21 Savage Released From ICE Custody On Bail But Still Not In The Clear

21 Savage Had Loaded Gun In Car At Time Of ICE Arrest

21 Savage was released from ICE custody in Atlanta on Tuesday afternoon.

Atlanta rap star 21 Savage, born Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, is now a free man. The “Bank Account” rapper was granted bail on Tuesday and is now resting at home with his family pending an immigration court hearing. His attorneys, Charles H. Kuck, Dina LaPolt and Alex Spiro, confirmed that they managed to convince a judge to release him on bond.

21 Savage freedom could only be temporary since he has an upcoming court hearing where an immigration judge will determine his fate. His lawyers told TMZthat he is grateful for the support that he has been getting around the world.
“While he wasn’t present at the Grammy Awards, he was there in spirit and is grateful for the support from around the world and is more than ever, ready to be with his loved ones and continue making music that brings people together,” he said in a statement through his attorneys.

21 Savage was arrested last week Sunday and placed in ICE custody. Authorities say he is a British citizen who overstayed his visa from 2005 and has been living in the United States illegally. His attorney says that is not the whole truth and that he submitted documents to change his status back in 2017, hence his arrest was unjust.
The 26-year-old rapper spent all of his adult life with his mother and siblings in Atlanta and currently has three kids who are dependent on him. Savage is now in the process of securing a U-Visa.

21 Savage had a loaded gun in the car when he was arrested by ICE.

The Atlanta rapper is currently in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) awaiting his fate. More details are coming out about the day he was arrested in Atlanta. TMZ reported that cops found a loaded Glock in the Dodge Challenger that 21 Savage was traveling. According to the police report, 21 was driving recklessly and almost slammed into a fully-marked police car, and cops are saying that’s the reason why he was pulled over.
Cops noted in their report that the Dodge drove across the sidewalk in an attempt to go on another street. ATF agents were also on the scene when cops pulled over the red Dodge Challenger. The rapper was told to throw the keys outside the window, and 21 Savage complied. The report also alleges that he threw a bottle containing an unknown substance out the window.

Young Nudy and 21 Savage

Police placed 21 Savage in handcuff as soon as he exited the vehicle, and from there, he was turned over to ICE officials. The Glock was found in the gloves compartment of the car, but 21’s attorney, Brian Steel, says that the weapon does not belong to him. He did not say who the gun belongs to, but cops are continuing their investigation to ascertain who is the owner.

The site reported that quite a few different law enforcement departments were involved in the arrest, but ICE was not listed on the ATF report. The target of the operation was Young Nudy, who cops say was traveling in another car alongside 21 Savage.

Atlanta rapper 21 Savage is arrested by ICE because he's actually a BRITISH citizen who came to the US when he was 12 on a non-immigrant visa and never left
Here's The REAL TEA . . . On Why Rapper 21 Savage Is Getting DEPORTED!!
Early yesterday morning, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested rapper 21 Savage. ICE is claiming that that the rapper is actually from the United Kingdom and that he overstayed his visa.

21 Savage, whose real name is Sha Yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, was picked up in a raid Sunday morning that ICE is calling a “targeted operation” aimed at apprehending the rapper.

21 was born in the island of Dominica, which is part of the Commonwealth of the United Kingdom, but emigrated to Britain when he was a baby. 21 and his mom were both granted United Kingdom citizenship - but eventually they decided to come to America - illegally.

Here's a pic of him as a baby in London:

But 21 Savage lived most of his formative years in this country.

So why did ICE want him out of the United States so bad?

Well 21 Savage's people believe that it's because he made a song called F*C* TRUMP. One of his closest friends say that they believe that the president is behind this.

Here's the song below:

The news has come as a surprise to fans, who assumed the rapper was from Atlanta, as he has often talked about his tough childhood in the city's Eastside. As The Atlanta Journal Constitution put it, 21 Savage "has long been considered a local act."

He says the 26-year-old overstayed his visa, which expired in July 2006.

Bin Abraham's birth was registered in the London borough of Newham in 1992.

Cox says Abraham-Joseph has been placed in deportation proceedings in federal immigration court.

'ICE will now await the outcome of his case before a federal immigration judge to determine future actions,' Cox said.

His attorney, Dina LaPolt, said she's working to get him out of custody.

LaPolt told TMZ, 'We are working diligently to get Mr. Abraham-Joseph out of detention while we work with authorities to clear up any misunderstanding.

