’s main entrance, Nick Gordon comes out of the hospital and paces up and down, before chatting with acquaintances. He then goes back inside and emerges pushing Danyela in a wheelchair

Marlene Bradley identified the disheveled figure in the hospital-issue wheelchair as her teenage daughter.

‘What happened – was she sick? I never heard about that, I had no idea,’ Marlene told Daily Mail Online at her home in C******, Georgia.

In a series of pictures taken from outside the hospital’s main entrance, Nick Gordon comes out of the hospital and paces up and down, before chatting with acquaintances.

He then goes back inside and emerges pushing Danyela in a wheelchair. The girl appears drowsy, her head lolls to the side and she has her knees pulled up to her chest. At one point, she curls over to one side of the chair.

A silver sedan then pulls up to the hospital entrance and Gordon helps Danyela into the back seat. The gray Camry is being driven by a young, white male wearing a baseball cap, believed to be Max Lomas.

All patients are wheeled out of North Fulton Hospital for safety reasons in order to prevent accidents, according to an employee. However, wheelchairs are also available at the information desk for hospital visitors to use if they are unable to walk.

It is not clear why Danyela was being wheeled out of North Fulton hospital or whether she had been admitted.

Her mother has no contact with her daughter and does not know where she is living with her boyfriend Max Lomas, reportedly in an upscale gated community with security–guard checkpoint in Duluth, Georgia.

Danyela's distraught mother said Danyela was a ‘very good girl who had never been arrested’ but had become caught up in a terrible situation

According to a TMZ report, a source said that in exchange for revealing what happened at the home, police would offer Lomas immunity in the investigation.

Gordon's lawyers, Joe Habachy and Jose Baez, said the allegations are baseless. They said Gordon is ‘heartbroken’ and called the suit a ‘fictitious assault’.

Mr Baez had not responded to Daily Mail Online’s request for comment.

An initial autopsy last month revealed ‘no significant injuries’ and no obvious underlying cause of death for Bobbi Kristina Brown.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner's office said the 22-year-old had no previously unknown medical conditions that would have contributed to her death.

It also said it has issued subpoenas to help gather documentary information on her death, and would conduct additional tests that are expected to take several weeks.

The Medical Examiner's office had said earlier that efforts to determine what happened to Brown in January would be ‘challenging’ given the time gap between the bathtub incident and her death.

Nick Gordon is pictured outside North Fulton Hospital near Atlanta after trying to see Bobbi Kristina that same day

A criminal investigation is being conducted by the Fulton County District Attorney who said a decision will be made on charges at the appropriate time.

Bobbi Kristina was the only child of RnB singer Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston. She died in February 2012 after being found unresponsive in a hotel bathtub.

Authorities found a dozen prescription drug bottles in her Beverly Hills Hotel suite and listed heart disease and cocaine use as contributors, but concluded that she accidentally drowned.

Her daughter was the sole inheritor of her $20 million estate.

The civil lawsuit, filed in June, also accused Gordon of stealing money from Bobbi Kristina’s bank accounts while she was in a coma.

‘Even after Brown's hospitalization, and while she was in a coma, (Gordon) accessed Brown's bank account and stole in excess of $11,000,’ it read.

Bobbi Kristina Brown was hospitalized twice with anxiety after her mother's death.

She described Nick Gordon as her ‘husband’ on a number of occasions and in social media posts but her father, Bobby Brown, denied the couple had ever been married.

Whitney Houston had raised Nick Gordon alongside Bobbi Kristina when they were teenagers after bringing him into her household but she never formally adopted him.

Soon after her mother died in 2012, Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon went public with their romantic relationship.

Gordon was barred from Bobbi Kristina’s funeral and according to reports, Max Lomas and Danyela Bradley were also left off the guest list.

In February, Gordon had been barred by the family from visiting Bobbi Kristina in hospital.

He remains subject to a protective order barring him from being within 200 feet of Bobbi Kristina's aunt, Patricia Houston.

Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away at an Atlanta hospice on July 26 at the age of 22. Her funeral was held amid much fanfare and acrimonious disputes between the Browns and Houstons on August 1.

She was laid to rest next to her mother in Fairview Cemetery, New Jersey on August 3.