'Mr. Abraham-Joseph is a role model to the young people in the country -- especially in Atlanta, Georgia and is actively working in the community leading programs to help underprivileged youths in financial literacy.'

Cox said Abraham-Joseph was convicted on felony drug charges in Georgia in October 2014.

21 Savage Gave Amber Rose The Most Savage Response After She Poured Her Heart Out

Rapper 21 Savage said his controversial lyrics about the Jewish community were meant to compliment not offend — still, he spent the holiday apologizing for what many deemed bigoted and offensive.
As it was previously reported, NBA player Lebron James also faced backlash for quoting 21’s new song ASMR, where the Atlanta rapper boasts: “We been gettin’ that Jewish money, everything is Kosher (On God).”

As reported by USA Today, 21 Savage aka Saint Laurent Don, took to Twitter Christmas Eve to say “sorry if I offended everybody.”
“The Jewish people I know are very wise with there (sic) money so that’s why I said we been gettin Jewish money I never thought anyone would take offense I’m sorry if I offended anybody never my intention I love all people.”

James also issued an apology for quoting the lyrics to his 45.8 million Instagram followers.

“Apologies, for sure, if I offended anyone. That’s not why I chose to share that lyric. I always [post lyrics]. That’s what I do. I ride in my car, I listen to great music and that was the byproduct of it,” he told ESPN. “So, I actually thought it was a compliment and obviously it wasn’t through the lens of a lot of people. My apologies. It definitely was not the intent, obviously, to hurt anybody.”
Meanwhile, Meek Mill agrees with Savage, that the line about “getting Jewish money” is a compliment.
“I can’t wait until the day I hear a different race saying…we getting black folks money coming from being slaves in America!”

In related news, Lil Pump faced similar criticism for new music that social media users slammed as offensive to the Asian community.
When he posted a sneak peak of his upcoming song “Butterfly Doors” on Twitter earlier this month, Pump pulled his eyes back to a slanted-gesture as he rapped, “Smokin’ on dope (damn) / They call me Yao Ming cause my eye real low (ching chong).”
Actress Awkwafina was among his critics. “Always nice to hear a new song with a Ching Chong adlib,” she said in a Dec. 17 tweet that has since been deleted. “Guess it’s better than ‘eyes chink’ like some other verses I’ve heard. But can we at least think of some more creative racist epithets? @lilpump”
Lil Pump eventually responded to the relentless onslaught of online criticism by posting an apology on Instagram Christmas day.

“I seen the whole thing going on on the internet and all that,” he said. “I came here to tell you from my part that I’m sorry and I apologize for posting that. It was not my intentions to hurt nobody or do none of that… I got Asian homies, you know. I (expletive) with everybody and I got nothing against nobody. It’s all love.”

Amber Rose Is PREGNANT & We’ve Got The FIRST Pregnancy Pics! (21 Savage Is Gonna Be a DADDY)

21 Savage responded to Amber Rose letter in the most savage way.
In the spirit of living up to his name, 21 Savage had only one thing to say to Amber Rosewho poured out her heart in a lengthy message on Instagram. The blonde bombshell has since deleted the post but not before it went viral. She is basically making a last-ditch effort to get her ex-boyfriend back while blaming the internet for their breakup.

21 Savage responded saying, “you cross me once it’s f*** you for life.” The Atlanta rapper is clearly not interested in rekindling a relationship with Amber Rose. Whatever caused their breakup must have been pretty serious to the extent he wants nothing to do with her.

Folks on Twitter have been reacting to the 21 Savage response to Amber and it’s clear everyone feels sorry for her. “21 Savage just s****** on Amber Rose after she professed her love on the gram,” one fan wrote while another added. “All Of Amber Rose Exes Look Happier Without Her Wiz Be Looking Happy Af, Kanye Moved On Got Married & Got A Whole Family, 21 Savage Looks Happy ….No One Wants To Settle Down With Sluts No Matter How Much It’s Forced On Us.”

“I Love this man so much,” Amber Rose wrote on IG before deleting the post. “I know the Internet portrays me to be some heartless person or they feel like I’m incapable of love but I love him so hard. He is not only one of the most talented people I have ever met but he is so real, humble and smart as hell.”

Anyone that try's to or OWN their own MASTERS of their SONGS will be targeted from the agents. Look at Chris Brown, M.J. and Prince. Don't be surprised that Chris Brown all of sudden dies of an overdose. Stay aware. I don't listen to his music per se, but I follow how our black people are being used...
